Please read my communications with this company that are posted on your website. If a company can't even schedule a service date, I have no faith in their ability to perform the offered service.

I would definitely recommend for whole hose duct cleaning. We had to postpone several times because of house remodeling project. However very friendly and understanding of the situation and scheduled an appropriate dates.

Could not have been nicer. Explained whole process. House now has much less dust.

I have two furnaces and a lots of vents to be cleaned. For that I purchased three coupons to account for all my estimated cost depending on what was advertised on the website of the company. It turned out that I could only use one coupon at a time and the cost of the service would be twice my estimated value. The deal was not attractive any more since the discount was not even 10% due to my large house. At outsets it looked like a real good deal with almost 30% discount, and then it turns out it is 4 times more expensive and the discount is 7%. So that was misleading.

These guys are great! Punctual, professional, and thorough. Everything was explained in detail before any work was started. They made sure to protect the flooring in my house as they were walking through and working. We got to see before and after pictures, and even a demonstration while the cleaning was in process. I've already called them to clean the ducts in another property I own. :)

They were prompt, professional and courteous. They completed the job on time and did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves. We had no problems and have no complaints.

In the end, it turned out fine. The first time Sani-Clean Air Duct Cleaning came out, they didn't have a long enough hose to reach my furnace so they had to reschedule and get another truck with longer hose but once they did that it's fine. It was over the big deal purchase price because I have a bigger house. They gave me a discount of $35 because they had to reschedule and couldn't do the job which is fine now. The furnace was fine too. They're very professional, did exactly what they said they were going to do and there was minimal distraction. It's good. The price was fine. They were busy so I had to wait for a couple of weeks after the initial visit had to be scrubbed. They were punctual.

They were punctual, explained everything that they were going to do and did a very thorough job cleaning the ducts. They cleaned up nicely after themselves. The services are fairly priced; I would definitely get them again to clean our house and recommend them to others.

We feel good that the previous owners' gunk is out of our vents;)

I had no idea that your air ducts should be cleaned occasionally and after seeing a couple ads I was intrigued. I asked around and many people recommended getting your air ducts cleaned. Sani-Clean provided great service. They were very personable. They gave us a demonstration of what they were doing and what tools they use. We got to watch the dirt broken-up and then vacuumed. We were shown the before and after pictures and we were impressed.

Reasonably well. At first they wanted to charge me extra for the dry cleaner vent but then he agreed to do it as part of the package. It was a very simple thing as I had already cleaned it myself. I just did not feel quite certain that they cleaned very thoroughly. so far it feels pretty good. I 'll know better in a year or so if I don't need to have the vents cleaned again. The previous company did an excellent job and it lasted several years. Even Sani Clean acknowledged that the previous cleaning of my vents had been done very thoroughly. I wish I could remember the name of that company. However I for Sani Clean with a coupon through Angies, so the deal was very good. I would certainly give them another try as long as it's a special deal.

I was impressed by the knowledge and expertise of the gentlemen from Sani-Clean that cleaned out my air ducts. They were very informative, explaining all steps along the way and showing before and after pictures. I would recommend Sani-Clean to any one who has the need to have their air ducts cleaned out.

It went great. They were punctual, professional and pleasant guys. They cared about their work and were very through. Eric explained the process and even showed before and after pictures, that spoke volumes. I would recommend them to everyone.

They arrived when scheduled. Vacuumed the furnace vents, Charged additional for the furnace, which was unexpected. The house feels much cleaner. I was very happy after having it done and will continue to use their service upon reccomendation of every 3 years.

It went really well. I don't have any complaints. Everyone was really nice. I'd recommend them.

They were good. They came at 11 o'clock and left around 12:15 or so. I didn't have any problems dealing with them. They came on time and finished the job as they told. They knew what they were doing and finished the job on time. They were a little expensive I guess but I haven't compared. Their quality of work and responsiveness was good.

This company was great.. They were professional and care full with my home.. They also were very careful to explain everything to me. and they showed me how they were scrubbing my ducts clean. I would hire them again, because the before and after was huge..

They got the duct's clean! They provided before and after photos of the work. The before photo made it seem like there was no reason to clean the duct. It was a very fine dusting on the bottom. After they got to work however, you could really see the massive amount of dust that was being moved out of the ducts. They demonstrated the amount of dust being sucked into the vacuum by holding it an inch or two off the duct and illuminating the dust, and it was quite a steady stream. The furnace was definitely the worst. If you have them come, do not skip the furnace cleaning. There was really quite a lot that had accumulated in there over the years. After seeing how much dust was sitting in the furnace, I have no doubt in my mind that I am satisfied with my purchase. The technicians were extremely friendly and professional.

These guys really take pride in the quality of the job they do. Everything is explained up-front. They take before and after pictures of the inside of the ducts, so you can see that they are clean down to the metal. They were both professional and friendly. I think that I got a first-rate duct cleaning job.

My house in Livonia was built in 1952. We bought it 10 years ago. It was always so dusty. I've always lived in apartments previously, and have never had to dust so often as I did in this house. Then one day, I saw a Living Social Deal for Sani-Clean Air Duct Cleaning. Frankly, I didn't know such a service even existed. But I thought it sounded like a good idea. I thought at best, maybe it would help with the dust problem, and at the very least, it might help with allergies and health stuff. So, I bought the deal and called to make an appointment. I needed a Saturday appointment, since both my husband and I work during the week, so I had to schedule like a month and a half away, but that was fine. When the date of my appointment approached, the owner called the day before to remind about the visit the following day, and then.......and I LOVE this.....they were actually early. They called to make sure that would be OK. Was it ever!! As far as the cleaning itself: it is a really neat process. Eric was very thorough in describing what they do, and how it works. He took pictures in the vents on his smartphone. I was grossed out by the pictures. Pet hair and Dry wall dust, which is interesting since we don't have pets, and haven't done any construction in the decade we have owned the house. Which just shows you how long that stuff stays in your heating and A/C system. Then they took "after" pictures once the procedure was over. It is like night and day. I told them I was going to wait to write to review, and see if indeed the house was less dusty. And I am happy to say, it really IS! I thought the money I spent on this service was some of the best money I ever spent ($99 for my Living Social Deal, which got me a $200 credit with the company. I opted to have my Dryer vent cleaned out, and my furnace cleaned as well, so those were addtional. ) I will definitely doing this again somewhere down the road to make sure our vents stay clean.

Initially they were not available for a couple of months after i purchased an angies list deal.....when the actual day came up...I had to have the appointment moved out due to last minute conflicts. They were very accommodating and professional. They explained the job to me and did a very good job all around!
