Overall, it went well. It was easy to schedule the vent cleaning. And, the vent cleaning staff member showed up on schedule and cleaned the vents in about an hour. Only minor point worth noting is that when you use their services (like most vent cleaning services), be sure to count the number of vents in your home since the price you pay is based on that. In my case, ended up costing $25 more than expected. Would definitely use their services again and would recommend them.

I purchased the $140 for $260 worth of cleaning that was offered on Angie's list. Jeremy called the same day to schedule the appointment. He told me that what I had purchased was like a $260 gift card for $140. The actual price per duct was $20, the gift card I had purchase covered 13 air ducts and anything beyond the 13 would be charged at an additional $20 per duct. He also mentioned that Sani-Clean could clean my furnace for an additional $100 and my dryer vent for $50. I said I would like the furnace cleaned and Jeremy said his crew would check to be sure that the furnace needed cleaning and if it did they would do so but they wouldn't schedule a service and charge me for it unless I really needed it. On the date of service, Eric and Nathan arrived as scheduled. We told them we had new carpet in our basement that we didn't wear shoes on and Eric promptly put on shoe covers and Nathan removed his shoes before going down into the basement. Eric took a photograph of our vents before the process began. The photo showed pet hair and drywall dust from a long past remodeling project. They began by connecting hoses from a vacuum on their truck to a vent directly outside our furnace. They then proceeded to suck the loose debris using the vacuum only. They told me that this was the first step in cleaning my vents but that even with this high power vaccum there would still be dust and debris left in the vents. They asked if I would like a demonstration of how they made sure the vents were completely cleared. I went down to the furnace room with them and Nathan disconnected the vacuum hose from the vent and held it about 3 inches below. I could see that it was still pulling some minor dust from the vents even in this disconnected state. While Nathan held the hose, Eric showed me how they insert a type of air whip into the vents to knock the caked on debris from the surface of the vents. As the hose whip moved through the vent I could see the vacuum pulling so much more of what looked like drywall dust from my vents. When the process was complete Eric showed me a photo of the same vent he had photographed prior to the cleaning. It was amazingly free of everything. Eric checked out our furnace and said it did not really need cleaning (it's a relatively new furnace) so he just blew the loose dust from it and did not charge me the $100 for cleaning. With my Angie's List special purchase, I ended up paying a total of $180 for Sani-Clean to clean 15 vents and all my air ducts. What a deal! These guys were friendly and professional and they did a great job! Before the cleaning I would dust one day and see fresh dust built up on my furniture the next. No more! Now I can dust weekly without having a layer of dust built up on my furniture. And I am no longer having sneezing attacks when I wake up in the morning. Thanks Sani-Clean!!!

Amazing. One of the best companies I have every had do anything for us; cleaned the heck out of our vent's, showed us what they were doing, were on time to the minuet!! I can't recommend them enough. Thank you guys!

Bought a Groupon for $99. $15 for each additional duct. Also had them clean my furnace and my dryer vent. Very professional, clean and helpful. Called me back right away, made an appointment, called me the day of to remind me of the appointment and were on time. Liked them so much I am bringing back again this year and have recommended them to other people. Deal with confidence.

These guys are the best. Took the time to do the job right and showed me everything they were doing. My furnace and duct work was in a tight spot but they didn't complain at all and got the job done. Will recommend to everyone.

They came to clean the dryer vent. Very professional, very courteous. After cleaning out the vent, there still wasn't good airflow, so he investigated and found places where the vent pipe wasn't connected properly. Went well beyond what was expected. I was impressed by their professionalism as well - on time, good communication. So many tradespeople play loose and fast with appointments, but this business is run like a real business. I will definitely recommend them, and use them again in the future.

Had crew come in for an air duct cleaning, furnace cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. I was amazed at how much lint and dust had accumulated since my last cleaning (2007 first clean, 2012 was the next cleaning). Team was respectful of my home and showed before/after photos. My dryer vent was so clogged we were lucky we had not had a fire. Clothes dry in half the time now. Definitely will have them back.

Excellent service, would not have hoped for better. Offered us a deal to vacuum the ducts as it had never been done. Showed us before and after photos and explained every aspect thoroughly. This will be my Go To furnace support service from here forward.

It went very well. company promptly contacted me, explained the promotion, and set up a mutually agreeable time. They then called about ten days early and said they had a cnaceation, would I like to have it done earlier. They arrived at the stated time, they were polite, thorough, and explained what they were doing and took before and after pictures of the ducts. They went to each room and removed every cover and cleaned, then took me downstairs and showed how the vacuum system worked, not only explained, but showed me how it was working. All in all, a very pleasant experience and I felt I received an excellent value! I would highly recommend.

They came out and advised they couldn't clean our air ducts because of the way the furnace is in the closet. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I liked that they were so honest about what they couldn't do. They gave hints and tips on how I could clean the air ducts myself. They were also very responsive, punctual and professional.

After surveying our house, they determined that they could not provide a service. I really appreciate Eric's honesty and integrity. He could have easily charged me for a service that he could not perform because of lack of access to the areas that were needed. Thanks Eric!!

This is a top-notch company. They are local, family owned and operated and proud of it. I loved the fact that they were able to work around the flood that occurred on 8/11 in my (my neighborhood and others) basement. When I was finally able to clean things up at least to enable them to work they came promptly at the time scheduled. They were very pleasant and professional, telling me what to expect, how they were going to do the job, showing me pictures of my ductwork (gross) and then showing me how the dust and dirt was being vacuumed out. If it weren't for the holes that were cut in the duct work in order to do the job (which were then patched and sealed) you would never know they were there. If you are looking for a company to clean your duct work, call Sani-Clean and you won't be disappointed.

the cleaning crew of 2 arrived on time in a minivan and used compressed air to clean my dryer vent from the outside only, they did not come into the laundry room. the crew was friendly and fast and it was entertaining to watch them blow lint out of the vent, like it was snowing. i did not expect compressed air would be used because when i asked how the cleaning would be done i was told they used a tool, which i assumed was a brush. i sent them pictures of my laundry room and asked if they would be able to work in there because i know it's small, and was told they would work with it. i was told i could use the 15% coupon which clearly states it's for air duct cleaning, and i did.

We had to reschedule a few times and they were accommodating. The service went well but it turns out that the ducts were already fairly clean. They did not put everything back together as they found them.

The service went well. Eric and Matt showed up on time, perhaps even a bit early. Eric explained what he would be doing and how he would be doing it. Eric took before and after photos to show what the service performed completed. Both technicians were polite, courteous of the home, and were professional. All in all, I would highly recommend Sani-Clean. The service was great and the price (flat rate for ducts/furnace) was cheaper than offers my similar competitors.

Sani- clean came to my home today (very punctual) and did a wonderful job of cleaning my ducts, dryer and furnace. I have two dogs and a cat, furthermore I have never had my vents cleaned so you can imagine how dirty they were! The owner was one of the men cleaning and he was very imformative, showed me all of their work and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them!

The work was done quite well. The team was punctual and performed the task well within the time estimated. The team honored my home by taking care in terms of cleanliness. The process and pricing were explained, which, along with the demonstration and before and after pictures, proved quite informative. Did I mention that the team obviously enjoy their work.

Very good service, I was given a thorough explanation of what they were doing, shown before and after pictures. They called beforehand and said they could come early, which was better for me, too... I am very pleased with their work.

Got a call right away to schedule however, Sani Clean was not able to accommodate the time frame I needed it done. They where good enough to make a few other recomendations for me to get this service completed
