Gentlemen were prompt, courteous, and did the job efficiently. Area was left clean. They answered questions and explained what they were doing. Even though other service providers were going to do the job cheaper I always select from Angie's List because of the superior service providers and high trusted quality of service.

I bought the package deal to have my duct work cleaned; when they came out they talked my husband in to having the furnace cleaned and the dryer vent cleaned at the same time. I am very glad that we had the additional work done, as it had not been done in 15+ years, it was needed and I had never thought about having this work done. We also discovered there were small amount of asbestos on some of the furnace ducts; they recommended a company to come out and remove. We called the recommended company, they were very good and it put our minds at ease to have this work done also.

The appointment was made quickly and promptly! The crew called the day before to confirm and again when they were 1/2 hour out which is so helpful when planning your day. They protected are freshly painted walls, and new carpet as not to soil them. The crew was efficient, instructive, and friendly. We would highly recommend this company! Thanks for a good job!

The service turned out well. They came out, they were thorough and professional. I didn't have any issues. They explained what they were willing to do, how long it would take, and they offered several options for scheduling prior to them arriving and if I wanted to do it early. Their price was competitive. This was the first time I had it done.

Before and after pics were shows of the work that needed to be done. The "after" pics were very impressive and we could not only see, but smell the difference in our home. All work was explained and we were welcomed to ask questions. This company was comparatively "outstanding." I will not hesitate to refer them to anyone who needs this type of work.

I purchased a coupon for $140 for $260 value. The company called right away once I purchased the coupon and set up a very soon service date. Two people arrived on site. One wore shoe covers while he went thru the house which was appreciated. They were both very informative and described the process as they went along. I was shown before and after photos of my ductwork. I was given a demonstration of the equipment working and could actually see stuff being sucked into the suction hose. They also checked to make sure there was no asbestos materials around the ductwork prior to starting due to the age of our home. The coupon covered cleaning of 13 grates and we had 16 so it was a nominal $20 extra per grate beyond the scope of the coupon. The furnace cleaning cost $120. He made sure the furnace fired up before he left. So far, it has only been two days but I am happy my ducts were cleaned. Recommended.

Easy to schedule. They showed me a demonstration of the cleaning. They cleaned the vents and my furnace. I was shown before and after pictures. I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

Great communication , had to change apt a few times, came when needed ( on time ) . shoes off , they show pic of before and after . explains how it works ! They tried to keep mess to minimum, very impressed !

They started cleaning the vents and did a good job with that. However, they were complaining about how they were not making any money off of the deal. They asked me if I wanted them to clean the furnace and I agreed. They charged more than $100 for the furnace cleaning. They did a good job but I felt like it was a very steep price for the amount of work they did. They also charged me $20 for an extra vent that I didn't think should have been added to the bill.

The associates were punctual and made sure to work cleanly. During their visit, they showed me example pictures and of previous ducts and furnaces they cleaned. They also showed before and after photos of our ducts, as well as showing me a demonstration of how the "whips" clean out the ducts. They were at the house between 2-3 hours. Since we recently purchased our house and had no idea when the ducts were last cleaned, this service was definitely worth it. (we found out that the ducts haven't been cleaned in 15-20 years!!)

They showed me before and after pictures. Took a little while to schedule them. Around 2 to 3 weeks to get them out to the house. They had a lot of business going on as result of the deal at the time. They are not cheap, but did a thorough job. The price was a little surprising. They said they couldn't make money at the prices that they were doing before so that is why they had to rise their prices. Make sure to get your pricing in advance.

It turned out very well. My wife was very pleased. There was an additional vent or two that was added, but I had miscounted the vents. I understood that if there are any vents beyond a certain number that was part of the offer then there would be an additional charge. So I had no problems with that. They were pretty busy, but they were doing okay. I wasn't here, but my wife was. She said they took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. She appreciated that. The price seemed high to me, but it's the first time I have used a vent cleaning service. They were on time.

They could not get out for at lease a month. So, I decided to go with another company.

Two members from Sani-Clean came to my house. They were very polite. They looked around and explained that since my house is on a slab and the vents are on the wall instead of on the floor, there is no where to place their equipment. They also showed me where my main vent was and explained that it was very short and said I could clean it myself with a vacuum cleaner; he said he couldn't complete the job and to call Angie's List for a refund. He also left me his card so I could call him if I had any questions.

We had a great experience with sani clean. Jeremy called me right back to schedule the appointment and they are available on Saturdays and Sundays so i didn't have to take time off work. Eric and Nathan came out to the house during the scheduled time and they did a great job. They showed before and after pictures which was very helpful and did a demonstration so I could see all the dirt coming out of my vents They even showed me how to clean my furnace filter so I don't have to buy replacement filters. They were only here about an hour and cleaned everything up when they were done. I will definitely use this company in the future.

They were prompt, professional and thorough. They were a bit more expensive but they were worth it.

Same team from 2012 came out and freshened up my full system. Not as bad since only 2 years between cleaning but dryer vent was in need of immediate attention. Had full duct work, furnace, ac coil and dryer vent service performed. Still pleased with company and would recommend!

I was quite disappointed. He cancelled the agreed upon time that I was scheduled for. He said he’d call me back that day to reschedule. He didn’t call me back that day – he called me the day after. However, by that point I was very frustrated and didn’t have him over to do the work.

The duct work on our 40 year old house had never been cleaned before, and the air quality was poor. Sani-Clean did everything they told us they would, and they were very punctual, and professional. They also provided a camera review of some key spots, for before and after. Very pleased with the results.
