I was contacted within an hour of making the purchase to set up an appointment, the crew was on time, wore booties on their shoes, covered my carpet with a mat so the hose would not get it dirty, explained everything they would do, and cleaned up after themselves! Purchased the Big Deal for SaniClean's services toward the end of March, Jeremy from SaniClean contacted me almost immediately and after a return call we set a day and time The workers were punctual and professional, discussing the plan of action and getting to work within 30 minutes. All services were provided as expected and completed quickly considering the size of the house and it's layout. During the work the crew always wore shoe covers and did a reasonably good job cleaning up after themselves. I was also shown before and after pictures of other work that was completed, even though our particular vent layout was not easy to document (slab with vents as opposed to basement/crawl space). Would highly recommend!

I've been recommending Sani Clean since the GREAT job they did at my house last August. My mom needed her ducts, furnace and dryer vent cleaned so Ithe first call I made was to Sani Clean. They were quick to respond and schedule the services, along with giving her a very fair & competitive price. Once again they did an outstanding job. Everything was explained in advance, the guys kept the equipment out of our way and completed the work as professionals. Friendly and competent, and again one of the best service companies I've ever used. Five stars all around.

Jeremy and his staff did a great job. They explained everything, showed me my ducts and let me watch the dust balls being sucked out of the ducts. It was interesting. They are professional and thorough in the work they do.

He showed me before and after pictures of our ducts, he gave me a step by step demonstration of what he was doing and how he was doing it which was very professional. Everything turned out good. He was very enthusiastic. He wanted to explain everything to me. He took his job very seriously.

They arrived on time. Friendly, professional and knowledgably. They did a good job and gave some good advice! The reason it only cost me $160 -- I purchased a Groupon for $99 (used a Groupon 20% discount so was only $80) our house is about 2,300 square ft but only has 16 vents. So I paid $80 for the Groupon and $80 for the additional vents ($20 a vent after the 12 the Groupon includes. Compared to other company's it is a great price and they do a great job.

It worked out fine. The big deal price was $140. There were additional costs. I paid another $200. In the Angie's List listing, it says it's for the first twenty vents, and we had twice as many. They did a great job. They had cameras, so they could show us the before and after work. They came in, got their job done and got out of the way.

It was great - the service was exactly as described and I was happy to add on the furnace cleaning. They were very informative throughout the process, showing me my ducts before and after, how the process worked, and sharing examples of other houses with better/worse ducts. I will gladly use them again next time I need this service.

The service was performed well and we were able to see the before and after. My only problem is the workers forgot their foot covers and therefore tracked snow/salt debris through our house and onto our wood floors in the middle of winter...I was not happy to have to clean all the mess up.

The appointment went great. They recommended we be there during the service and I'm happy we were there. They not only did the service we paid for, but, they explained what they were doing, showed us pictures of what we had comp aired to other homes that were better and worse, showed us and demonstrated how the process worked and didn't pressure us to do any other work. I would highly recommend them in the future and to other people looking to have the work done.

It was ok. The guys that came out were really friendly. They took a picture of my duct work and showed me how dirty it was and then they cleaned it out and then showed me a picture of what it looked like clean. they showed me what they did. They offered to show me a demonstration of what they were doing but I was in the middle of something so I said no, go ahead.
