Eric was very open and explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. He showed me pictures before and after and explained what was most likely in the air ducts and how it gets there. I would definitely hire him again. I might also say that he turned the furnace on before he left to make sure everything was working properly and he discovered a "Switch /valve" that had been turned off (I can only assume it was turned off by the heating company when I had my system serviced in the Spring) and needed to be turned on in order for my furnace to heat. Had he not done that, I am certain I would have had to call a heating company and at the very least pay for an additional service call. Thank you Eric!

Cost was above initial Big Deal since I had additional vents (though my house is small, so deal was a little deceiving). Overall it still seemed to be a good and fair price. Staff were polite and conscientious. They arrived on time, finished when they said they would, and kept me informed as they worked through the process. They provided before and after photos of the ducts. The process was noisy and they even showed concern about that with my pets.

On-site staff are professional, friendly and enthusiasm to their work. Good to work with.

Overall experience was exceptional! Our home was built six years ago and had so much plaster dust from construction it had caused problems with the new furnace. The two- person crew showed up on time, were friendly yet professional and very careful with our furnishings. We have already seen a significant reduction in the amount of dust on the furniture. Their pride in their company is obvious and well deserved. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The team was very professional. They walked through the house to determine whether or not the job could be performed, prior to starting. There was an issue with access to the main return; however, they were able to work around it. The details of the job was then explained, and I was provided with an update price. They completed the job in about an hours. The only concerns I had were that I didn't realized it would cost me an extra $100.00, over the $99 I had already paid, and I was not made aware that they would need to cut a hold in the furnace to clean it. Although they put a cover panel over the whole, it would have been better to know that a head of time.

very well. they vacuumed out all air ducts, showed us a camera view of what was in them before, then ran a snake type cleaner through them pushing everything down to the furnace area and then showed how much came out. My wife was very pleased.

I don't know if they thought because I got a cheaper price than they normally charge, because of a special they were running, that I deserved only half of a thorough cleaning. They only cleaned the main cold air return and main heat return. They never cleaned any of the heat register branches or cold air return branches in every room of my home. I aked Eric about it and he said he blew the air through the heat exchanges. This isn't the first time we've had this type of service done in our home. When my husband came home and he checked every cold air return and heat exchange in every room and noticed that they were exactlty the way they looked before we had them out, DIRTY. We did some research on line to refresh our memories on the proper industry standards for cleaning air ducts and knew that those procedures were not done in our home. I called Jeremy and a week later he sent the same guys back out. I had to tell them the proper procedures that were suppose to be done, that they did not do. They followed those procedures this time. They should of done the job right the first time and I shouldn't of had to be inconvienced a second time. I had to clean up after them the first time, which I understand, but I shouldn't of had to clean up after them a second time because they didn't do the job right the first time. I also shouldn't of had to tell them how to do their job properly. Angie, you are obviously not screening these companies thoroughly. I will never use Angies List again for this reason. I don't trust that you are doing YOUR job!!! I'm glad I only paid $7.99 for your registration fee and I feel I got cheated on that!!!!

I forgot the names of the two gentlemen but they were great. Knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Timely and kept me informed at all times what they doing. The before and after pictures were awesome...

They arrived punctually and explained everything they would do. Got my ok for having to cut out some access holes in the ducts, which they recovered upon completion. Before and After shots were helpful!

I ordered this service for my parents' condo. They seem to be very happy with the service. The price is good, and the service is good. I think they did good job cleaning my parents' ductwork.

I called for an appointment, and they came out the very next morning, right on time. Eric and his co-worker were both very friendly, and they explained what they were doing so that I could understand. They even gave me a demonstration. They finished the job when they said they would, which was about an hour. I have already recommended them to a friend.

It went really well! They found asbestos tape that needed to be removed, and had another company come and remove that. They were very considerate, and cleaned my dryer vent as well. They were very straightforward and also found a gas leak, and made sure that I was aware of that! They really went above and beyond.

The crew was very punctual and arrived on time with all equipment necessary to do the job. The 2 man crew was very professional in greeting me, explaining what we had purchased, and how they were going to go about with the cleaning. It was obvious they knew their job very well as they moved from step to step seamlessly. After walking through the house to find all registers, they each moved to the specifics of their roles; one man went down to cut a hole in the ductwork to which a large hose was attached, and the other unpacked the equipment needed. Each step of the process was explained by a team member. They took picture before and after, so I was able to see and evaluate with my own eyes how well they had done. During the cleaning process, they inserted whips strategically in the duct to knock loose dirt particles. The vacuum removed all the debris, as the pictures verified. Once finished, the workers cleaned up the area, patching the hole in the ductwork, and asking if I had any questions. This company was very professional and delivered excellent quality for their service.

It did not turn out very well. They left some stuff in my basement and I was wondering what that is and who is supposed to be disposing it. They took some parts out of my furnace. My husband thought that they shouldn't have done that. So, we had some issues with that. I'm still having an issue with the vent. So, I don't know if they did a very good job. I had to pay more money, beyond the big deal price of $215. They were professional. It was just that I was kind of disappointed with the service. I called the owner to let him know. I know he tried to call me once but didn't get through. I was expecting that they would call me back. They were not accessible. I had to leave messages.

The two representatives arrived on time. They explained what was going to happen. They set up floor carpeting and edgers to protect the walls from any damage to painted surfaces. The hose was approximately 6 inches in diameter. Pictures were taken before and after the work was performed. They were very professional and approachable. They answered all questions. I would definitely recommend SaniClean and use them again in the future.
