There were no additional fees. They were really nice guys. I told him that I would have had things ready if he would have told me that they were going to be working out of the basement. The guy had put a piece of what he was working with on my mattress pad and he didn't know what to say after I had confronted him. I said why would you put this here and he said I just put it there, he didn't know what to say. They were here in December of 2015.

They were prompt, very polite, did an excellent job.

I am very happy with the service I received. They came out on time, texted me when they were on the way with names, where very professional and showed me before an after pictures of their work. I would defiantly use them again and recommend them.

Everything was explained to us and our questions were answered. Eric took before and after photos. He and Chris gave a demonstration so we could see the debris being sucked out of the ducts. Took about an hour on our 1956 ranch house that has never had ducts cleaned. It has been 3 weeks and the reduction in dust is INCREDIBLE. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Unfortunately I was not able to be present. I think the work they performed was good but I lie in a modular home and they had to cut into the furnace vent. That was okay but the gentlemen who did it stapled sheet metal into the installation. Lucky for me I had to have a vent replaced and this vent repair came apart and I was heating the under side of my home. He also checked the furnace. He mentioned in passing to the worker that I would be needing a furnace filter. The furnace totally shut down on the weekend. The filter should have been replaced immediately as it was so clogged the furnace shut down. I was unable to reach the owner of the business but part of that is my fault as I was in the process of moving when this happen.

Did a great job for a good price. Were on time, did everything in a timely manner. Were friendly and professional. We would always recommend them.

It was not as well performed as I would have liked. It ended up costing more and something spilled out. The thing is that if they get in there and blast air into your ducts, they end up blowing things out all over the seams and other stuff and in this case, in the basement. So, from that stand point, I was not happy with it. They did not clean it all up when they were done. I would not use them again unless we have some of these things talked about and fixed upfront. They should better explain the process. The workers were good.

The only negative aspect was, it took six weeks from scheduling to service. Fortunately this is typically not an urgent service so the wait was not a big deal. Everything went well and the company was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

The team came in, introduced themselves, explained what was going to be done throughout the entire process. They started setting up their equipment and getting prepped. I followed them down to the main hub of the system and they talked me through the process as they were cutting into the vents to get started. One guy stayed down by the furnace which the other went to every vent and return and thoroughly cleaned them while the vacuum system was hooked up. Bottom line, these guys are great, they were professional and passionate about what they do. They charge by the sq footage which in my case is great. A lot of companies charge by the vent or return in which I have over 20 of them. I highly recommend Sani-clean for all of your duct work needs.

Chris and Glen were both very professional and courteous - they arrived on time and kept me informed of everything they were going to do. I was able to see a demo of how they actually did the duct cleaning, as well as before and after pictures of the vent system, including the one that was missed by another company we had come in 10 years ago that cleaned one main line but totally missed the other one, which had 30-40 years of dust & debris in it. I am very pleased with the job they did and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for air duct, furnace or dryer vent cleaning.

The guys were professional, friendly and very helpful...took an xtra couple minutes to talk about furnace issue and when they left the furnace was running and is still on.. (hasn't run good for over two years)...wish I'd had them over years ago...these guys were awesome!!

It went well, they explained every step of the way what they had to do and how each tool worked inside the ducts,i was impressed with their work.

He did a good job. Used an extra device that really got all of the fine dust out of the vents. Previous company did not do this step. Showed before/after pictures. Used a plastic panel to keep the cold air from coming into the house - nice touch. My deal was $99 for $200 of work. The total work was $260 so I ended up paying $159 for $260 worth of work. I am happy with the work and the price. Yours may be more if you have a larger house, but its hard to get good work anymore, no matter how much you pay. I will use them next time for sure.

I was under the impression that when a company offered a special offer, they were trying to attract new customers, not trying to make some quick, easy money. They came in and set up their equipment, removed the register covers, attached the vacuum hose to the furnace duct in the basement and began. While the vacuum drew dirt, they blew compressed air into the upstairs registers. That in itself would have been fine, except they blew dirt around the rooms and made no attempt to clean it up. If that wasn't bad enough, they didn't even remove a lot of the dirt that sat just inside of the openings. Furthermore, when they removed their big vacuum hose, it dumped dirt on the floor which had remained in the hose. They didn't clean that up either. In summery, they hustled in, did a job, and hustled out. I can't see inside of the ducts, but I would imagine that there is still a large amount of dirt in the ducts that they couldn't bother to make an effort to remove. They hustled and I got hustled! If this is the kind of service that you are looking for call SANI - CLEAN AIR DUCT CLEANING, INC. They have a "A" rating!

Great service; super happy! They took off vents when possible but were still able to clean painted-on vents. They even made a "Dr. Who" joke because our house is bigger on the inside. Some of our vents always seemed to be shedding nasty blobs of hair, but that doesn't happen any more. We are super happy :-)

They arrived on time. We had a unique configuration and some complications but they were able to think outside the box and make it work. I appreciated the dedication. It was a very fair price

.A little email tag to setup appointment, once established they cameos the scheduled day and time Opened up the system to clean the forced air unit. Didn't take long once they started kept at it until finished... I'm happy. In the end there was a little clean up after they left, overall it was a great job and everyone should do this for the health of there HVAC system.

We purchased and Angie's list coupon for $100 for 10 vents, which would usually be $200. Eric and his partner arrived promptly. They began by walking me through the process. They then toured the house and found 13 ducts. Each additional duct was $20, he also offered a furnace cleaning for $100, and told me it look exceptionally dirty, so I went for it. They took before and after photos to show me the dust accumulated in 50 years of duct use. They also invited me to the basement to see the process. They were, quick, polite, prompt and cleaned up. I was very happy with this services and would recommend and use them again.

Took less than 30 minutes from start to finishe.

They were prompt, actually a few minutes early. Straight forward and professional. My one big issue is that they left very sharp metal shavings (most likely from installing the access holes in my ducts) throughout my basement carpet. I'm not sure if they were tracked on the carpet by their boots or if they fell out of the vacuum duct when they were cleaning up. I stepped on one of the filings in my bare feet later that day and it was not fun. Having an infant child at home, I was not happy about this from a safety standpoint.
