Process went as expected. I suggest covering or sealing anything in the basement you don't want covered with some dust and /or debris. Process can't avoid releasing some amount of accumulated basement dust and grit from the top of basement walls etc. Otherwise a trouble-free service and great satisfaction that 60 years of yuck is out of your ducts.

Job went very well. Guys showed up on time and finished in a couple of hours. There was a noticeable difference in the air quality. Before and after pictures confirmed the job. Would hire again in the future.

On April 20, they arrived at 9:00am at the time scheduled. They were very professional and explained everything they were doing. They finished the job in less than 2 hours. We were able to see before and after pictures on their camera. Although we had our vents cleaned by another company 3 years ago, there was still considerable dust from a kitchen remodel, and cat hair that had settled in them since then. We are very happy with their service and would recommend them.

They arrived on time and quickly got to work on the dryer vent. When the job was done they showed me some of the gunk that had been removed. They also discussed cleaning the air vents throughout the entire house. Very efficient and very professional.

Eric arrived on time. He took a tour of my condo, then we went downstairs. My condo had the ducts cleaned previously, so they didn't need to drill holes to vacuum up the dirt. Eric noticed that my dryer vent tubing was way longer than it needed to be and shortened it for me. THANK YOU for lessening my chance of fire! Next I was shown a picture of the dirt in the ducts. They explained the cleaning process and then began loosening the dirt so it could be vacuumed up. When finished, I was shown a picture of my very clean ducts. Good job! Eric then went to the furnace, checked out my filter and made a suggestion for a filter he thought would work better for me. Then he removed the front cover of the furnace and blew out some dirt. I was happy with Sani-Clean's service. I will use them again.

The guys were extremely professional, took before and after pictures of my air ducts and insured that the heating system was working properly before they left. They explained how the equipment they had would loosen up the accumulated dirt and dust from the walls of my air ducts and you could see the huge chunks of dirt being pulled by their powerful vacuum into their truck. The experts were very thorough in explaining what they were doing and the changes that I should see in the quality of the air in my home. I would recommend and use this company for any air duct cleaning.

These guys were great! Showed up exactly on time! When they came, they all introduced themselves and very clearly explained what they were doing every step of the way. They were very clean as well! When it came to demo time- they asked if I wanted to see (obviously!) and explained everything a long the way. Then I got the before and after shot! I highly recommend this company. One of my better choices :)

They arrived on time and send a text to let me know they were in their way. Crew was very polite and worked hard and fast the entire time. Was shown before and after shots of the work completed. Only small complaint: in the basement where the work was performed, there was left over dust, dirt, etc. on the floor. After a few min of vacuuming, everything was perfect.

Great price and experience, we would definitely use them again. They scheduled our appt promptly after we purchased the Angie deal. We got a reminder call the day before, and they called the day of the appt to let us know they were running a little early. Clean, powerful equipment and they provided before and after pics. No mess afterward, it was like they weren't even here.

Sani-Clean was friendly, prompt, thorough, quick and efficient. There were no hidden costs, all heat and ac vents, ducts and the furnace cleaning was included. I added on the dryer vent cleaning in advance because I knew it was not included. There was a mixup with my 1st appointment and I had to reschedule so I would suggest confirming your appt several days before you expect them. Good value for a good job so I would use them again and recommend them for their services.
