It went fine. They should specify all the costs before they come out and the bill gets higher. They do so many things but it's not real clear. They came in, did a good job and they were professional.

Did very thorough job both in room vents and furnace vents. Only negative was that the door to furnace room was removed but not put back. Plus, I can't find the hinge pins!

It was fine. It cost more than the big deal, because our house was big, that was for so many square feet. For extra square footage, they charge extra. They only clean 10 ducts or something, we had extra ducts. Pricing was fine. It is hard to tell the quality with the air duct cleaning, it is not something you can see. I can recommend. I am not sure if I would use again. Air ducts are not something you do every year.

These guys did an awesome job at a lower than market price with a great attitude. I could not have hoped for better. Jeremy called back fast and made the appointment within a couple days at my convenience and then walked me through what their process would be. The day of the service they texted that they were on the way and then showed up right on time. Eric and his helper had a great attitude, explained everything as it was happening and showed me before and after pictures. From beginning to end, these guys know how to run a contractor business the right way. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service! Jeremy explained everything to me on the phone prior to the appointment, and Eric actually showed me what was going on during the cleaning. The vacuum system they have sucking out all the crud from your ducts is the best of the best. They also set up a cover to go over your door while the work is being done if it is cold out (so you can have the work done during any season). Finally, they showed me pictures of the ducts before and after, so I actually saw the results. Super nice, knowledgeable, and trustworthy company. Sani-Clean is more customer focused than any service company I've done business with before. They take pride in their work and ensure their clients are satisfied. I give them my absolute highest recommendation for excellent work at an extremely fair price.

Excellent! I bought a 1940s home that had never had the duct work cleaned and wanted to ensure I was moving into a house in the cleanest state possible so I hired these guys! They were on time, friendly, and kept me informed on the process the entire time. I plan to use them in the future when we have a dog and need it every few years.

I made a Big Deal purchase with them. I had to pay about another $100 on top of the Big Deal price. I think, overall, everything went well. Scheduling was kind of confusing because I called them and left a message. Apparently, they didn't get it, so I had to call a week later and they responded right away. They were great overall. I would recommend them. I would grade them a 9 out of 10. They had the lowest bid. So far, it has been good. I've never had that kind of service before, so I don't know what to compare it to. They were very friendly and very professional. I've seen the work that they did and I liked it. I'll give them an A for everything but it's a B on responsiveness because I had to call them back again in a week. I don't know what system they had that is not helping them.

The guys gave me a window of 11:00 - 1:00, and arrived around noon. They walked me through the procedure, and provided me with before and after photos. The were quick, done by 1:15, left no mess, and were courteous with shoe-covers around the house. I was pleased with the service, but I bought a coupon for $180, and owed an additional $400 at service time. I have a 2900 square foot home with roughly 30 vents.

Had my ducts and dryer vent cleaned yesterday. Eric and Justin (I think that was his name! I feel so bad I'm horrible with names but they were both awesome) showed up in their monster of a truck. They quickly assessed my system and let me know what had been done prior (simple rotobrush with a shop vac kinda thing) and told me what they were going to do. I've read all the reviews and watched their videos so I was pretty well versed in what was going to happen, but it was nice that they made sure I knew exactly what they were doing every step of the way. They do cut into your duct work but the patch they use was much better AND better sealed than whomever did the first cleaning of my house. The process is rather noisy but that's to be expected with any duct work. The crew was fast (completed my 3k sqft condo in well under 2 hours. My favorite part was the "live demo." They showed me their tools of the trade and how they knock everything inside the ducts lose, then show the crap being sucked away. This just shows you that they are not a scam and this really is a good idea to have done. In my case, they estimated the rotobrush company cleaned only the main duct about 5 years ago, so the pictures they showed me weren't too bad but did have a lot of fine duct collected. Once they brought out the whipper though we could hear how well it was working. I paid for the ducts and dryer vent cleaning and an electrostatic filter. It cost me $665 total since I prepaid online ($475 cleaning, $50 dryer vent, $140 filter). There was also a travel fee since I lived so far from their usual service area (Grand Blanc here), however because my 2nd email was lost in the fray, Jeremy gratuitously waived it! This is a stellar company and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their ducts professionally cleaned and don't want to worry if they've been scammed.

The owner contacted me in regards to work that I requested to be done at my rental house. We scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday. He made me aware there might be a chance he would have to reschedule due to a truck in the repair shop. The day before he did call to reschedule due to the vehicle still being worked on. He called tenants to reschedule that Friday with an arrival between 9-10. Friday at 8:50 he called me to say the truck was not working again could we possibly talk later to reschedule? This is not the only vehicle he runs but both times I was cancelled and none of the other trucks were in my area. After rearranging 2 scheduled appointments with tenants and work I have decided they are undependable and to hire another company.

I have not received a phone call for an appointment to do the cleaning. I called them last week and got voice mail ..left a message to call me and have not received any response. I am cancelling payment on my charge card as I have already received a bill. Not a good experience for my firs try at Angie's List .

I just had them come out yesterday and they were amazing! I was nervous to do this because this was my first time ever getting my ducts cleaned. The two guys that came out with super professional and provided a great service! They showed me how much dust was coming out of my vents with a in person demo, it was crazy! I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again myself! They offer a prepay service on their website that offers you to pay ahead of time and save about $50.

It went well, considering it's a huge job! It takes time to get to all of them. My ducts have never been cleaned before, so they had a lot of debris to clean out. I can feel the difference clean ducts provide - my sinuses feel better!
