First, there was a little confusion about the scheduled time. But they quickly found some body to come to our house. And they did a good job.

It went well. They forgot to plug some of the holes they made but were quick to drop plugs off. Also they showed up a little later than expected but extremely nice guys who are obviously proud of their work.

Very professional and punctual. I love the app that they use. I was able to tell when they would be arriving. I recommend Sani-Clean.

After extensive remodeling and hardwood floor refinishing, my next step was to have my air ducts cleaned. I called several companies for quotes. Most of the companies would not give a price over the phone, or the quote was extremely high. Jeremy was up front from the very beginning, explaining the process and giving me an exact price based upon my square footage. The price was more than fair given the work performed. The crew was very professional and friendly, taking care not to mar my newly-finished flooring (appreciate it, guys!!!) Great job done, and they took the time to have me come downstairs so they could explain to me and show me what was being done. Up front, honest, no surprises, exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!!!

Eric and helper did an excellent job; they showed me the process of duct cleaning as it was taking place, took pictures of before and after and saw the difference on the inside of the duct. They used high pressure air wane (truck mounted with tremendous pressure) to push the dirt and hair to the lower level duct work. They then cut holes in both cold air returns and hot air supply lines. Used a special tool to 'bang' and loosen grime and dirt so that it could be suctioned clean. Could not believe the 'before' and 'after' pictures!

Sani-Clean did a great job. They arrived on time and completed the work within 2 hours. They were very professional and explained the whole process before beginning the work. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Vent was full of lint and the louvers on the exhaust were so clogged that they were not closing. After the cleaning the system works fine now.

Very well! The guys from Sani-Clean were punctual, friendly, professional and fast. They made sure to answer all of my questions and show me the process they use to clean the ducts. Very well. No only were they prompt and professional they were very knowledgeable of what had to be done. The company also complimented me without complaint when I asked them to move my service date from Good Friday until today.

Kris & his partner (sorry, guy, I don't remember your name) did a great job. They showed up pretty much at the early part of my time window so I wasn't kept waiting long, which was nice. They were great with communicating to me everything they were gonna do. Even had me come down to the basement for a short time so they could give me a live demo of what they were doing! OMG, the dirt and bugs they sucked out!!!!! Then he showed me before and after pics of our ducts. We feel much better knowing our ducts are cleaned now. Thanks, Sani-clean!
