 + -1 moreOverall it went well. Very thorough with what was important. Only downside was the AD included a furnace filter, but tech said no. No matter, I figured the free filter would be low quality so I was planning to buy a high anti-allergin filter anyway. Like I said, the most important areas were done thoroughly.

My email contact said he would get one to us but that was weeks ago and I've never heard from him again.

When I placed a follow-up call, Chris jumped to help us resolve our concern. They know what they're doing and I strongly can recommend their work. They really care to do a good job, and then they do it!
