Description of Work: My clothes dryer was making a screeching noise. I went in to price a new one. After describing the make of dryer as well as the noise, the owner diagnosed the problem and suggested it was worth fixing. We scheduled a serviceman who replaced a part in about 15 minutes. Works like a champ!

Description of Work: I went to look at a new washer, told them what mine was doing and they told me a piece under the agitator could be the problem. They told me what to look for and how to fix it, so i bought the piece and checked what they told me, they were right. I put the new piece in and problem solved. A $11.25 piece saved me the cost of a new washer.

The two gentlemen who came to installed my new dryer were very professional and respectful. They called me to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived at my home they introduced themselves and came in to remove the old dryer and see where they were to put the new one. They worked very well together and cleaned up everything when they were finished, there were no fingerprints or smudge marks on my machine when they were done plus they made sure everything was in working order and that I understood everything about my new machine before they left. I was very impressed with the whole experience.
Description of Work: Converted gas dryer to propane, delivered, installed and hauled old dryer away.

I think they bend over backwards to make me a good deal because I buy so many appliances there. I didn't shop around a lot so I just picked the appliance I wanted. I think they worked with me on it. I will use them again.
