We were pleased with the service they provided. Delivery was usually quite fast, set up was good, needed some service work on a couple of appliances, happy with the time frame, the repair was done.

Since we bought it in 2002, I don't have a lot of information. I have not been happy with the quality of the refrigerator, but I should have bought a better brand. It runs fine, but the gaskets on the freezer have been a problem from the beginning. Since we only use this during the summer, we can get by.

fix our stove its gas also i allwasy buy my appliances . bought a refrigerator and two freezers next year it going to be a new stove if we enough money from our income taxes so i give them my bussiness with AAA.

The part that was replaced was failing (cooling fan) causing the refrigerator to not maintain proper temperature. The part seemed to correct the problem at first but it resurfaced overnight after the repairman left. They returned later the next day to re examine. Another faulty part was then discovered and replaced. As I recall I wasn't charged labor for the second service call. The refrigerator has run normally ever since their second call.

When I discovered my regular box springs would not fit through the stairway, I went to Richard ' s. They had a split box springs in stock, reasonably priced, and delivered it promptly.

They're good. They tend to be a little more expensive, sometimes. I've bought several things from them. They're a good company and I like them a lot. I like their quality and their customer service. They have free delivery.

They were very good and they did a very good job. They did the job a few years ago. Cant remember When I had my Kitchen redone, probably 5 years ago. I got all new appliances, washer drier, Refrigerator, Stove and dish washer. I think my builder did the installation of everything but I don't remember. They had a good warranty service and I have use that and they have been very good about that.They are in my Home town and I like working with people from my home town. They are highly recommended by people who have used them. I will use them in the future

They were fine. We had a good experience with them. The repairman came out here and worked on our dryer. I can't think of anything bad to say about them. The price wasn’t cheap; it was probably okay. It was alright. With regard to quality, they seemed to do a good job. We would use them again in the future.

I have used them before I became a member of Angie's List. They were fine. I had no complaints. Their response was within 24 hours.

I have had very good experience. I'm a little bit disappointed that they are no longer servicing. I have a whirlpool duet, front load washer and dryer and they are no longer servicing them. And, I think they're no longer servicing a couple other things I have, but other than that I have gone in there to order parts and things that we've done ourselves and they have excellent service. I'm going to say a "B" because, well we got the parts and everything was fine, I was still very disappointed that they didn't do any service any longer.

My experience there was not very well. They came out to fix a gas stove of mine and they said they knew some burners and they came back a couple of times. When they came back, they have the wrong burner. They were never able to fix it.

I own at least seven appliances from there. When I have to get an appliance I go there. I have got currently a microwave, a stove, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a refrigerator and an air cleaner that I bought there. I am just real happy like I have purchased my refrigerator there. I redid my kitchen and so I ended up with four appliances that I bought all at once. They are just really helpful. I bought my freezer there. I have a freezer in the basement. I have referred other people. They are just very helpful. They serviced everything. They deliver it. I am just real thrilled. Excellent pricing. I am just real happy with him so I keep going back and you don't purchase 6-7 appliances from the place.

I did not purchase from them. They charge for delivery . I purchased from Lowe's who did not charge for delivery or installation and removed my old appliances for no charge.
