Elieff Brothers Roofing Inc

We had at first had an insulation contractor out for a bid and due to our cathedral ceilings said we should have decking inspected and suggested we call Elieff Brothers to inspect it before doing insulation. We contacted Steve Elieff and he came out promptly and he was on time and very thourough. He inspected a small attic area over our master bedroom and asked me to come up and see what he had found. Moisture and mold on decking in attic under the old insulation. Steve estimated that we may have to replace 8 or 10 sheets decking. Keep in mind that he nor I could access the rest of roof as it is sealed cathedral. Steves estimate was fair and detailed. His crew showed up on time and cleaned site up at the end of day everyday. As the crew got the old shingles and some decking off they discovered we had bigger problems mold was underneath all decking and we would have to pull all fiberglass batts out also. Steve contacted our insulation contractor and had them on the job site with his crew working together as this reroof was getting bigger and the weather window was closing. They tore off two layers of shingles and all of our decking which was 46 sheets and helped the insulation contractor pull old insulation out. Then replaced all decking, shingles, underlayment and drip edge in just over two days!! These guys know roofing and in our opinion don't come any better. I highly recomend them to anyone looking to get it done right and on time. Also want to say Terry who was crew leader on our job was outstanding and went over and above to make sure things got taken care of.

Start to finish was great. They did everything they said they were going to do.

It took a while for them to arrive. I was told my gutters would be cleaned out also, but they did not.

All went very well. They communicated promptly, were on time, and did quality work. An excellent choice for roofing work!

Overall the service and workmanship were great. They explained what they were going to do and why they were going to do it. I feel that all of the guys were very professional and respectful to myself and my property. There are two things that could have been better executed. The first thing is I was told it was going to take two days at the most, and it actually took more like four, but I was not incovenienced and it did not create any problems, they were just a little off in their estimate. The other thing is they took several pictures of the work being done which I was very impressed with however I have not seen any of the pictures. Great concept but poor execution. I did have to have them come out and fix a few minor things but overall I was satisfied. If I needed roof work done, I would call them and I would recommend them!

Very efficient and professional and the owners went above and beyond to make everything right, except the master screen door that they put a hole in and graciously offered to fix, but it wouldn't go back in because of the shifting of the house( I had warned them of that possibility), so I do not have any screen door at this time and would have rathered just kept the old screen door with the hole in the screen.....other than that I will be calling them today about cement siding for the front of the house.

Contacted Elieff Brothers because I had a valley that was deteriorated and leaking water inside of my house. They came out to give a quote and was the ONLY company to suggest that instead of repairing the valley, I should rebuild up to the peak of the roof on that section. He explained how just repairing the valley would lead to problems within a few years. The quote was competitive and the rest of the business transaction was wonderful. The work performed was speedy and the quality was A+. It's been over a year and I haven't had any problems since. The repair looks wonderful! They really did a top quality job. I'm definitely going to use Elieff Brothers again for roofing needs.

The projects were completed on time and at the price we discussed. Our home was treated as if it was their own and all members of their crew were very attentive to making sure all the debris from the project was removed and cleaned up.They made sure our landscaping was protected and did a great job.We recommend this company to all our neighbors who have asked about our project.

The roofing project went very well, in spite of horribly hot temperatures that made the process last a few hours longer over a total of 3 days. We particularly liked Steve Elieff, who gave us our quote and explained the roofing process. All in all, we would certainly recommend this contractor to anyone who needs their roof replaced.

I had several (6) estimates for a complete tearoff and new shingles. Steve did the most thorough inspection and gave me the best price. I am a do-it-yourselfer and this is the first time I had to hire someone to do something for me. I had a good feeling about Steve and his company from start to finish and they did the job in one day. I would definitely recommend Elieff Brothers Roofing to anybody in need of a new roof.

Steve, Paul and their crew was AWESOME!!! At the !st meeting, I felt like they were my brothers. My new roof looks great and has made my home look totally different. All my neighbors and friends have commented on how much better it looks. They all were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, right on top of the job, and always kept the work site clean. They were really good. I found them on Angie’s List. My overall experience was very good. They came when they said they would come. They did what they said they were going to do. They took care of any questions or problems.

Steve came to visit and check out the leak in master bathroom and immediately identified the issue and offered two fix options. While evaluating the situation, he recommended that the older portion of the roof also be replaced as soon as possible as it was showing signs of wear (which was also what another home builder had told us). Steve gave us a verbal estimate that day and two days later emailed me a formal estimate which we accepted. Between the time that we accepted the estimate and he began work (the weather in February/March made scheduling the repair a challenge) we noticed a new leak in the four seasons room. Steve swung by the house while he was in the area, identified the issue and told us that he would take care of it when he did the rest of the job. The following week, prior to some substantial rain storms, Steve and his crew fixed the master bathroom leak - his fix was tested over the following few days during heavy rains. While on the roof, he also replaced a vent cover that was very badly damaged. About two weeks later, his crew came out and re-roofed the main part of the house. They had to replace 7 - 4x8 sheets of roofing material that were badly worn (this was the only cost "addition" but the provision for these was included in the estimate and I was glad to spend the $210 to replace them). The next day they came out to finish the work and Steve came by a few days later to do a final inspection. The roof looks wonderful and we are sure that it will give us 20+ years of security against leaking. The bathroom leak is fixed. We are very satisfied and when we need more roofing work done, we will certainly look to work with Steve and his team again!

They did a very good job. They told me what they felt was needed to be done. Of course, I did not get up on the roof to check it with them, but I have not had any problems since. They assured me that they guaranteed the work, so I think I am okay with it. It was repair work and not anything like putting on a whole new roof, so I think their price was fine. It is hard to say how their quality of work is. Their responsiveness was very good. Their punctuality was weather dependent, and I did not have a problem with it at all. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They did a great job but we needed them to come back because they had not finished the job. The roof looked great but they had gaps by the chimney and did not put up any edging to finish the job. They came out and fixed the problems and said they wanted us satisfied. The roof looks great and no leaks.

The roofers from Elieff Brothers Roofing Inc first gave us an assessment then replaced our roof. They were very knowledgeable. They went out of their way to get the job done, even coming to work on a holiday weekend. Their price was reasonable. I would use them in the future.

As I said above they done a great job. I knew they would run into a few snags as the roof was so bad. There just isn't any way to see exactly what you are getting into until you tear things apart. They went about their work and repaired what was needed without having to run me down and ask if it was ok(That can get annoying). I know from the job that was done that Steve was listening to me. I also appreciated that he took the time to follow up with me to be sure everything was to my satisfaction. Can't say enough good about these guys. They run a true 5 star business.

They were a fine company, and I didn’t dislike anything about them. They did an excellent job giving the estimate. I had someone else do the job, but they gave a fair and competitive bid. Their estimated price was $12,000. I would consider using them in the future.

Work was started on June 13th and completed by noon on June 15th. All work as stated in contract was completed to our satisfaction. They cleaned up all trash before they left each day and upon completion. All workers were very courteous.

Excellent workmanship! I wouldn't hesitate to refer Elieff Brothers to anyone for all things involved with shingles. They have also done work for many friends & family and I have heard nothing but praise for the job they do. Sometimes roofing companies can get a bad rap because they're here today gone tomorrow and the homeowner is left with a horrible experience and bad roof, but I really like dealing with a local family company like Elieff Brothers and their excellent reputation.

I would highly recommend this company to all of my closest family and friends.
