Elieff Brothers Roofing is more than Awesome, They Rocked this projected. From start to finish roofing my home was seamless. Everyone was very pleasant and took the time to answer my questions. I was never left in the dark about what was going to be done and when it was going to be done, they were in contact with me every step of the way. I could not be happier with my new roof as we did the final walk round. I appreciate everyone that made this project happen. I recently purchased a house in Lansing. After purchase I noticed a musty smell and found that the roof was previously damaged. I reached out to 4 local Lansing contractors and 2 regional contractors. Of the six, only Elieff Brothers Roofing gave me a quote that was appropriate to the code for a low slope roof. On installation day we found that the previous roofing contractor had violated building code and used some unorthodox materials and methods and changed the scope of work to do my job right. Steve (one of the Elieff brothers) was on my roof immediately to figure out what was going on. Steve explained the situation, provided evidence of previous substandard work, went over all the options including cost and quality so that I could make an informed decision. With their many years in the business in Lansing, he was able to provide me with several options for insulation replacement, mold remediation contractors that he trusted. Steve and team were able to coordinate with the additional contractors to get my roof done .. and done right. I can't thank Steve, Rhett, DJ, Cooper and his awesome crew enough. This was basically the most stressful house nightmare I've ever had and these guys just kept telling me that it's nothing they hadn't seen before and it's going to be solid when they are done. These guys bent over backwards for me. The quality is top notch, their teams are well trained and get it done. Just amazing. You guys knocked it out of the park. I am so glad I chose Elieff Brothers Roofing. Even though this job turned out to be bigger than expected, had this been a standard roof and deck replacement this would have been easily the best price of all the local contractors. They had the honest price for the work they did. Again, they where the only company that quoted the job to meet building code requirements. These guys should be on your list of roofers to call, you won't be disappointed. I wish I could give six stars. They are that good at what they do. Elieff Bros. was the only roofer who gave an estimate who used the brand which I decided on (Owens-Corning). They were expensive but not the most expensive. Angie's had them rated the highest. The workers were all spanish speaking like virtually all other roofers we have seen. Elieffs were patient and helpful during the explanation and negociation phase. They did a few extra things like minor tree trimming to keep debris off roof. My only dissatisfaction was that I had more trouble reaching them with questions after the work was done than before they were paid.

I am very pleased with the results. The carpentry work by Yuji and Seth replacing the corbels/fascia/soffits was outstanding. They are skilled craftsmen (in addition to being very pleasant people) and the work was flawless! Before the existing pieces were rotted and made the place look neglected and now they have transformed it so it looks beautiful. Larry and his crew removed the old dilapidated roof and erected posts for a railing system, and fit the EPDM rubber roofing around them. I think the edges were particularly well done. The installed railings and made them fit and attached them solidly to the house such that I'm confident it will pass City inspection. The roof and railings look as they should and a good job was done, though it became a little protracted due to some delays. Finally, the gutter and downspout was installed and it was expertly done. I am so happy that the installer was able to fashion a downspout in a special custom way that didn't obstruct a passageway as I had thought would be necessary. It looks great and does the job to avoid damage due to leakage in my home as occurred without the gutter. After each step of the project, there was thorough clean-up. Steve Kinne, the sales representative, was amazingly diligent, patiently revising the quotes as necessary along the way when there were changes of plans. Plus, he couldn't be a nicer fellow and made arrangements for the cost to be discounted when it turned out that the corbels were not the rafter tails we had supposed they were, which was much appreciated. The total job came in at a little over $16,000 and I wouldn't have undertaken the project with Elieff if I wasn't absolutely convinced that there would be quality work, which I believed after Elieff did a perfect job on my main roof last year. I am a very satisfied customer and recommend the company highly!

Poor communication is the name of the game. We started the process of having a deck installed right as COVID was beginning, and at the time were told by the salesman how the company was buying a large stockpile of supplies in case of possible shortages. We signed the contract, paid a deposit, and were told it would be about 3 weeks for work to begin. That time came and went, and I tried to call and get an update. I learned there's only about a 20% chance of ever being able to talk to someone who can answer your questions. The rest of the time your issue will need to be forwarded on to someone else who will never call you. I called twice and had my issue forwarded and was only able to get someone to give me a call with answers after submitting through their online form. We were eventually told it would be 3 more weeks. That time came and went again and never heard anything again. Repeat the process of trying to get a hold of someone with the same poor results, eventually being told that they are waiting on supplies. 2 more weeks comes and goes, and once again told they are waiting on supplies and we have the option of getting a refund or waiting for supplies to come in. Opting to wait for supplies and assuming that massive stockpile they said they were going to buy should be kicking in, 2 more weeks pass by and after another unreturned call eventually opted for the refund. I'm not even mad that they were unable to do the work it was the absolute ****-poor communication: the unreturned calls, the complete lack of follow-ups or updates, and just overall minimal to no effort to keep the customer satisfied.

We have been so pleased with the work Elieff Brothers have over the last couple years. We have a 126 year old house so everything was a bit of a challenge, especially for the roof, but the crews that were out performed perfectly and I can't say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend for shingles, windows, and siding!

Elieff Brothers is excellent. Steve Kinne is a great salesman who fully explained to me all the aspects of the job and showed their approach to be superior to the others I compared. The actual job went very well. The workers were very professional and came on time, worked long days and cleaned up fully after themselves. They put on a quality new roof which looks great and holds up to the elements. I trust them with the 20 year warranty to stand behind their installation. Steve was very nice to come by a second time for payment when I made a mistake with the first payment. I highly recommend Elieff Brothers!

I had 12 windows and 1 door installed plus 3 corner fascia. Kurt did the job and he was very meticulous. He was great with letting me know the installation process step by step and answering any questions. Very neat inside and outside. If he moved something, he put it back when finished. Window trim and fascia perfectly matched the color of existing wood trim on the house. It's a beautiful job and I'm very happy with it.

Great, checked roof in detail and gave info on the condition of the roof. Fixed shingles and cleared out a part of my eaves trough. Men very pleasant and professional.

They're a very good company. Very reasonable rate, I had three other estimates provided from other companies and they were outlandish. I was very satisfied with the completed job. They cleaned up every speck, I never found any trash after they left.

When my chimney was blown off, the insurance company did not give me recommendations or guidance. I called masons, but most didn't return my calls and others were unwilling to do the job. Elieff explained that I needed three different types of professionals: masons to rebuild the chimney, plumbers to install the lining, and roofers to do the flashing, then they gave recommendations. My calls were answered when I said Elieff had given the company a recommendation. Elieff's price seemed high, but everything does. Without their help, I might still have a hole in my roof.

Needed significant work done in the aftermath of storm damage to our roof & siding. We decided to expand the scope of work beyond just damage repair and opted to go beyond the insurance claim for a completely new exterior to our 50 year old home. We met with several area contractors and decided on Elieff Brothers. From initial contact to communication throughout the job to the final product, we couldn't be happier. The owners were easy to work with and the crews were excellent. We crossed our fingers and put a lot of trust in them due to the cost and scope of the work, and they did not let us down. They were also great at working with our insurance company when necessary, which was greatly appreciated under the circumstances. We could have hired contractors who would have been (slightly) less expensive, but the quality of materials Elieff uses combined with their attention to detail were worth it for the investment we wanted to make in our home.

They also did not detail the expenses and. labor on the contract, so be sure to ask for that. My repair was urgent, with other house repairs pending, so I signed without asking for this information and likely paid for my mistake. They do offer a warranty, which is nice, but could use a step up in customer service.

We are extremely happy with the high level of customer service and workmanship provided by Elieff Brothers Roofing. From our initial meeting with Steve to discuss our roofing needs, our subsequent communication with Paul, and to the exceptional completion of the work performed by DJ and his crew. Our experience with Eileff Brothers Roofing exceeded our expectations. Steve was very detailed in his itemized proposal and answered our questions promptly. When DJ and his crew arrived to begin the roofing job, he assured us that our satisfaction was his #1 priority. He took our roofing job personally and performed the work as if it were his own home. We found DJ to be one of the hardest working people we know. He arrived every morning promptly and his communication throughout the roofing job was outstanding. DJ kept us well informed every step of the way. We knew exactly when and how the work was going to be completed. They were very meticulous in the performance of their roofing work and also in maintaining our property in excellent condition. He took great care to protect our landscaping and they performed the clean up throughout the day as the work was being performed. They made it look like no one had been on the property. DJ?s experience, workmanship, and customer focus resulted in the highest quality roofing job. We are very happy with Elieff Brothers Roofing, DJ and his crew were absolutely wonderful, and our new roof looks beautiful.

Our house had the original wooden soffits from 1954, and several sections were rotted, as well as some areas of the fascia from previous roof problems. Elieff removed part of the wood, and installed the Invisivent soffit system. I've been looking at the job now for several months, and I have to say it still looks great. We have a long ranch house with a large overhang, making the corners tricky, but Elieff mitered the corners and everything lined up perfectly, and looks great. We now have maintenance-free soffits and fascia that should last a long time. Elieff also coordinated well with our gutter contractor, and was very, very patient while we selected colors.

I called Elieff Brothers Roofing to come out and give me an estimate for roof repair of what appears to be damage from a faulty sky lite. They said they would get back with me in 24 hours. I got a call the same day to set up the appointment and the woman told me that I had to pay $100 by credit card before they would come out. I asked if I chose not to use them was the money refundable. The answer was a flat out NO. Sounds like quite the scam. Charge $100, give a sky high estimate and keep the money. I don't remember reading anything about a deposit when I read the recommendations from other users. Obviously I said no thanks and hung up.

Worked with Greg Stevens from Elieff brothers. Greg was prompt and knew exactly the windows needed. The installation was scheduled for 10-7-15. The installer, Joe, was on time and went right to work. The total time to complete the job was 2 hours. Joe did an excellent job. Will definitely consider Elieff Brothers for bigger projects.

Workers showed up as scheduled and on time, were quiet and courteous. They worked efficiently and cleaned up the debris every day. When rain was forecast, the company made sure we knew when to expect the workers after the rain ceased. We are pleased with the results.
