Our experience with them was very good. The man who came was so patient because it rained and rained but he stayed and waited for it to stop. But it did not stop so he came back the next day. He was able to complete it before we had a thunderstorm. He was good and was very good on tearing the old roof and putting the new roof on. He was very good on clean up. Everything looks good.

The work was performed quickly, good care was taken of surrounding plantings and clean-up was well done.

They did a great job. The new roof looks beautiful, they cleaned up everything at the end of each day, were very responsive, and the communication was excellent.

They did a fantastic job! On a scale of 1-10 it ranked an easy 20! II can't understand anyone being unhappy with this company.We met with Steve Elieff first and he went on the roof and took pictures.He showed us the pictures and explained everything to us. He was very thorough with us and answered all our questions. When they did the job they were on time,courteous and very professional. When the job was finished they cleaned up all around the house,you would never know they had been there. Having to have work done on your house is never fun but I can honestly say anyone that has Elieff Bros. work on their house will be totally happy-we were!!

I called Elieff Brothers to inquire about possible roof damage resulting from all the snowfall we've had this winter. I left a voicemail message, and Steve returned my call the next day, which was no problem. I explained to him the problems I was experiencing, which included water damage to the ceiling in my 4 seasons room. I informed him that my insurance adjuster was coming Saturday to inspect the damages. Steve suggested that I hear what they had to say before proceeding any further. Although I'm still not sure if any actual roof damage has been done as we are waiting for the snow and ice to melt, he was very honest, professional, and helpful. He gave me great advice, and he suggested several other businesses to me that might be of assistance once the problem is diagnosed. If roof damage is discovered (it could just be an ice dam), I wouldn't hesitate to hire Elieff Brothers for the job! Thanks Steve!!

Although we did not choose this contractorfor the job, he was very professional and gave us alot of good information and advice.

It worked out great! He was very honest, one thing in particular, he gave a price and he said that he don't know until he dig underneath there but if it's cheaper he'll let me know any alternative for what's cheaper than he actually said. Basically, he gave me the worst thing scenario price and it didn't come to that. I can't think of one thing to complain about to him.

Paul was right on time to do the estimate on Tuesday. Said he would have it done by Saturday. Called Friday morning and asked if he could do the job that day because of forecasted rain. Quickly had the job done and because of it being on the roof, he took photos with his phone and showed us how & what he did. So far - no leak.

We had a great experience this this company. Roof looks great. They picked up after themselves. Came back when I called them and fixed problem with the pipes on the roof. Very happy with the results.

I wanted to hire a local company with a long history thinking I would get better customer service. The quality of their work is fine. But trying to get them to complete the work has been frustrating. I signed a contract with them in mid-June. They finally started the job at the end of July, after i called them half a dozen times wondering when they would get it done. Now it's mid-September and i'm still waiting for them to finish part of the siding around the flat roof. Whenever i call the sales guy, he promises they'll be out to finish "tomorrow or saturday." Then no one shows up and no one calls back to explain. This has happened at least 5 times. It's like a $6000 job isn't worth their time or something. This is exactly why i'm working with contractors can be so frustrating.... buyer beware i guess.

Greg was great as was Gary: they listened to what I wanted and gave helpful advice. I was very particular about what I wanted and they were greta. I love the new look of my home.

They did a great job replacing the skylights. The windows look good and you can't even see where the shingles were replaced on the roof. The subcontractor took great care replacing the drywall. Tony of Tony's Painting sculpted the drywall around the window edge in the window wells and it looks perfect. The ceiling plaster stippling was a bit off around one of the windows but the rest looks fine. All the workers called if they were running late and they took extreme care to clean up after their work. Tony's covered everything in the room with plastic while working and I had almost no drywall dust in the house and no paint drops. I really appreciated the job both groups did in keeping the work site cleaned up.

Their price was off the chart.

They seem to be very professional, very organized and I have a feeling they would probably do a good job. It was probably the most professional, it was between him and the guy I hired. I picked the wrong one. They have done many, many homes in this area and he does a very good reputation.

They did a great job. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were very friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better job. They were both professional and respectful of our property treating it as if it were their own home.

There were no more leaks around the initial area that first showed up. But during another 2" rainstorm we experienced a leak around the chimney and once notified he was out to the house within an hour or two. As of the last two rainstorms we have not experienced anymore leaks. I was so happy with the service provided that I also contracted with Elieff Brothers to do some siding work on my back porch, and it is excellent!

Steve with Elieff brothers Roofing has proved himself to be an honorable man with good principle and a kind and caring heart. Customer service seems of high priority to him. I would recommend their roofing services to everyone. They have earned a name to be trusted.

Overall did a great job. Responsive to request for quote. Middle of the pack price range, which we thought was the way to go on this project. Good job explaining approach to job and precautions that would be taken to ensure job quality and safety. Very responsive to our interests in the timing of the job. Good communication between contract signing and beginning of the job. Once on the job, it was done very professionally and quickly. DJ as crew leader was responsive to questions, comments, and needs. Very courteous and hard working crew. Some slight complications and changes were quickly addressed without a hassle. Roof looks great. Couldn't recommend more.

Work was done professionally and timely. Took two days with a cleanup each day. Plants windows and structure were all covered and protected during the process. Steve made me aware of all my options and confirmed my thoughts on the project based on my knowledge from research.

Excellent work by the crew, only one minor issue, but Steve and his crew took care of it immediately.

We had three contractors come out and quote a price to tear off and reshingle our roof and replace our vents with a ridge vent. Eilieff Brothers fell right in the middle, price-wise. We chose them because we felt the most comfortable with them, even though we had a slightly smaller quote from another contractor. Steve came out and did our quote. He gave a very nice sales presentation and included pictures he had taken and gave us samples of the materials and explained everything they would be doing. They were able to schedule our house very quickly. They were prompt and came with a crew large enough to complete our roof in one day. There were a few things left laying in the yard after they were done, but overall we were pleased with the cleanup. The first rain we had after we did notice that we had a leak and our bathroom ceiling was very slightly damaged. We called them and they came out within the hour (in the rain) and patched around a vent where water was getting in. They even offered to repair the bathroom ceiling for us, but we just took care of it ourselves since the damage was so minor. We had not had one problem since. We would recommend their services to others.

Elieff Brothers was one of three estimates I obtained to install vinyl siding, gutters and wrap cedar trim with aluminum. I chose Elieff Brothers because of the high quality of products at a price that was more than competitive. I had a pleasant experience working with Greg Stevens, their sales representative. He was friendly, polite and provided product options to consider, materials to review, color samples, directed me to suppliers to see products or brought actual samples to the house to see which ones worked best for me. The siding tear off went quickly and the siding, trim and gutter installation was done in about ten days. Rick, the primary siding/trim installer did an excellent job. The detail of his work was exemplary. I have received compliments from neighbors walking by. I would definitely have Elieff Brothers do other work for me or recommend them to others.

I thought I'd done this review at the time--so sorry for the delay because I thought their work was exemplary, and people should know. I initially got their name from Angie's list (very highly rated), as well as another contractor, and got bids from both. Both bids were informative and thorough; Elieff Brothers was somewhat less as I remember, but my deciding factor was how Steve had gone up there and temporarily tarped over a leaky place because rain was due, even without an accepted bid at that point. All Elieff workers were prompt, friendly and polite. I'm very happy with the work.

First of all, I liked Steve Elieff's attention to detail when working up an estimate. He specified things, such as removing some siding to put waterproofing material under it on a dormer section. He was honest with me about things that wouldn't necessarily be perfect such as slight dips where the existing underlying beams aren't lined up evenly. And there was no hard sell. I was impressed with the professionalism of the crew. They were punctual and worked hard every day they were here. They took care to protect plants and keep debris out of them. They were neat and cleaned up the total area when they were done as well as leaving everything neat each day. And, finally, the roof looks great!
