They called me right away gave me an estimate the very next day it was well below any other Dale and his workers were all very friendly and professinal they did a great job of taking out and putting our new furance in I would recommend and have to others and will surely call them agin for any other jobs

Excellent. The technician showed up at the estimated time and checked out everything on the furnace. He was here approximately 1.5 hrs and was able to solve the problem: a faulty sensor. The price for the service was very fair and I will call them again for a re-check in the fall.

He was very efficient and diagnosed the problem immediately. On his company's website they offer a $25 discount to new customers and he took that right off the top. I couldn't be happier with his service, professionalism and fee.

I'm very happy with the furnace and AC. You can schedule anytime to check the AC as you recommended. Also, you left a charger for a drill in the basement you can pickup then also. Thanks for everything. Dave Brown 517-285-4363

The installer was clean, nice, informative, the only small issue was it took longer than anticipated.

They were prompt and I would ask the same questions over and over again and they were very patient with me. When I called they would return my call quick. I had a problem within the second week and they came right out and fixed it. It was a very minor problem. They even suggested I get 3 estimates which I did. They were great and I would recommend them to everyone. I will be needing a furnace soon and Dixson Mechanical will be the company I call. Thank you Dixson Mechanical.

The service I received from Dixon Mechanical was wonderful. Dale and his son were very professional and personable. I am very happy with their promptness and willing to work with me when I was available, not what was convenient for them. I am positive I will use their services again.

Dixon Mechanical spent a large amount of time trying to fix my water heater, only to discover it needed to be replaced. They acted as the go-between with myself and the manufacturer and got my heater replaced for no cost even though the warranty had run out shortly before. they would not even accept payment for service call. Would highly recommend!
