Mr. Dixon was professinal, friendly and very good at his job. He even came out and helped me with my car! On his own time! I would recommend him to anyone that needs furnace work! James H. Oxxxx

Complete abandonment after the sale I initially thought they were out of business as the unit has been problematic and I have placed at least 10-15 messages as they do not have a person answering just a voice mail. The unit started losing coolant pressure within 2 years of install. And I have struggled to find a geothermal experienced Service provider. So 5 years post install I have had at least 8 service calls and a recent 2500 expense to replace the defective part. My messages were always polite and detailing the issue(no heat or ac ) I typicaly left a series of messages on each occasion with never a call back. Ever. The install was courteous and my bill was paid immediately. So unless you like being ignored or left in cold on service after the sale I would avoid this service. Learned the hard way on this one. Walk away.

Honest and fair. Knows his business well

My wife and I are first time home buyers and this was our first project. His business stuck out to me as he is an actual licensed mechanical engineer with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Dale installed a new central air unit, tankless water heater, wi-fi thermostat and brought our furnace up to code to pass city inspection. He always answered his phone/returned messages and showed up when he said he would. Absolutely fantastic to work with.

I called him and he came free hours and was able to fix our ac on the spot was fixed within 30 minutes I recommend this company hugely!!! He was friendly and reasonable on the price and thanks to him I won't be sweating all summer long... He was put on my speed dial before he even left!

I had Sears come to my home 30 years ago.... they charged $85 to show up! Dixon came, found the problem, replaced the transformer, checked pressure in the system....charged $100....$40 parts, $60 labor! I'll tell all my friends to call Dixon Mechanical!!

Dale from Dixon Mehanical called me on the phone and was so helpful I asked that come to my home and repair my gas furance, He came when he said he would finished the repair. The amount he charged me was even less than what is said it was going to be. I would hire Dixon Mechanical again.

Mr. Dixon was very fair & affordable and did not attempt to offer any services and or repairs that were not needed. Thanks again we will attempt to use his services for all our plumbing and heating needs.

The day before Chrismas Eve our furnace went out. Have had other problems with my furnace so we decided to replace it. I called four other contractors and they all said they could get to me sometime after the first because of the holiday. I have a three year old and I need heat. Dixon was the only one who would come replace my furnace on Christmas Eve. Holiday or not people need heat. He gave us a very good price and was very efficient. I will definately be staying with Dixon Heating.
