It was good. They worked very hard and the cleaning was good. I used them in May.

They were very pleasant and got a lot done in a reasonable time, very happy.

After scheduling a date and time window the crew called about 30 minutes prior to arrival so I knew when to expect them. They came in and took notes as to what I wanted cleaned and set to work. The house looked fantastic when they were done. Things were clean and organized. They did not try to put items away that were left out, which is appreciated. I have had cleaning crews "put things away" before, which simply meant finding a place to stuff the items, causing me to have to search for them later. I gave them a slightly lower rating on professionalism because as they were cleaning the house, they were complaining about some things with regards to the job to one another. This would really not impact my decision on whether to hire them again. I also gave them slightly lower grad on quality because I found a few things that I would have liked done a little better, but overall they did an excellent job. Just a few tricky spots that could have been managed a little better.

The women were here when they said they would be. All 3 of them worked and finished the job quickly and professionally.

I have to reach them and talk to them about this deal. At first they said that I could not schedule as far out as I wanted them to do the housecleaning. I wanted the housecleaning close to the date that they said to contact them back I get the same automated voicemail when I call them and we have been playing phone tag ever since. They call back within a day or two. The deal has expired and I would like for them to still honor the deal, they are just hard to get a hold of them.

This is the 2nd time I used this company. The first time was ok but this time was better. They called ahead to remind me of our appointment. Good think they did because I had forgotten about it since it was scheduled a month prior. They were punctual and did a very good job. They finished a little early and offered to do some dusting and vacuuming in a couple of other rooms. I would definitely recommend this company based on my most recent experience!

It was terrible. They hardly did anything. They basically took out the trash and vacuumed the floor and that was it. They really had bad cleaning. I let them go and decided I would never have them come back. They were here for 2 hours.

Team of three came for two hours to deep clean our house, 3000 sq feet. With 3 1/2 baths + 5 bedrooms. Done quickly and great attention to detail. Straightened some toys and things on counter tops. Pleasant and helpful crew.
