Description of Work: A bought an Angies "Big Deal" for deep house cleaning. When I called to make an appointment, i was told the first available was one month away. I considered this completely unacceptable.

Description of Work: It took a while to get scheduled. However, it worked out. All services were performed as promised and to my satisfaction. Danielle came with two other workers and they made a major headway in 2 hours. I will ask for them again.

Description of Work: We were having a graduation party the next week. They came and scrubbed my white tile floor and white grout in the kitchen. Cleaned bathrooms and the tub and tile in each. Dusted everything, including knick knacks, and vacuumed. Cleaned the fronts of my wooden kitchen cabinets and white appliances. I can't remember if they did my windows or not. I didn't know that they would not clean / dust anything beyond their reach. Meaning they won't stand on anything to reach areas. I found out when I was inspecting what they cleaned. After mentioning to them that was one of the reasons I called them, they gladly did it. They basically did anything I asked and were very fast and efficient. I tipped the three women $20 each. (The cost above includes those tips.) I don't know if that was too much or not, but because I bought the Angie's deal for so cheap and I was so thankful it was one less thing for me to do for the party, it was worth it. I definitely would use them again.

Description of Work: No service was performed...this Company failed to return my phone calls to set up an appointment....I cancelled the service after several weeks. I do not like the idea of paying in advance on some of your "Big Deals".

Description of Work: The team of two women did an excellent job on cleaning the house, but ran out of time on the floors because the rest of the house was so messy and could not finish in the planned three hour window. Would rather have had the floors done than the inside of the microwave cleaned. Bathroom fixtures, floor walls and woodwork cleaned. Livingroom windows, woodwork cleaned, Kitchen cabinets and appliances surfaces cleaned (except for aforementioned microwave)). Ledges and furniture surfaces cleaned and polished. Leather cleaned. Furniture moved and cleaned under.

Description of Work: The house was clean. I paid for 6 man hours of deep cleaning and asked that they focus on the bathrooms, which looked as good as I would do. The deal also said they clean ceiling fans, windows and base boards which was not done due to time, however, I would have though they could skip the vacuuming and do those other areas instead.

Description of Work: I purchased one of the Big Deal Deep Clean from You've Got it Maid! Two young girls came in and cleaned everything in my house. They had a very detailed checklist that they worked off of and checked in with me after an hour to see how they were doing and if I wanted them to continue what they were doing or focus on something else. The communication with me on what I wanted cleaned while they were there was great!

Description of Work: The two young ladies came in with their own equipment, welcomed the dog, got introduced to my husband in the wheelchair, and when asked about where we should go, as we were expecting therapists to come, without hesitation replied that they would do the room we were in last. They worked silently the alloted time. They were extremely efficient, cheerful and very pleasant. I was extremely pleased with everything they did, and told them before they left that I would like to hire them to come on a regular basis. They gave me a price list as to how much their company would charge for once a week, biweekly or monthly and how long they thought it would take to clean the next time around. I think the charge is quite high, but I realize this was a "Big Deal". I'm going to hire them anyway, and I'm going to go for once a week! I was very happy!

Description of Work: I was pleasantly surprised by the value for the price. Danielle & Samatha called this a.m. with est arrival time. They brought all their own supplies and were such a pleasure to have in my home. They didn't miss a beat on the cleaning and were very thorough. They washed the venetian blinds, one slat at a time;washed the windows on the inside; hand washed all the base mouldings, wiped down the cabinets all the kitchen appliances; polished the furniture; vacuumed the area rugs and washed the ceramic tile floor. I will definitely have them back.

I spoke with Danielle through both Email and phone. when i called the listed nember it said disconected. so I emailed again an Danielle promptly called the next morning. How ever we could not work out a time frame that was good for either ofus.Yes it say appt by location,but only when its convient for them. My only day off is friday and there to far away to come here on that day(thats what she told me). Other days were offered in the am because they dont have evening hours or saturdays.WE both work days and cant be here for them.She stated that other clients leave keys out side for them or they have a key.Well I dont know them ,and surley would not leave a key outside or the house.Todays world is too troubled to trust that.I was vey sad that we could not reach another agreement but she didn't offer any others to help accomidate for us..To bad cause I was so excited to get that deal was telling all my girlfreinds,cause it sounded to good to be true.I now needto get my money back since its paid for. Description of Work: They cleaned the entire house after we moved to prepare it for sale. They cleaned itbetter than I expected. I worried about my hardwood floors and after I saw the jobthat they did I was truly amazed. I never saw them look so good. The bathrooms shinedlike new the tile glistened.The kitchen was perfection.
