Description of Work: Two person team arrived punctually. They were very professional. It seemed to take them longer than I would have expected to do the cleaning.

Description of Work: The ladies did a good job on what I'd asked, but I think I should have expected more. They seemed to paced there work to the expectation. And it looked like they could have gotten a lot more done if I had asked for more. I gave them heavy cleaning jobs and what they did was done very nicely. I'll know next time to set higher expectations.

Description of Work: They had no reasonable openings for the service purchased. When offering a house cleaning I did not expect only two openings for the whole month of October - 5-8 weeks out.

Description of Work: Three "Maids" showed up on time and and cleaned our home just as we had asked. They were very attentive to doing all the things that we asked for them to do and beyond. I will gladly ask them to return as needed.

Description of Work: they have no one who answers the phone during normal business hours, I work in the operating room so there's no phone number to call me back. and left me a message on my cell phone and said they were returning my call but will only be there for the next 15 minutes. I was at work in surgery and couldn't call back within 15 minutes. each time I call during normal business hours I got voicemail. when I finally talked to somebody they were unable to service me and the owner was going to call me. still was not able to get my service. I would love to have my service provided but they don't answer the phone

Description of Work: Two ladies cleaning my home for three hours. They didn't get it all done. I have 3 BR, 2.5 bath, kitchen and family room. | |My home is not a mess nor that dirty. I have no kids, pets. I actually cleaned it a bit before they came and ensured all the clutter (papers etc) was gone. | |I have not used them since. | |I have another cleaning lady - she is alone and gets the entire home done in less than two hours. She did the initial clean in three hours by herself. She started about six months afterwards.

Description of Work: They said they would do a deep holiday cleaning. I expected that this meant a thorough cleaning by vacuuming heat registers, dusting furniture, cleaning and vacuuming under and behind furniture. When I noticed this wasn't happening, I asked why and then was told "we don't move furniture, or use a step tool to reach heat registers to dust them. Well, this is part of what I consider "deep holiday" cleaning. Then I paid for them to stay and clean the upstairs bathroom in the second bed room and they didn't clean it completely during the extra hour that I paid extra for at $80.00 and hour. One cleaning lady was standing in the bathtub cleaning between the ceramic tiles with a piece of steel wool, attempting to clean each piece separately without having sprayed a cleaner on the whole area so it could be working while she cleaned the other fixtures. At the end of the hour, they wanted to know if I wanted them to finish cleaning the bathroom (for another $80.00) and I told them no and paid them off. It appeared they were going slowly, and they didn't come prepared with the proper cleaning supplies to get the job done. I was not happy and would not pay to have them come again.
