You've Got It Maid

very prompt and pleasant. Cleaned lower level floor which was very dirty. It looked clean and then when it dried, there was a cloudy film left on it. When I asked what it could be from, Danielle said it could be from the cleaning pad which had gotten very dirty. She said it should be OK. I am still working on it. I have to go over it at least 3 times with just water to get the film up. The bathroom was spotless and had never looked better. The floor there is a different material and did not look cloudy. The shower looked new. I admit that the floor was extremely dirty and she worked hard to get it clean.

I purchased a Big Deal for 4 hours of cleaning at $80. First off, they are very difficult to get a hold of. They do not answer the phone. You have to leave a message and hope they call back at a good time. When I finally reached them, I scheduled then to clean my house on a Friday to prepare for a party the next day. They were scheduled to arrive between 10 and noon. They never arrived. We called several times but, as usual, they did not answer the phone. They did not call back until Monday - 3 days after the missed appointment. She was not apologetic at all! She simply called to reschedule the appointment. When I asked what she was going to do to make up for the major inconvenience they caused, she snapped at me and said "we did not stand you up. It was an honest mistake" and all she would do is "honor the deal that I bought". She acted as if she was doing me a favor. Her responsiveness, attitude and professionalism was unacceptable. I asked for my money back. I do not want a company that operates like that in my house.

It was okay. I purchased the Big Deal and we had scheduled them to come out but they weren't able to come out. They had some issues getting out on the scheduled date. The next time, when they were able to come they a decent job but it wasn't outstanding or anything like that.

I called them 4 or 5 times and my call was never returned. Then when I did get a hold of her she told me she couldn't schedule the appointment the same week of my Angie's List purchase. And had very poor customer service skills.

Scheduling the initial appointment went well and the cleaners showed up promptly. However, there were several issues with the cleaning. First and foremost, the cleaners damaged one of our walls. We have a baby gate at the top of our stairs. When the cleaners had finished, we noticed that the upper attachment had been torn out of the wall, along with a chunk of drywall. I spoke with Danielle to give her a chance to make this right, however she flatly refused to take responsibility. She insisted it was damaged before she arrived, however it was fine when she got there and broken when she left. I could understand how she might have damaged the gate - its a litte fussy in how it operates. What I can't understand is how a service provider can flatly deny causing damage that only they could have caused. Unfortunately due to the damage, the gate would not prevent a child from falling down the stairs and is no longer safe until I can repair the wall. Additionally, it turns out the 6 hours of cleaning is not all created equally - only half of that time can be used for things like cleaning bathrooms, disinfecting the kitchen, etc. The rest of the time (one of the two people) only does vacuuming, dusting, etc. We had bought the deal to get some of the things we never seem to get to done - vacuuming and dusting were not on that list. Because of this, only about half the rooms we really wanted cleaned were actually cleaned (we had one bathroom that needed a great deal of attention which took most of the time available for that type of work - in fairness they did a very good job on that room). Had this limitation been made clear before I purchased, I would not have bought the deal at all. Overall, what seemed like a great deal going in (half off the price for enough time to get a very thorough cleaning) turned out to be basically paying full cost for what we wanted, plus the additional money I'm out to fix the damage caused to my home. If Danielle had been at all willing to work with me on these items, I would have been much happier with this experience. Buyer beware, I guess...

Due to the holidays and the company's limited availability in my neighborhood we were finally able to pick today's date for cleaning. The crew finished long before the allotted time and even though I had the opportunity to see how they completed their work and did have to point out areas they missed, it wasn't until they were gone that I saw many other areas they "skipped" over. The owner called after they had left to remind me it was my responsibility to utilize the crew for the entire time and her concern seemed to be about an unfavorable review on Angie's List. She did not apologize or even attempt to make it right. I would not use their services again. I paid $116 for an hour an a half of mediocre work.

The service was not as well as I would have liked. They showed up and shoved dirt around, but they did not really clean to my expectation. I was not pleased at all. They should just come in and do what is expected of them to do when they first walked into the house. They were going to be here for three hours and I have a small condo that is 1,800 square-feet with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. So, it is not that big. They asked me what areas they wanted me to concentrate on and honestly, they came in. They moved things around. They ran dust cloths over things. I do not know that they really cleaned anything and I just was not pleased with them. I have had cleaning people in the past. In fact, I had one very good person and she moved so I could not use her any more. I walked in the bedroom before they left and the headboard on my bed had not been touched. It still had dust on it. I had to remind them to go dust the headboard. I just was not pleased overall with what they did. If they had performed the service that I had expected, the $119 would have been an excellent price. At $119, it was $20 per hour per person. The price was excellent, I thought. It took them several days to get a hold of me and that was after I called them. They were supposed to get back to me. They were pretty close on time. The two people they sent to my house, I would not use again. Maybe if they send two different people, maybe I would use them again. If the two people that came to my house and that is their company, I would not use them again.

The provider did an acceptable job.

Unacceptable cleaning service and customer service! I told Danielle the owner I needed my house clean before the holidays because I was having a party, she told me they could come Dec 21, I told her I had to work but my older kids would be home, she said that would be fine and I told her verbally and in a note everything I wanted cleaned; all bathrooms and wood floors. When I got home from work I was shocked to see the floors still had the same stains and some of the bathrooms were never cleaned. I called Danielle and waited 9 days to hear from her. I told her to come see the dirty floors and unclean bathrooms in person, she said "no, she does not do that". She then told me it was my fault basically because I was not home to do a " walk thru" with the maids to see if the job was satisfactory. I told her to either send her cleaners out again to finish the cleaning or give me my money back. She scoffed and said "no, there is nothing we can do because you were not there to do a walk thru in person with the maids". She also insisted the floors were cleaned but how could the same exact stains still be there I asked her? Terrible professionalism, customer service and quality of cleaning.

a crew of 3 ladies came and I had purchased 4 hours. It looked like one of the ladies was training another . The leader spend the 1st 20 minutes talking to me about their rates and if they did not get everything done in a hour and 20 minutes (x 3 ladies = 4 hours.) then that rate would be and additional $120 an hour for the crew of 3 which I ended up paying. And they would follow up with me to schedule another visit. My house is less than 800 sq ft. So I am not sure why a 3 person crew could not clean it in 1 hour and 2 minutes. They never followed up to see if I liked their service and to see if I wanted to hire them again. Would not recommend them.

I made this appointment over a month in advance in anticipation of the holiday season. I bought two deals at the same time in September. I had previously used them in November and this was my second time. The girls who cams to the house did a great job. I have no complaints with them. I was asked to provide a coupon code after about 30 minutes of service and told if I could not produce the code then I would be charged at $80/hour. I was able to eventually find the code but was put off by being told I would be charged at full price AFTER they had already started working and really it was their error not mine. Lastly on both occasions I was asked if I wanted a quote for services for which I kindly said yes. I have yet to receive that quote.

They called ahead and worked hard and did a great job.

Poorly. They weren't interested in responding to voice mails or emails. I wish I could tell you how their cleaning went, but I can't get them here to do it, or even to acknowledge that they will be getting in touch with me to figure out when we can do it.

I purchased 4 hour cleaning on a big deal. Four people came for an hour. They moved quickly for that hour. It's a little difficult to schedule an appointment but I would definitely hire them again.

I purchased this through Angie's list on October 23rd. I also selected a date for Nov. 23rd. I am still waiting for the company to contact me. She called at 8:15 on Thursday Nov. 5th. I called back an hour later, it went to voice mail. I left a message and I have not received a callback yet. I have called several times. I have also emailed them several times. If a month ahead is not enough time, I am not sure what to do. I will probably be requesting a refund due to no contact.

Since they wouldn't admit any shortcomings in their reply, then I have to downgrade my rating.

I purchased a Big Deal from Angie's List but this provider never responded to my emails and I had to request a refund. They said they had computers problems but that excuse them from not calling.

Tried to schedule a few times but was not able to. No service was provided yet got charged by Angies List.

It went very well. The woman who does the scheduling was very helpful and found an appointment time that suited my schedule. The two young women showed up on time and were very pleasant and easy to talk to. I showed them around my house and asked them to do a good general cleaning. They did this and more. I was very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

I had a rental home that needed a pre-move-in cleaning. I contacted the company and they informed me that they were booked for the next three weeks, a time period that made them useless to me. I was cheerfully told there would be no refund and that my job would be scheduled based on their availability and location. When a business puts out a discounted special such as the one at issue here, a consumer expects they are ready to work. Being told that I had to wait three weeks for one days work (had that with tow cleaners) was not a great customer service experience. I was disappointed in this experience. Rick Haberman

All of my Dad's one bedroom apartment was cleaned in the two hour block. You've Got it Maid sent a team of three and they got to work right away. My Dad wasn't sure this was a good idea at first. I kind of had to talk him into it. But afterward, he was a convert. He said the crew was well organized and did a great job, especially in his kitchen which I guess he did not realize was as dirty as it was :) Not sure when we will call You;ve Got it Maid back but I'm sure we will.

Very nice & personable. Cleaned baseboards and will do windows!
