WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS! During this Pandemic, are taking extra precautions to protect our clients by wearing face masks, using hand sanitizer in between each job and sanitizing our equipment in between jobs. We will also be performing daily checks of our staffs temperatures. We look forward to servicing you SAFELY! You've Got It Maid, LLC takes pride in the quality of work we provide to each of our customers. During each Cleaning a Team Leader will be present to ensure you receive the best service possible. Team Leaders undergo intense training with the owner of the company to ensure that everything is done properly before they are given a Team of their own. Prior to us leaving your home, we provide all new clients with a walk through of the home with the Team Leader to ensure that they are completely satisfied with our work. We design a plan specifically around your home and your requests, that fit your needs. We ask that new clients make an effort to be present for the first 2 cleans with us. Clients are not required to be present for the entire duration of the first 2 cleans, but are asked to be present for the end of the first 2 cleans to determine pricing and to perform walk through a with us. We understand that sometimes it is just not possible with busy work schedules. If that is the case, please mention that you will need special arrangements to be made if you are unable to be there at the end of the first initial and/or second cleaning. After the first two cleans, it is your choice to be present or not be present during the cleanings. All Clients are on a set rotation. The 1st-14th of each month, all Clients receive a Deep Cleaning. The 15th-31st of each month, all Clients receive a Standard Cleaning of their main levels in addition to a Basement Cleaning. Please ask for more details of what's included in our Deep Cleans.

Regular housekeeping
Description of Work: The first few visits were great, but overall experience is negative. I requested to do walkthroughs with the owner after every clean to address areas that were missed, but she often left without telling me, or doing the walkthrough. Numerous items in my home were broken. The tile in my bathroom was damaged by acidic cleaning products that even said on the bottle that they should not be used on my type of floor. My wall was damaged by a vacuum cleaner that was left leaning and fell onto the wall, leaving a dent in the drywall. The USB cables for electronic devices in my bedroom were run over repeatedly with the vacuum and had to be replaced. My cordless vacuum cleaner was clogged to the point of shutdown because they did not pay attention to the max fill line. Decor items were moved around after every clean, so I had to go around the house and put things back in their proper place after every clean. Scheduling was changed several times without consulting me, which did not work with schedule. Staff turnover is high. I do not recommend at all

I have been cleaning for this client for several years. I had to drop services with this client due to her constant rudeness towards myself and my staff. I have had staff quit over the years from having to clean for her. Over the years, a couple items have broke, and she was compensated for those items. Not one employee feels comfortable going into her home anymore which is why I had to make the choice to terminate her services. I did however give her a referral of someone I thought that might be a better fit for her. Also, in response to her vacuum being clogged, we bring and use our own vaccum. Her vacuum being clogged was not our fault. We decided it was best to terminate our services with her due to how she mistreated staff frequently. I did send her a very professional text letting her know we would not be returning anymore. She did text me for several days asking when I would return, if she felt this negative about us, I would have not received so many texts asking when we would return. I as well as the staff just didn't feel comfortable going there anymore so I had to make a decision that was best for the staff in this case.

Did a very nice job. The first time, even if they had to be called to come back and clean again. They had a new person. Had a job scheduled two weeks later at 09 am, and they didn't show. I received a call that afternoon that two other clients in my area had canceled late last night, so it was in their best interest to come to my area for just my house. Let it be said. We are not using them. What does someone else's cancellation have to do with my cleaning? How anyone rates this company as anything but unprofessional is beyond me.
Description of Work: First cleaning job with this company. Is more expensive because it is the first "deep clean". Did house, not basement. 3 bedroom and 1 1/2 bats.

We have tried to reason with this client several times. I do understand his concern, however what this client doesn't understand is that he is 45 minutes away from our main office in Livonia. We had a cancelation the night before he was scheduled. I can't force our Independent Contractor to drive 45 minutes for 1 house that would take 1 hour to clean and they don't get paid for drive time. I understand his anger towards us. We make every effort to live up to each clients expectations. However, we can only do so much for each client, especially when he calls our office screaming and swearing several times to myself (Owner) and the office assistant. I would not service these clients for treating my workers very un-fairly and swearing to our workers within this company. Please review our other phenominal ratings by past clients who value our hard work and dedication.

My Dad is very pleased. I am invoiced one time per month so my elderly Dad doesn't have to worry about payment. I live about 45 minutes North of my Dad and can't be there to hand the cleaning crew the money. You don't find many companies who will work with you in that aspect.
Description of Work: You've Got it Maid has been cleaning my Dad's house on a weekly basis. Some weeks they do a regular clean: dust, vacuum, change linens, scrub kitchen, bathroom etc; and other weeks they do a "Power Clean" where the cleaning is even more detailed. They also have another week worked in where they clean the basement.

the crew covered the entire house to go beyond our expectations; they brought their preferred products (checking products with us prior to the work day); the work was well done; there was good written communication left for us from the crew as they went about the job; we hope to have this service for a long time; it was noted that this initial visit took longer for the work to be completed; future visits are to be of shorter duration with the charges reflective of the time it takes to complete the job

They arrived on time. They brought everything they needed from rags to cleaning solutions to the vacuum. They were organized. They even cleaned the baseboards (just like the commercial!) They were fast but thorough. Two girls cleaned and they each had their own responsibilities. It was awfully hot because our AC was broken but they didn't complain and it didn't slow them down. The quote Danielle provided before the job began was concise and specific so there was no misunderstanding about what they were going to do when they arrived. That was very, very helpful. This was their first time cleaning for us and because they cleaned the house so well, so quickly and for a very reasonable price, we have contracted them to come on a regular basis.

Overall, it went FANTASTIC!!!! You Got It Maid is the only housekeeping service I would ever use. They are prompt, efficient, friendly, and very accommodating. I don't have to worry about "cleaning" my home before the maids get there like some other companies make you do. I'm a busy single mom and the whole point of hiring a maid is to help organize my life at home when I don't have the energy or time to do it. I would completely and HIGHLY recommend You Got It Maid over and above any and ALL other housekeeping companies. I dare you to try them...you will never, ever find a better maid service.
Description of Work: Danielle's team is amazing. They vacuum, clean my laundry room, mop all my floors, loaded and unloaded my dishwasher, made my beds, cleaned and disinfected the bathrooms, dusted, put my son's toys away, and even organized my costume jewelry which was in a pile all tangled up! I got home and it was neatly hanging on my jewelry tree.
