WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS! During this Pandemic, are taking extra precautions to protect our clients by wearing face masks, using hand sanitizer in between each job and sanitizing our equipment in between jobs. We will also be performing daily checks of our staffs temperatures. We look forward to servicing you SAFELY! You've Got It Maid, LLC takes pride in the quality of work we provide to each of our customers. During each Cleaning a Team Leader will be present to ensure you receive the best service possible. Team Leaders undergo intense training with the owner of the company to ensure that everything is done properly before they are given a Team of their own. Prior to us leaving your home, we provide all new clients with a walk through of the home with the Team Leader to ensure that they are completely satisfied with our work. We design a plan specifically around your home and your requests, that fit your needs. We ask that new clients make an effort to be present for the first 2 cleans with us. Clients are not required to be present for the entire duration of the first 2 cleans, but are asked to be present for the end of the first 2 cleans to determine pricing and to perform walk through a with us. We understand that sometimes it is just not possible with busy work schedules. If that is the case, please mention that you will need special arrangements to be made if you are unable to be there at the end of the first initial and/or second cleaning. After the first two cleans, it is your choice to be present or not be present during the cleanings. All Clients are on a set rotation. The 1st-14th of each month, all Clients receive a Deep Cleaning. The 15th-31st of each month, all Clients receive a Standard Cleaning of their main levels in addition to a Basement Cleaning. Please ask for more details of what's included in our Deep Cleans.

I have used You've Got It Maid (YGIM), for about a year now, and think the company is outstanding. I work and attend school full time, so cleaning the house is not something I have much time to do right now. I hate dusting, bathrooms and kitchens, and YGIM helps me out tremendously! They come Bi-weekly and alternately do a 'Deep Clean' and then a 'Regular Clean'. In addition, I have 2 large dogs and everyone is wonderful with them. If I'm not home, the dogs get to go outside and play! Sometimes I work remotely from home and YGIM diligently works around me and are always very cheerful, polite and friendly! I completely understand time schedules, and am always very flexible with that. They usually come within a 1-2 hour window in the afternoon on my scheduled day, and let me know if there is an emergency or delay! I think they do a wonderful job overall and will continue to use their services in the future!
Description of Work: Almost always a 3-person crew comes to my house and tackles the office, bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen/dinning area. My house is rather small (900 sq/ft), but Danielle and her crew do a great job of getting the little things done, like base-boards and blinds. I have 2 dogs, so getting up all the dog hair is a feat in itself, and they do it effortlessly. They dust and vacuum every room and scrub down the kitchen and bathroom. Window treatments and baseboards are done once a month. Danielle (or crew leader) does a walk-through and leaves a check-list of everything performed at the end and depending on the time of the month, they spend anywhere between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours cleaning. I think everything is done wonderfully!

They were very professional. They had good information. They had a hand out to tell me what they planned on doing. They checked with me at the end so that I could go over with them what they had done and give them feedback. I liked everything about them. I will use them in the future.

I will be honest and say that the upstairs in my home was awful. 2 older children that were not keeping up with any type of cleaning. That being said, I spoke to Danielle (the owner) who made a special appointment for me on a Saturday to help me get ready for a party. On the date of service 3 women showed up including Danielle, but after the first hour she left so there were only two (with one of the ladies being fairly new) The deep cleaning was just fair. Residue was left on the windows, vacuuming was done but nothing was moved so dust was still behind the television, under couches, and tables. Of course I didn't notice a lot of this until after they left, and on the surface it looked pretty clean. Well, I called to set up the second appointment and was given an afternoon appointment. I was told between 2-3 pm. The crew arrived between 4 -4:30 pm. without a call to notify us of any delay. That was unacceptable to us, and we chose to not continue with their company. I wish them well, and hope that this is viewed as constructive criticism.

Member, We can respect your feedback and opinion(s) of us. We thank you for your criticism as well. However, I don't likehalf-told stories here. This client was olny charged as a 2-Person crew, even though our records indicate that I was there for at least 1.5 in the beginning of the clean and 1.0 towards the end of the clean. In addition, her Husband, and I quote, says " WOW, this home looks AMAZING! I don't remember EVER seeing it look this good before." This was ONLY supposed to be a one-time clean for a party, TRUE. They handed me a key to their home when I came back to finish the clean with the Crew. I told them up front on the day of the First Initial Clean that I couldn't gaurantee a Day/Time yet because, 1. I wasn't infront of my desk and 2. We were in the process of adding a Monthly Clean of ours as a Bi-Weekly Clean, so I was un-sure from the beginning what time it was going to be. We will NEVER guarantee a time to any Client, we ALWAYS give at the minimum of a 1.0 Hour window due to un-foreseen circumstances that do arrise due to (our) equipment failure(s); i.e. Vacuums breaking down, mops breaking, running out of cleaners, not meeting our times for the previous homes, traffic, etc. So, when this client handed me a key, they told me not to worry about an exact time, they work midnights. I had a key and wasn't aware that it was necessary to call them and let them know that we were NOT an hour late. Our records indicate that she was estimated for an arrival time of 2:30-3:30pm. Therefore, we were a half hour late and honestly, I didn't feel the phone call was necessary, I was told they both worked mid-nights. I appreciate the feedback and opinion of this client. However, after reading her comments and ratings, I feel more insulted than anything here. I had our girls work a Saturday, when our Business Hours are Mon-Friday for First Initials. Not only that I spent 2.5 hours there helping them clean and not charged as a 3-Person Crew and I feel a lot of her comments made were un-true and half told. I'll admit our wrongs and appologize for them when necessary, but this wasn't one of them. We don't move couches, beds and end tables, when/if clients ask if we do, I don't mis-lead them and tell them yes, I answer them no from the beginning that we don't move furniture, only move objects, so to down rate our qaulity for that is very un-fair to us when we work as hard as we do for our ratings. And, to clarify one last thing, One of the Team Members that did that clean had been with us for 5 Months at the time of her clean, and the other was here for 3 months. Both have been properly trained and had done at least 30 other First Initials prior this clients home, so saying they didn't know what they were doing, is a false statement. I did a 10-15 minute walk thru with the clients before leaving, and neither one of them could stop complimenting their work after being there for over 5.0 hours.

I saw her a couple of times and she did a good job and then one day I was not happy. We arranged to have her come back; I was not even going to have her do it for free; I was just going to have her come back and just do it right the next time and paying her and she never called back. So that was kind of irritating but I thought the price was reasonable. They were fine and great then there was one time I was not totally satisfied and she called me back right away. She offered to come back and fix it and I had just got back from vacation and it would have been too complicated so I said let's just have you come the next time around just to make sure everything gets done and then she never called back. I will not use them again in the future.

Well, they never called me back so I can't answer my satisfaction.
Description of Work: I was so happy to see the advertisement in the Angie's list catalog. It's hard to find a housecleaning company. I called them the saturday I got the book, no phone call back. I then got another catalog and called again....... no phone call back. I'm not sure they deserve the privilege of being in this special Angie catalog. I will not call them a third time.

I had bought the Angie's List Big Deal for you got it maid the previous year, and was waiting for a good excuse to use the service. It just happened that two parties that were planned at the house were happening on consecutive weekends. Before I could call the company, Danielle had called me to let me know that my Big Deal was expiring soon and that I should schedule an appointment. At the same time this was going on one of my roommates had bought a Groupon for another service. Not ideal to have the house professionally cleaned twice in the same week, but it wasn't too much of an issue. We planned to have one company come before Party #1 and the other to come the week of Party #2. Well the Groupon company ended up not coming through so a third company was called the day of Party #1 and they did a decent job. The week of Party #2 is when we had scheduled You've Got it Maid to come out. While the house looked relatively cleaned after the third company came through, the house was noticeably cleaner after You've Got It Maid was there for 3 hours. They got everything. Dusted all the baseboards, cleaned the dust between the pillars on the stairs, wiped down the washing mean to clean up spilled detergent, cleaned the tubs/showers and washed and dried all the bath mats. We have all wood floors throughout the house and they looked great. I didn't think I would notice a difference since the house had just been cleaned, but it was much cleaner. Using the Big Deal (and adding an extra $52 to get an even 3 hours of cleaning from 2 people) the price was good. The price they quoted for future cleanings was higher, and more expensive than the other service, but we will definitely pay it because they did such a good job. Danielle was very responsive via phone messages and returned voice mails right away.

A team of two employees arrived on time and worked around the clock to clean every room. They were very polite and pleasant. It was an one time cleaning and there was a lot to be done, and they did a very good job.

They got their assigments and went to work. All the rooms were well cleaned. The appliences and cabinets were all cleaned. I added some basement and garage work that was done at a reasonable cost.
Description of Work: They were on time and did a great job. This was a "final" cleaning on a house that I put up for sale. I feel this job will help present the house better.

They don't answer their phone, and they don't return phone calls promptly. It takes several days to return your call and when they do it's usually in the evening. They advertise 4.5 hours of cleaning but divide that time between two workers, and this upset you. They mentioned that they charge you at the regular rate for however long they work over the stated hours of the deal.

Member, We got your phone call about canceling your clean. We are currently working from 8:30am to 6:30pm-7:00pm every day. There is nobody in our office at this time. Also, if you read the details of the angieslist big deal, it clearly states that its 4.5 man hours, not 4.5 hours.

My very first contact was not good. I was not pleased with the tone of the employee that took the information and did the initial quoting and scheduling. In fact, after a couple days, I called and asked to talk to the owner. I calmly told her that I had a problem with the way I was treated and that unless I was happy by the end of the call; I was going to cancel the services. The owner sincerely appologized and proffesionally handled each of my concerns and was able to satisfy me to the point that I allowed the initial cleaning to stay scheduled. She actually had me smiling and laughing by the time I hung up! What really surprised me was when the owner and the person that initial handled my call turned out to be the "workers" for the initial cleaning. Both of them again apologized and wanted to get a better feeling of what it was that bothered me initially with the intent to "learn from their mistakes". I thought this was great and shows that they REALLY WANT to keep their customers happy and to keep growing their business! The following remarks are for the "Initial - Deep Clean" service. On the scheduled date, they arrived at the agreed upon time and went right to work. I left them and returned back to my office. They called at the agreed upon time in order for me to arrive back to my home just as they were finishing. I was absolutely amazed at the amount of work that was accomplished! The place looked wonderful and the one special item (the base cabinet under the kitchen sink) was AMAZING! They not only cleaned and straightened this area, they also bleached it to ensure it was sanitized. They were just finishing up when I arrived and performed the "final inspection" in my presence. One item was discovered - - it was the microwave interior. They cleaned it as best as they could but did not have a tooth brush available to finish the job. They offered to return, but, we settled on them catching this item on the first "normal" cleaning. In addition, as they were leaving, I noticed that the outer portion of the threshold plate had not been cleaned. They readily agreed to add this to the "normal" cleaning list. [NOTE: during the 4/28/11 "normal cleaning", both of these items were taken completed.] This was my first experience of having a housekeepping service clean my apartment. They exceeded my expectations and have earned the right to continue to provide this service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. WELL DONE!
Description of Work: This was the "Initial - Deep Clean" service. -They cleaned and straightened each of the rooms in my 750 sq.ft. apartment. -They small utitity room was a complete mess! They emptied it, cleaned and re-organized it into a very appealing room! -The single bathroom was scrubbed, shined and deorderized. . . . it was sooooo bright it hurt my eyes! -The kitchen was well scrubbed (including the base cabinet under the sink). -Each piece of funiture was dusted and vacuumed as appropriate. -All windows and mirrors were washed. -Blinds were vacuumed.

We have had cleaning service from another company in the past, so we are fairly familiar with the process and what to/not to expect from a home cleaning service. I don't expect a perfect clean, just a compay that performs the services outlined and arrives on schedule. First, I will say that the company is very pleasant to deal with. They were prompt in responding to my request for an estimate and were able to fit us into their rotation. Unfortunately after the fist "Deep Clean" we found several items in their checklist that were not performed. They showed up 3 hours later than the planned time, and I think they were just in a hurry to go home, and the cleaning results reflected that: Dust rings around items that were supposed to be dusted, baseboards that had not been touched, trash cans that had not been emptied, and bathroom showers that appeard to not have been cleaned at all. I notified the company of my disappointment and they offered to come out at reclean specific areas at no cost. They were supposed to arrive at my house at 2:00pm, but didn't arrive until after 6:00pm when my family was sitting down for dinner. I told them that we would have to reschedule because we didn't want to be "cleaned around" while we were eating dinner. I have not been contacted to reschedule, and to be honest, I will probably choose a different company anyway.
Description of Work: The service performed was the initial "Deep Clean" which is the first cleaning prior to beginning the bi-weekly cleaning rotation. In addition to standard cleaning, this was to include: fan blades, baseboards, etc.

We regret this clients opinion, however there are two sides to every story. The only complaints from this client were that shampoo bottles/conditioners were not moved when cleaning around and a trash can was not moved/emptied in a bathroom. We understood his frustration. We did NOT give him an exact to the arrival. We did tell him it would be later in the day after all scheduled cleans were taken care. We were anticipating it to be around 3:00pm, however we were running with a 2 person crew that day. We did arrive later around 5:00pm and we did call the client to give him a 45 minute notice that we would be arriving around 5:00pm. We did not get an answer from this client, so we showed up around 5:00pm to do the clean and he asked us to leave. Mind you also, this client waited 3 entire weeks to call us to complain. Our policy is 24 hours. We still wanted the chance to build a relationship with this client, so we offered him the re-clean anyways. Now, it's 2 months later and we cannot give him a re-clean for waiting this long.

If you have the crew leader Tonya You've Got It Maid I would recommend them. But, the two younger crew members who cleaned my bathrooms I wouldn't recommend them. One of the younger cleaners was completely unsatisfactory because she only cleaned the top half of my husbands bathroom. She didn't clean anything under the sink. Tonya who cleaned my downstairs was thorough. She was rushed, but she was thorough. The two younger crew members, who I think she was training, when they cleaned my bathrooms I noticed they were using square dirty rags with a spray disinfectant. I didn't say anything at the time but it bothered me they were using dirty rags to clean. So, I was happy with the downstairs but not with the upstairs. I discussed with the owner beforehand that I wanted it cleaned with hot water and clean rags to get the dirt out. This did not happen. I just noticed several little areas that were dirty right after they had finished. I called the owner and left a message explaining how I wanted everything cleaned. She never called me back. And eventually, they called to confirm the next cleaning and since she never called me back I told them that I would not be using their services again. At the very least, I should've received a reply to my call.

Overall it wasn't horrible but it was NOT good, especially for the cost. I would expect to pay 100$ for the service performed. I called this company because it had so many great reports but think I was seriously mislead. They were over an hour late with no phone call. I called the manager and she called right back saying they went to lunch and would be at my house after...which is fine if they had called and told me. I sat there waiting for them so that I could leave my house. I have a 3300 sq. ft. house that 3 girls cleaned for 3 hours. The overall cleaning was decent but not what I would expect for 9 man hours of work and the deep clean they claimed they would do. They missed a whole bathroom on my main floor (it looks like it was started but only 10% complete, and if they cant reach it they dont clean it, which means the back halfs of my dressers were left undusted. ( they wont use step stools, company policy). It was not the worst cleaning I had but I would never hire them again. I hope others have a better experience than I did.
Description of Work: They were supposed to "deep clean" my whole house from top to bottom. Including bathroom grout, windows, blinds, etc.

They've been coming weekly for 6 weeks now. The first visit was a deep clean which also included baseboards, windows, blinds, and furniture. They are always on time and do a thorough job. I come home to a clean house without any smell of cleaning products. I have allergies and my sinuses are sensitive to chemical smells, and with YGIM, I finally have a house that doesn't make me allergic just by being home.
Description of Work: Dust furniture, vacuum rugs, wash hardwood floors, clean kitchen (floor, countertops, microwave, top of range, sink), clean 4 bathrooms (countertops, floors, showers/tubs, toilets, sinks), change 4 beds, empty wastebaskets.

I had used the service on one previous occasion and were satisfied with their work. At that time we scheduled another visit for two weeks in advance. On the day of the scheduled appointment the crew contacted me and asked if I would be home at time of the appointment. I replied yes and was asked if I could do earlier. I replied I could do a half hour earlier than scheduled time but I would need to leave work immediately. They repeated the earlier time and said "OK." I went home and arrived prior to the earlier time and waited..and waited. They were a no show for the earlier time and the original scheduled time. I called the owner and left voice mail. She promptly called back and apologized and provided the explanation that they were running late and behind schedule due to the upcoming holiday. I was told that the crew would arrive in 30-45 minutes. They did not arrive at all. The owner called me later in the evening asking if the crew ever showed up. I told her no and she said she was not surprised! She apologized and then went into a lengthy description about operational issues and that she would be terminating the crew leader. She did offer to provide the service on the next day but I declined.

This was our initial deep clean. A crew of three headed by Tanya came right on time and they worked straight through. Although they offer to include cleaning the basement as a part of the service, we declined. They worked a little over two hours. They did a good job, but missed a few minor things in terms of dusting fixtures. That said, I was very comfortable with them and feel that when we tell them what we need, they will do it all the next time. I have put in a call to set up biweekly cleaning.
Description of Work: Note: My initial cleaning was less because I used the $70 Angie's List Big Deal. Deep clean of 3,000 sq. ft, four bedrooms, 3.5 bath residence.
