WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS! During this Pandemic, are taking extra precautions to protect our clients by wearing face masks, using hand sanitizer in between each job and sanitizing our equipment in between jobs. We will also be performing daily checks of our staffs temperatures. We look forward to servicing you SAFELY! You've Got It Maid, LLC takes pride in the quality of work we provide to each of our customers. During each Cleaning a Team Leader will be present to ensure you receive the best service possible. Team Leaders undergo intense training with the owner of the company to ensure that everything is done properly before they are given a Team of their own. Prior to us leaving your home, we provide all new clients with a walk through of the home with the Team Leader to ensure that they are completely satisfied with our work. We design a plan specifically around your home and your requests, that fit your needs. We ask that new clients make an effort to be present for the first 2 cleans with us. Clients are not required to be present for the entire duration of the first 2 cleans, but are asked to be present for the end of the first 2 cleans to determine pricing and to perform walk through a with us. We understand that sometimes it is just not possible with busy work schedules. If that is the case, please mention that you will need special arrangements to be made if you are unable to be there at the end of the first initial and/or second cleaning. After the first two cleans, it is your choice to be present or not be present during the cleanings. All Clients are on a set rotation. The 1st-14th of each month, all Clients receive a Deep Cleaning. The 15th-31st of each month, all Clients receive a Standard Cleaning of their main levels in addition to a Basement Cleaning. Please ask for more details of what's included in our Deep Cleans.

After cleaning my home on an Angie's List coupon, You've Got It Maid has returned and been able to allot enough time to clean the house within my (limited) budget. They are thorough, professional, and Alicia and Danielle are very accommodating. I appreciate that an owner-supervisor is present each time.

I guess the company was overwelmed with the responses to the big deal ad they put out and had to eliminate some of the people that bought them. They eliminated me by saying my wife screamed at them and they were afraid to send anyone over to our house. My wife is a 1st grade teacher at a Catholic school! When I asked my wife about it she said that was not true and she could prove it because she was in her car talking to them and was using the blue tooth wireless phone connection and she was carpooling and everyone heard the conversation. So I sure don't want anyone like that in my house. I was going to set up a regular schedule with them too... Oh well, they lose out.

I spoke with this Client on a couple different occasions and tried my hardest to offer her other appoitment times, but we did have two girls call in sick on the day of her appoitment, one of which would have been the back-up for the other one. I tried telling her that I was sorry for the inconvenience of having to cancel her clean, but I had to take care of our Clients first and we had nine other homes that had to be cleaned. There were only three of us. She was screaming at me on the phone and hung up, so there was nothing I could do to resolve that issue. There were also no other openings for the rest of that week. I also tried to explain to her that she wasn't the only client we had to cancel/re-schedule, there were a few more as well, but again, it was a situation I had no control of, we were just too short of staff to service her. Again Margaret, I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I wish I could've offered you another day that would have worked with your schedule.

Four young girls arrived on time,asked what my priorities were - had their own cleaning supplies. They feverishly started cleaning.Did not have time to touch the living room or bedrooms. The leader walked me around when they were finished to get my comments.no time to actually examine anything. They did only surface, cosmetic cleaning. The backs of things in the baths were not touched. I had hoped for them to do the things that are difficult for me to do. That did not happen.

They did a decent job. I thought they would have gotten more done with 3 people for 2 hours. I got exactly 2 hours of work from when they got in the door until they drove away. They were only able to do the first floor - my house is under 2000 sq.ft. They did call to let me know they would be late which I greatly appreciated.

I've been using them for less than a year. The price is very reasonable. They are always prompt. If they are going to be a few minutes late they always call. I've never had anything broken by them, which means a lot because it means they are careful. If there is something I don't like they make sure it gets corrected. I'm home when they come out. There are two young ladies that come out. It has been the same ones for a while but sometimes they switch it up because the owner is getting busier and she is trying to finesse her teams when she gets new people. They are licensed, bonded and insured. I will continue to use them.
Description of Work: I use You've Got It Maid every two weeks for a whole house clean. I have a 3300 square foot house with an upstairs and a basement.

They did a good job. They were very pleasant people. Because it was a big deal it was a very good price. The only negative was that they ran out of time at the end and were not able to do one portion of the job very well. They did a very thorough job on everything else. They just ran out of time.

I was not impressed with their service. I found dead bugs by our lights and they didnt even vaccum them off the rug, as they were in plain sight. There was a dirty tissue left right on the ground in front of our sofa. There was dust on the base of one of our tables and dust behind the lamp sitting on it. They only had one floor of the house to clean and they did not pay attention to detail.

The experience was very good. I was given a 3 hour window and received a courtesy call saying they would arrive within 30 minutes (which they did) in the window time. The girls went through the house with me and then went about their business. As rooms were finished, I was asked to inspect them and point out anything that still needed done. At the end of the cleaning, I was given a printed list with what was done checked off. I now have a spring-cleaned home. If I could afford a regular cleaning service I would call them again.

Their previous visit they broke the faucet in the bathroom. I gave them the price of the faucet. I installed the faucet myself. They would not reimburse me even though they knew they broke it.

We value this clients opinion of what happened, however this is NOT what happened at all. You'll find previously that this Client did rate us all A's. We previously before the faucet incident broke a Picture Frame. We admitted our fault to the Client and reimbursed him for broken Picture Frame. Fine, No problems, No questions asked. However with the Faucet incident that is not what happened at all. They were in the process of remodeling that Bathroom. He purposely set the Faucet up to where when the girl turned the faucet on, the pole would fall and he could the fault on us. The only reason I know this is because he sat there and watched her clean until it happened then called me screaming at me that I need to replace his faucet. I said fine, no problem. Give me a copy of the receipt and I will reimburse you for it. He said no problem that he had to go online and print it up. Then called back 2 weeks later saying that "He lost the receipt". It sounded fishy to me because if you "Lost" the receipt then print up another one. It didn't stop there. Then he told me that he was going to be charged some absurd amount of $400-$500 for a Company to come in and install a new faucet fixture in his bathroom, so he decided to install it himself. So he wanted me to reimburse him for "His Labor" of fixing his own home even though the bathroom was currently under construction anyways. I thought that was unfair and said ABSOLUTELY NOT! I'm not paying him $500 to install a sink fixture, something that literally could take me 10 minutes to do it myself. Nothing was broke but the handle that connected to the pole to turn the water on, which is why I feel that he broke it just before we got there and left it to wait until the girls turned the faucet to put the blame on them because he knew we would step up to our wrong and rectify the situation. I had absolutely no problem reimbursing the faucet with a copy of the receipt which is mandatory and a company policy. However, the funny thing is, you just bought the faucet a week ago, you paid for it online (he says), yet he "lost" the receipt and wasn't able to re print it. The whole story didn't ad up and i wasn't buying it. Especially since we've been cleaning for him 6-7 months and I myself have seen "the new replacement faucet" in his basement in the same exact box he sent to our Office. He was just trying to pull a fast one on me and that's fine. I would have gladly reimbursed him for the faucet if he had the receipt, but he didn't have the receipt because he bought the fixture a year or so ago for their remodeling of that Bathroom.

Three people came out and they did a very good job. They used checklists to make sure everything was done thoroughly instead of just relying on memory. The supervisor checked up to make sure that all of the checklists were completed.

they came on time. They were very professional. Spoke to me about what was needed. Told me if there were any issues that they couldn't take care of. Did what they said they would. With the big deal coupon this was a fantastic bargain. The bathrooms alone were worth having them come in. I've tried cleaning those things and have never gotten them to that level regardless of what chemicals i've used or time i have spent. no idea how they did that but I'm tickled.
Description of Work: They cleaned the entire upstairs including 3 bathrooms in 4 hours with two people. Dusted everything, vacuumed and cleaned the hard water stains off the tile and fiberglass showers. excellent job.

They did a decent job. It was very expensive; however, four people came in for two whole days. They left the water on overnight and the sink overflowed onto the floor. I wasn't too upset as they also cleaned it up and apologized. Quick to confess and make up for their mistake. Very pleased. No need for cleaning services anymore as I am now renting.

After emailing my preferred dates to YGIM, I received no response, so I called and left a message. Danielle called me back the next day, and I gave her all the same information and requested the same dates and times as I?d asked for in my email. She said she wasn?t ready to schedule yet, and would call back next week to confirm a date. She didn?t, so I called her back and asked for December 9 as my first choice (since she claimed she did not have the information from my previous email or phone call). At first she said she had no time available that day, and then checked the schedule on ?another desk? and confirmed my appointment on the date I?d requested, but at a different time. So, I settled for that. They arrived within the three-hour time scheduled. (The do not schedule a specific start time, but only a three-hour window for arrival). One team member was very good. For example, the kitchen floor and baseboards were spotless and gleaming. The other team member lacked attention to detail (perhaps due to lack of experience and youthful absence of observational skills). For example, while she did a good job on the microwave, she neglected to wipe down the dishwasher, the trash can cover and a few other obvious items. And, she put the king-size bed top sheet on properly, but put the fitted sheet and blanket on sideways. (The bottom of the blanket was more than a foot above the bottom of the top sheet on each side, and barely reached the sides of the mattress!) An obvious mistake, yet I had to point it out and help her redo it. They did stay the full three hours I contracted for (to the minute!), but that included redoing the bed. And, the ?deep holiday cleaning? ad had promised much more than they did, even in my relatively small two-bedroom home. To be fair, my home was dustier than usual, since I?d had some construction done the day before (although the bigger items were covered with plastic during the construction). But the construction dust did not increase the number of items to dust ? only the amount of dust on the uncovered items. The ad promised much more than they were able to do. I think more training might turn these eager, hard-working women into real professionals ? especially if they can straighten out their scheduling, which is chaotic. It took a number of calls to get them to confirm a date. And I wasn?t even asking for the high-demand days just before or just after Christmas. They also need to learn how to give a more realistic estimate of what to expect for the price and time agreed upon; their deal did not specify how many rooms they expected to do. And since my home is a small two-bedroom, I thought they?d have time to do all the ad promised. In fact, when they arrived and looked around, they said they?d have time to sweep and mop the basement floor, as well as the main rooms; but they ran out of time without getting to do anything in the basement.

They called to inform me they were on their way. They arrived on time and had me show them areas I really needed cleaned. They brought all their supplies in and worked for a solid two hours. They were professional and very friendly. I told them I would recommend them to my family and friends.
Description of Work: The two girls did an excellent job. They dusted everything, they cleaned the outside of all my cupboards (kitchen and bathrooms), cleaned the floors, vacuumed the carpeting, cleaned the fans, etc. They gave me a walk through at the end and asked me if I were satisfied. I told them I was extremely pleased and would definitely call them again.

This company worked for me for 6 months, and during that time they missed dusting things here and there, but I would leave a note and it got better. Then they decided they wanted to change the day they came to clean and said they would call us. They never called. We left at least 3 messages and they never called back! Very unprofessional! Even if they didn't want to clean my home anymore, they could have just said that! That was back in Oct. and I haven't heard from them yet!

PWe declined services to these clients and they were mailed a letter explaining why. They were always fighting and yelling at eachother making it very difficult and uncomfortable to clean for them. The last straw with them was the wife. She talked down to my employees everytime we were there and the last time we were there, her & her husband argued so much that it was in fact uncomfortable for the girls. We did mail them A letter declining our services to them, but they wouldn't know because they were also hoarders which again, made it very difficult for us to clean & when they demanded a thursday & it was no longer possible to clean for them on thursdays, I decided enough was enough and they were mailed out an apology letter declining services to them.

A little over a week before Thanksgiving I called to see if Danielle had an availability for Thanksgiving week. It took her several days to get back to me, but when she did, she said she could schedule me for the Monday before Thanksgiving between 3:30 and 4:00 in the afternoon, and that she would call about a half hour before arriving. As we talked it was clear that she had a very full schedule with lots of people like me calling relatively late and wanting cleaning service. I asked if she was sure about the time, because it seemed like a very long and full day, and she assured me that although she couldn't guarantee the "exact" time, she was confident of the general time frame. We planned for her team of 2 to stay between 3 and 4 hours.On that Monday (yesterday) I wasn't surprised when I didn't hear from her by 3:00 or 3:30 (half an hour before the scheduled arrival time,) but when I didn't hear from her by 4:30, I started my own heavy duty cleaning. At 6:35 I got a call from someone asking if I still wanted them to come. I replied that what I would have wanted was a phone call 3 hours ago telling me that they were running 3 hours late but were still planning (or not planning) on coming. The response? "Oh, no, we just give courtesy calls when we're on our way." I replied that a courtesy call is one that would have come hours before telling me that they were running late but were still coming. I understand this is a busy week, but a) don't book it if you can't do it; or b) at least give someone a heads-up. By the time they would have arrived, which would have been after 7, I had done almost 3 hours worth of work already. Won't ever use them.

In response to this clients posting: YGIM DOES NOT guarantee timing. In fact, we give 2 hour windows not a 30 minute window. Our records indicate that this client was told between 3:30-5:30pm as her estimated arrival and she still took the appoitment for her Holiday Cleaning. She was told several times that we don't and won't guarantee a timing. In the beginning, originally we didn't want to schedule her due to having very limited openings. We did sympathize with the fact that she was unable to find a cleaning service on such short notice. She booked her clean not a week in advance, she booked her clean on Thursday for Monday. We told her when scheduling her that it would be a LATE clean and she was ok with that. We were 1 hour behind schedule and called her 1 hour late to give her her courtesy call when she began yelling at myself for being behind, I told her I scheduled her and pre-warned her that it would be a late clean and I told her when scheduling her that we would give her a Courtesy call when we're on our way and then she hung up on me.
