The ladies came in right on time informed me of what expect and got down to business.

Bathrooms were cleanded but shower stall was not up to expectations Otherwise just basic cleaning Not the deep clean offered

Great! Did a great job, cleaned kitchen floors by hand. Were not afraid to clean-up cobwebs in basement.

Danielle and her assistant arrived within the planned time-frame, and did a great job. They did a very thorough cleaning, and even arranged the decor nicely. I am very pleased, and arranged to have them clean on a regular basis.

Both of representative providing the service arrived on time, reviewed with me what I wanted, went to work immediately, completed the work contracted for within the time promised, reviewed what they did which was completely what I asked for and then gave me an evaluation form which I am choosing to fill out now on line. Both were professional and personable

When they were finished, Autumn went over everything they did which I appreciated. They even changed my bedding which probably wasn't part of the normal clean which I so appreciated. I am sorry to say, but I was not happy with the cleaning. The girls were very nice, but I don?t think what they did constituted a ?deep clean?. The corner in my shower was not clean at all. The wood floors were somewhat dusted, but definitely not cleaned with any kind of cleaner. With a wet paper towel, I wiped the floor and the towel was black.

arrived at end of time window - team of 3 plus Danielle to give direction & then she left. Pleasant young ladies & did a very good job. Shiny bathroom thoroughly cleaned plus kitchen cabinets never looked better. Whole house smells fresh & clean especially upstairs which was long overdue for deep cleaning. Good, team Jennifer/Samantha/Laura did work. Cooperative & considerate team. My only complaint is the scheduling time window is too big & I would like call day before or morning of appointment to confirm.

Very nice company to deal with. They were pleasant on the phone and got back to me when they said they would. I set up a date for the cleaning and then had to cancel it due to an emergency. They were understanding and easily rescheduled me. The young women were on time and worked very hard. There were a couple of minor details not done perfectly but overall, I thought they did a very good job. I had planned to ask them to come back on a regular basis but we had a family crisis that prevented me from having the time to address this. As life calms down a little, I hope to call them back and hire them again.

Bought a special offered to Angies List subscribers, and contacted business. But they never returned my calls, and I had to request a refund. A waste of my time and effort.

I was most impressed with their attention to details. You did not have to put away your frames or knicknacks. They took care of it all. I highly recommend their services. In fact, I plan to schedule them on a monthly basis.

I had to call and leave several messages before someone finally got back to me. When I tried to schedule the cleaning they said they didn't have any time open before Christmas. The whole purpose of purchasing the "deep holiday cleaning" was to have the house clean before Christmas. The person I spoke with was very unhelpful. I ended up having to contact Angieslist to get a refund and didn't end up using this cleaning service.

This company responded to my request asap and gave me a reasonable date appointment. Two girls showed up on time and started right away without wasting time. They worked diligently for 3 hours. They did a good job, unfortunately ran out of time and I decided to keep them for more hours @ 75/hr. They vaccumed the blinds, which was not enough as there was still dog hair when I inspected later. I wish they would have wiped down the blinds too, but given the amount of work there was, I was ok with it. Both the girls Autumn & Leslie did a good job given the time. You have to think realistically what can be cleaned for the amount of time you are hiring them and then prioritize the work, it helps a lot.I think this deal is good for a deep clean of a house that is smaller like 2000 sq/ft or less. The intake, office person Danielle who schedules appointments was great at doing so. She was kind, patient and professional in working out a time that worked best for our schedule. The young ladies who came to clean were 30 minutes late without calling to say they were running late. They did however stay 30 minutes in order to reach the 3 hour mark but still did not finish the job. One girl was great! She was the lead and clearly more experienced in her attention to detail and overall cleaning skills. The other girl was nice but very slow, did not clean significant and important areas of the room and paid very poor attention to detail such as dusting and putting items back where she got them from. When I brought a couple of the overlooked areas (like the not cleaning the shower head), the lead was great about going behind her partner and cleaning the areas that I brought to her attention. Unfortunately, that still meant other areas were not cleaned as promised because they had to leave to keep their schedule. I would have hired this company again as our regular cleaning service if I could request the one girl named Amber or Autum. She was great. When I told their office about my experience when asked, they apologized and it seems like this was just a special promotion and they weren't interested in new business or making a better first impression.

The service was excellent. I normally do the light cleaning myself, but used them for the deep cleaning. They were on time and stayed extra time to complete a task in progress.

They do not shy away from any task, from baseboards to cobwebs in lights. They are also flexible and respond to my priorities.

I have called and several times and never had a return call. There are other housekeepers that are much more responsive. I would like my money returned.
