Rest of the house cleaning was done well.

They did a very nice job on the cleaning especially on my hardwood floors.

The overall experience was good. A manager came at the beginning of the job for set up and at the end to ensure that the work was done well. Do hire them for a good thorough general cleaning. If you have specific cleaning needs, you need to discuss this before they arrive.

In went very well but like I stated It would of been great if they had an extra hour. But for the price they did a great job.

They showed up on time, asked how and what I would like cleaned. They were still finishing up after the 3 hours which indicated to me they took pride in their work. My overall experience was EXCELLENT!

Their professionalism is top-rate. I have reviewed them before but wanted to write again because they are really terrific.

It was difficult to get an appointment. They said that they were booked and they weren't doing any dates until the middle of January. When I told them I was going to get a refund, they then offered on December 26th so we scheduled the appointment. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I have to cancel the deal and put off the work.

Absolutely beautiful results. Danielle asked me for my priorities throughout the morning and finished on right on time. I'm very impressed with the quality of the cleaning, and her helpfulness in discussing cleaning products and whether they were appropriate for pets. My house looks wonderful, thanks so much!

I am very pleased. They were late, but Daniele called to let me know, and that was OK. The work that was done was excellent. It's a busy time and I needed the help they gave me. I would hire Daniele again if I could anytime in the future.

I originally called them when I first purchased the deal. They advised that they couldn't schedule me until January and we made the appointment. I decided that I wanted to have the work completed before Christmas so I have completed it myself. I was going to change my appointment to a later date due to other circumstances but their number came up as disconnected and then went to voicemail the next day. With the troubles contacting them, I lost confidence in the company.

They did a great job. I had them clean areas I have trouble reaching. I would use them again.

My wife says they didn't do a good job and she would not recommend them or use the again.

They bit off more than they could clean but they tried hard! 2 women for 3 hours (or 3 for 2 hours) really isn't much time and they tried hard but only accomplished 50% of original cleaning goal. HOMEOWNERS NEED TO BE SPECIFIC about EXACTLY what needs cleaning and how long each job/section should take.

The crew arrived right on time and asked if there were any particular areas that needed extra attention, I told them the glass shower door in the master bath was one that I couldn't get to look clear no matter what I try. They set to work and moved through the house from top to bottom, they worked hard and didn't waste any time since I had only purchased a three hour cleaning. They cleaned master bedroom and bath, and other bedrooms and bathrooms, dusted and straightened stuff that was on tables or dressers, cleaned kitchen as well as my family room and living room. They did a great job on that shower, the glass looked like it was brand new. They also did a great job on all the mirrors in the house, they use newspaper to wipe the glass cleaner off so they're super streak free. The other nice touch was the wiping of my stainless steel appliances, I can't seem to get those streak free but whatever they did made them look like new. There were a couple of small things left undone but that's because they ran out of time. The other preference I have is if they were to offer an option to use cleaners that weren't so heavy, the smell is gone after a day or so, but it would be nice to have an option for "green" cleaning chemicals. Bottom line, great service, especially for the $105 coupon that I got through Angie's List.

Ladies were nice but worked extremely slowly. Although, a list was given to them they never finished a room. Although, on their list they checked off more than they did. We had to clean after they left.

Overall I was extremely pleased. They (Autumn and Denise) were punctual, efficient, friendly, polite and did a thorough and fantastic job of cleaning.

They were unable to finish in great part that the house needed more time. I did more myself than I wanted to because they were very nice young girls. I think they'd be great for weekly cleaning but because of the promotion, they overpromised and there was no way for the girls to get the house done in time. They tried their best.

. As mentioned, a walk-through set the priorities to the time available at the beginning and the walk-through at the end showed the results of the work. Andrea and Nicole worked quickly, efficiently and in a most professional manner and were thoughtful enough to inquire at the beginning about preferences for certain tasks. Once this was done they set to work immediately. I was able to accomplish a number of tasks without distraction, a great example of courteious and effective service.

They introduced themselves nicely and seemed very nice, but worked, slowly and did not do what they said they'd do or what they checked off that they did.

It went great overall. They were professional, show me details as to what they did. The ower was very responsive on the phone.

Very well. Scheduling fairly easy once I became aware of process.

Make sure you go over with the cleaning service what areas are most important to YOU. So that time is not wasted on the areas that are not so important. Like I said before, the rooms they did clean, they did a fantastic job! But because the areas that I really wanted done were more of an afterthought for them, I was a bit disappointed.

Never able to get an appointment. See above. It seems clear that the company takes on more customers than they can handle efficiently.

The girls were prompt, friendly and vey good

The cleaning was not done to my satisfaction, so Danielle sent the crew back the next day. Although I was not thrilled with the level of cleaning done initially, I was very pleased with Danielle's customer service.
