when the crew got to my home, they called to let me know the power was out. they cleaned the house (minus vacuuming) anyway!

Great experience overall. The deal warned that it might take additional time than normal to be able to make an appointment and I found that to be true, especially because of the holidays. The other consideration is that they only come out to my area once every two weeks, so we got pushed five weeks from the day I called. My one complaint is that the person making the appointment asked clarifying questions about the house and my priorities and made it sound like it shouldn't be a problem for the crew to be able to finish my whole house. The crew itself called me on their way over and asked me all the same questions, but were more realistic about what could be accomplished in the time period. They took me on a walk-through to point out every thing they had done, but I could see the difference myself and thanked them for their hard work. They were friendly and professional and I will consider using their service again.

Very good job of cleaning and great effort to finish the task. Strongly recommend it save for the non-responsiveness.

Basically,. great.! They did everything promised- baseboards, washed the wood floors, indoor windows and pictures, kitchen bathroom and so on. Excellent, courteous, professional cleaners!

You've Got it Maid have been cleaning for me for almost a year now, and I continue to be very pleased. Danielle is conscientious and thorough about training, and all the women who have cleaned here have been professional, friendly and trustworthy and have done a great job. They're punctual, and call to let me know if they'll be arriving at a time different than scheduled. I appreciate them so much, and would highly recommend them.

I have had to reschedule our appointments at least 3 times and they have been wonderful to deal with and very understanding. For unforseen circumstances, I've had to cancel the deal but I would definitely work with them in the future.

It didn't. I tried to set up an appointment for a cleaning when I sold my house, but there were no appointments left in the two week time frame I needed it done. I am in a new house and have been trying to call and email since last month but no luck. No one returns my calls and my emails go unanswered. Been trying for 6 weeks now. Very disappointing, and I probably lost all my money.

Girls were on time and were right to work for 2 solid hours and very professional and they were very polite!

I purchased the Big Deal they offered but wsn't able to redeem it soon enough so was issued a refund. When I did speak to them the were profesional and curtious.

I've left at least 3 messages and they've never returned my calls. I've decided to get a refund.

They have not done the job.

Purchased the Big Deal for 6 hours of deep cleaning for $105.00. The 2 girls were running later than expected but called a couple of times to let me know and give an ETA so that was OK. After a quick tour, I gave them a list of things I wanted done and had mentioned several things during the tour including what was priority. They spent the first 1/2 hour TOGETHER in the master bath (4 piece with separate large tub but only a small shower stall) and I didn't notice until the next morning that they failed to remove cob webs behind the door in the toilet area and did not wipe any of the lightbulbs on the vanity. (The 2 bathrooms were #1 priority and I don't feel the job was done thoroughly despite the time spent) I was told they were not allowed to use a ladder (I presume for insurance/safety reasons) but I was really looking for them to wipe down the wood work around my transome window areas so that was disappointing as well. I could go on and on but overall, feel the girls didn't get done as much as I expected but they did seem to be working the entire 3 hours (3 hours * 2 girls = 6 hours). I feel they were rather tired at the end of a long day and felt badly for them, especially since one had just been released from the hospital that morning! I would suggest trying someone else, unfortunately.

They weren’t responsive and when we finally got through to them they said can’t fit us in their schedule until March.

Too much talking, not enough cleaning. Left more of a mess in some areas than what they found i.e. "ran out of time" before they mopped kitchen, so they left dirt and dust piles behind.

The cleaners were thorough and very polite. They were not the fastest, but our place looked fresh and clean when they were done wit the areas they finished. I think most of their experience is with homes 2000 square feet or less. Our home is bigger, so we prioritized the areas they could finish in the time scheduled.

The ladies were great and did a great job.

They did only two bathrooms and a bedroom in3 hours thoroughly. We were expecting them to be fast and efficient. But they were very slow but efficient.

It went very well. the arrived approximately when they said they would. I asked them to concentrate on the kitchen and bathrooms and they did a great job. I'd have them again.

Had problems getting them scheduled due to fact that they only come to my area 1 or 2 days a week and they were very booked up in advance, then they had to cancel due to illness of one of the workers. I don't think they are set up to service the Ann Arbor area but I would not hesitate to use them if I were located closer to their location.

It didnt go. I have never been able to make an appointment.

They did an excellent job of dusting and cleaning our marble flooring. The kitchen hardwood floor could have been cleaned better. The crew members were friendly and professional.

I was able to schedule the day I needed without a problem and they showed up promptly. A team of 2 worked for 3 hours. They were done a half hour early and asked what else could be done. I asked if they could do a bit of vacuuming in the basement and they cheerily complied. Thirty minutes later, she reported that not only had she been able to vacuum but had mopped as well! Job well done!

it went well from, beginning to end. All three women acted very professionally. I did little except sit back aned watch them go at it. The mold in the shower disappeared as did the grease on the kitchen counters. I certainy could not do as well. I am considering hiring them on a regular basis after the first of the year.

Overall my experience was good. We have never hired a cleaning service before, and I wanted to help out my wife before the holidays. We were told that the following services would be performed: cleaning hardwood floors, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchen. Upon purchasing the Angie's List big deal for $105, which includes 2 people for 3 hours, or a total of 6 cleaning hours, I emailed them to schedule an appointment. My email went unanswered, so I had to call them. Once I called them, the person I spoke to was very pleasant, and I was able to schedule an appointment around the date I was hoping. On the arrival date, they were to arrive around 9:30 AM. We received a call around 9:15, saying they would be a few minutes late. They arrived at 9:45, which was perfectly acceptable to me. Once they arrived, we were told that the entire house would not be able to be done in the 3 hours. This was acceptable, as we were originally told this may be the case, based on the size of the house (ours is 2300 sq ft). They started with the 3 bedrooms upstairs, and did a very good job up there. Unfortunately, it took them almost the full 3 hours to complete their work, so the main floor of the house received very little attention. The master bathroom (main floor) was cleaned decent, but the light fixtures and parts of the tile surround were still full of dust. The kitchen didn't receive any work, and neither did any of the hardwood floors or the master bedroom. The main reason to receive this "extra" cleaning service was to clean the house before the holidays. The main floor of the house received almost no attention, so what we paid was not really worth the cost. If we knew it was going to take them so long to clean the 3 bedrooms upstairs, we would have told them to start downstairs. I would recommend to this company that if you know you cannot clean the house in the allotted time, at least tell the customer how long it would take to clean each area, so that they can decide which rooms are the priority.

Never got to lower level. Vacuumed & dusted; did NOT move furniture to vacuum under or around beds and furniture, heat vents, which I had asked for & prioritized. Didn't do TWO of THREE bathrooms and missed one bedroom. NOT a great job. Nothing felt clean, just dusted and vacuumed and not even that was good.
