Ladies called and arrived on time. cleaned ground floor of house efficiently. Did very good job.

They were on time, called when on their way & were very pleasant.

I talked to the owner who was very professional and she took the time to explain the rates and what they will and won't do. It was crystal clear. The ladies who showed up were very professional and courteous. They did a good job overall and for what I was charged, it was well worth it. They do offer a "Deep Cleaning" which I did not ask for but they did offer although I wasn't prepared to spend that much at that time. I wanted to try them out and I was not disappointed. All in all I would hire them again.

They arrived as promised. There were 3 ladies in the group as opposed to the 2 I had expected; however, I had paid for a total of 4 hrs. of cleaning, and I'd say the 3 of them each worked a good 1.5 hours, so I got more time than I paid for. The cleaning they did was good; however, i had hoped to have some high windows above my doors (6 ft. off the floor) cleaned, but Danielle (the owner) said they were prohibited by their workers' comp from doing any cleaning that required a ladder or footstool. That also prevented them from cleaning the shelves above my kitchen cabinets, which I'd hoped to have done. My only negative comment is that they smelled quite heavily of smoke when they came in. They would present a more professional "appearance" without the cigarette smell.....

I had seen some bad reviews on angie's list about the company but decided to give them a try anyway. I'm so glad i did. They deep cleaned the house with the greatest of success! The ladies arrived on time and made it very clear what they were going to do and also allowed me the option of adding to my order or not. There were even some jets in the tub that they got sparkling - they look new. I will definitely have them back again. When you call, make sure you ask for Andrea ad Gerri. They are extremely professional and good at their jobs. :)

My house is definately cleaner. But the deal only covered a portion of the cleaning time. I paid 109 for the deal and then 75 per hour for th to finish the job. So that was 250 extra.....or they would not have finished the job. My home needed a deep clean but was far from filthy. I am having them come backfor interval cleanimg and I will see howthat goes.

Difficult to schedule, but good experience overall. Two ladies arrived on time and worked hard for 3 hours. Did not complete ground floor within that period, so I purchased an additional hour. Generally satisfied with the work completed.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special for this service. They did a good job and worked hard. I was satisfied with their service, the price was reasonable, their quality was excellent and they were right on time.

General housecleaning company. They arrived on time and were pleasant. The areas they cleaned were cleaned well. The supervisor who inspected at the end was thorough and walked me through what they did. There wasn't a hard (or really any) sales push at the end for additional services or business. I would recommend this company.

I purchased a Big Deal cleaning from You've Got it Maid on 11.20.2012. I contacted them by email that same day and tried to set up a cleaning for around the holidays. They advised that there was no availability for December but that there was a wait list. We then talked on the phone. I gave them all the information they requested, and was advised that they would contact me if something opened. I followed up a few weeks later about possible dates in January. They advised that they were perhaps adding another crew and would be in touch. As of today, I have not heard from them and have not had any work done. The Deal expires in 3 months. I'm beginning to doubt they'll find the time for me before then, though hope springs eternal. Sigh.

I had to wait roughly 8 weeks for them to fit me in. They gave me a time and showed up early (in most cases, good. But I wasn't ready for them)I believe in clearing all surfaces so they will just clean) The ad was for "deep cleaning" but I know the time frame of 3 hours is very limiting so I was very specific about what I needed. The girls appeared to be busy the whole time but when they dashed out at 3 hours later the only bedroom was half dusted, the kitchen floor was not washed and the hallway was left full of dustballs and debris. I had only requested 1 bedroom and 1 bath to be cleaned well. I only asked that the LR and DR be vacuumed (no dusting) and the family room furniture to be vacuumed as well (dog hair). A normal cleaning would include at least sweeping the kitchen floor. So I had an hours worth of work going behind them to finish. Not such a great deal. I would not reccommend them to anyone.

The company was great to work with. They were very professional. Called to let me know they were on there way, and showed up on schedule. I had two women (sorry cant remember their names) that cleaned my home. They asked me what areas that I would like them to focus on, then got to work making it sparkle! I had a vet appt for my dog the same morning so, I took a leap of faith and left while the team worked. It worked out great! I would recommend them and hope to have them clean for me again:)

Excellent experience. They called 45 minutes prior to arrival, arrived on time, and worked steadily and thoroughly for three hours. I will use them again and recommend them highly.

It was a pain in the butt to get the work scheduled, since the company only schedules 30 days out, and their work schedule fills up. My wife tried a couple of times to get the cleaning done for a major event at our house and could not make it work out. Finally, she gave it a last try, setting herself an alarm to call 30 days ahead of the day she wanted the work done. That worked, but it's not a very effective way to provide customer service. When the ladies came to clean, they did a good job of what they did, but they had unrealistic "rules" from their company. They could not go up a short step ladder (an OSHA approved type, by the way) so would not clean the ceiling of our shower stall. I did not observe all the interactions my wife had with them, but I gathered from her that they had some restrictions on dusting based on not wanting to touch or move valuable stuff. Not my impression of a good professional service. I said we would (MIGHT) use them again, but only in a pinch and if we were able to schedule them when needed.

Andrea and Kelly did an excellent job. They were prompt; vacuumed everywhere, dusted all the surfaces - including the tops of bookcases, cleaned and polished the kitchen until everything gleamed, polished the wooden floors, washed the windows. I had had two back to back eye surgeries which left me unable to do any housework so everything was in need of a really good cleaning. And that's just what I got.,

This was a pretty good deal. They were on time and responsive.

The crew was on time, called ahead as promised, was thorough, responsive, very friendly, hard working and not "too chatty". It was a "deal of the day", therefore very reasonable.

Quick response to the initial email to determine a date. They arrived on time after a phone call to confirm the arrival time. I described the work (cleaning) I would like to be completed, and it was completed just like I wanted! A final check before they left caught something which was corrected immediately without any hesitation.
