Our experience with You've Got It Maid went very well. They are a good service. There were three ladies that came over. They were prompt, they worked hard and they did what I wanted them to do. They asked me what areas I would like to be addressed and they took care of it. The company is pretty good. I initially had a little bit of an issue scheduling with them but they took care of it. It was hard to schedule a little bit, because they were busy for the holidays. So it was a long wait time, especially because of the Big Deal. Other than that, I had no other issues or concerns.

In addition to the Angie's list promotion, I elected extra time to complete a certain area. Two ladies did a terrific job on the main floor of my house, including washing many, many small windows of 3 different sets of French doors. I was pleased with the job.

They were punctual and personable. When finished, we went around the house to review their work and were impressed at what a thorough job had been done. Everything looked great. They deserve accolades and we are most happy to give them.

I have been very happy with their services. Everything has always worked out well.

Do ask a cleaning service whether they work to your list, or whether they work room by room. I had not understood upfront that this company cleans room by room. This is the only reason I didn't give a perfect rating - because I'd left a priority list that itemized what I wanted done the most, skipping some aspects of a room in favor of others that I seldom get to myself. Balancing that is how diligent these ladies were in meeting my request to get the bathroom floor white again - they put a lot of effort into that and I appreciate it. I've smiled every morning this week walking into that room. They were professional, arrived on time, and I would certainly recommend them to my friends.

On 4/1/2013, Danielle called me at approximately 8:22 am and stated that she was short staffed and could not come to clean my house this morning. They were be at my house at 9:00 am. She then told me that she could reschedule me for April 8, 2013. I told her that date wasn't good because I would have to return to work on that date. I explained to her that I am a teacher and was out for Spring break and I would have to return to work on that date. I also mentioned to her that I wasn't sure if my son's schedule could fit in that day because he works in retail. She then told me that I'd have to reschedule. Unhappy about this situation, I immediately called her back and told her that I wasn't happy. I asked her why did I have to wait so long for her to come to my home since I wasn't the one who cancelled the appointment. I then asked her if she could schedule me for another day during this week since I will be off for Spring break. She told me "No" that they would not be in my area until April 8. She then stated that she could put me on the waiting list; however, I wouldn't be notified until the day that they would be coming out. I asked her, "No 24 hours?". I then questioned her about her advertisement, since she told me that my house would only take 1 1/2 hrs. I mentioned to her what she advertised: 3 hrs by a crew of 2. I then learned that this is not necessarily true. Unfortunately, I took this advertisement at face value since I felt that I could trust Angie's List. I now know that not all businesses that advertise on Angie's List are truthful. When I say truthful, I mean honest with no hidden stipulations.

Kelly and Jennifer were very detailed and thorough in their top down approved to cleaning. Friendly and responsive. Real hard workers. Fabulous..!!

Our cleaners were great. We paid for a Angie's List "deal" and definitely feel like we got more than our money's worth. Would consider hiring again in the future.

I have a large home, so what I paid didn't complete the job, but the service was acceptable.

They did a great job! Everything was fine. They went above and beyond for the service. I did not have water at the house at the time and they still managed to clean the floors and complete the job. I thought they were very accommodating.

Team did a good job of cleaning the 2 1/2 bathrooms and the kitchen. This totaled 6 hours of work. NOTHING else was done outside these rooms. As stated above, I was expecting that a team of two could clean 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen and dust/vacuum the remaining rooms. Nothing was done wrong or bad but I would not be wiling to spend $200+ each time I wanted my WHOLE house cleaned.

Worst cleaning service ever. I would not bring this company back to my house, even if the rate was half the price. I live my with husband. No kids, no pets. Just my husband and I, and we're pretty clean people. My house only needed a thorough dusting, however after three hours, the women only managed to dust and clean a few bathrooms. (No vacuuming was done) Dusting: done very poorly. I ran my fingers along the window blinds and along some furniture and found all of the dust still there. Mopped: also poorly done. I could feel dust,etc underneath my feet as I walked on my tiled floors. Bathrooms: those were okay, I will not complain too much about those Vacuuming, or lack thereof. They took so much time doing the above items, they didn't have time to vacuum. They offered to stay at an additional $75/hr to finish up, but at the rate they were going, they would not have finished until midnight. My mistake in this was not being home, and letting my husband take care of it while I was at work. If I was there, I could have directed them a little better, but who knows? As it is, if unsupervised, they'll do a poor job. (Husband took a work-at-home day). In the end, I will not use their services again...and I will be deepcleaning my house again this weekend. When I called to complain, the owner pretty much told me that there wasn't anything she could do for me. I could bring them back for another session, but I would have to pay. I told her I'm not going to pay a second time when such a poor job was done the first time around. Though she promised to call me back, I haven't heard from her, and I don't anticipate that I will. As it is, this is my review. Take what you will.

They didn't touch half of my house and I live in a 900 square foot townhome. They only did three bedrooms upstairs. I'm not impressed. She should have called me and said she couldn't do the whole house. There are some things on the dresser that weren't even moved to clean under.
