You've Got It Maid

It was a good cleaning. I've been looking for a new cleaning service. I've been use to having the same person deep clean and refresh rooms as needed. While I would recommend this service, I don't think it serves my future needs.

For the most part the work done was sufficient. I did tell them that dusting was important to me. What I could not understand was that as the last hour wound down they were leaving without cleaning the floors yet they tell me they took the time to take my wine glasses off the rack to dust them. That's great but I have a dishwasher for that .......when they left without mopping the floors it did not feel clean. Bad judgement and time management on their part.

Great, it was wonderful to walk into a clean house! Everything looked great.

I asked them to clean the basement which is my son's room, and they sorted out all clutter and all room look very clean,

They arrived in the early part of the time window, were very friendly and accommodating and did a very thorough job. I would recommend them.

Ladies were on time, very thorough and friendly.

The two You've Got It Maid employees arrived promptly with their own supplies and cleaned kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and bath and a half. They stayed busy for the allotted time and asked me to inspect and comment on their work before they left. I was very satisfied with the results and the professionalism of the employees.

it went Shockingly bad. I was present the whole time and noticed that they seemed to be going at a strangely slow pace. Keep in mind my house was pretty clean as I had another company regularly clean it every 2 weeks for the last 3 years. i thought I'd try someone new. I was a first time customer so you'd think they would try real hard. After 2 hours three young girls had only cleaned 3 small bathrooms, my kitchen (except for floor) and vacuumed living room. They were packing up to go and they had forgotten all of our bedrooms, hall, stairs and family room. I said you can't leave yet you've only done half of my house!!! I was shocked. She wanted $210 for doing half of my house. I was quoted $120. I said how much longer to clean the bedrooms at least? It ended up taking 45 minutes more and did a partial job. I asked them to leave at that point. I ended up paying $289 for 2 hours and 45 minutes. I complained to the girls and said "I just paid three times the price of what I normally pay and I got less than 2/3rd's of my house cleaned!" She said that's because they did a "deep clean". I said, okay but after they left i noticed smudges all over my stainless steel fridge and dishwasher and sink. Also there were significant areas that had dust!

They were right on time and did a good job.

What they did, they did well, but it took them a very long time. For 6 man hours of cleaning I would have thought my whole house would be spotless, but they basically did 3 rooms. I was watching for a little while and one of them was moving at a snails pace and going over the same area over and over. I did not feel this was necessary, they are good they should just work faster and get more done.

I wasn't home so I didn't get to meet the people, but my daughter said they were very nice.

I'm satisfied with the overall job performed. When scheduling the appointment though, you should be specific about the time you need. The first time I called I scheduled a 9:00 appointment, or so I thought. The day of the appointment, no one showed up at 9:00. Called the service and had a hard time getting in touch with them. When they did return the call, they stated that it was an appointment scheduled in a window of time (between 9 and 11) and someone would be there by 2. I had to cancel the appointment because no one would be there at that time. I was disappointed because it took month approximately 1 month to get this date. The person who called me back rescheduled me for 9 on another day and ensured me that they would be there at that time. On the day of my appointment, they were indeed there on time at 9.

Well. I sort of wish they didn't clean so deeply. I might have liked some more superficial cleaning! But deep cleaning is what they advertise and that's what they do. I did end up paying them for additional time and a gratuity.

didn't show up when they where suppost to never would answer or call back then called another day and had a cancaelation and fit me in.they came didn't look professional at all,asked me what i wanted most and still just did did what they wanted and it was time to go.husband and daughter didn't even know i had professionally done. i really didn't want to leave a review i feel bad but angie's list keeps asking for review.

They did a good job. They weren't able to finish everything we wanted done in the time frame, but overall I was pleased.

Found this deal an Angie's List - made an appointment w/ the company. They were prompt, kind and hard working - got a really nice job done.

Great experience. Ladies were pleasant and hard-working.

The cleaning crew did a good job. They had some problem with their vacuum. I felt they should have been able to accomplish more in the time they were at my house. Each time I checked on the progress they were chatting and repairing their vacuum. I offered to let them use my vacuum, but they declined the offer.

Great. they were on time and pleasant! Jennifer and angel did a terrific job. The house looks and smells so clean.

Cindy & Kelly called 1/2 hr before arrival. Arrived on time. Both were pleasant, efficient, excellent @ cleaning & performed all their tasks with our two dogs there! Would ove to have the two of them as my permanent "home cleaners"!!

They were excellent - helpful, through and adoptable.

Angel and Jennifer were great - on time, friendly and thorough. My house looks and smells great!
