WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS! During this Pandemic, are taking extra precautions to protect our clients by wearing face masks, using hand sanitizer in between each job and sanitizing our equipment in between jobs. We will also be performing daily checks of our staffs temperatures. We look forward to servicing you SAFELY! You've Got It Maid, LLC takes pride in the quality of work we provide to each of our customers. During each Cleaning a Team Leader will be present to ensure you receive the best service possible. Team Leaders undergo intense training with the owner of the company to ensure that everything is done properly before they are given a Team of their own. Prior to us leaving your home, we provide all new clients with a walk through of the home with the Team Leader to ensure that they are completely satisfied with our work. We design a plan specifically around your home and your requests, that fit your needs. We ask that new clients make an effort to be present for the first 2 cleans with us. Clients are not required to be present for the entire duration of the first 2 cleans, but are asked to be present for the end of the first 2 cleans to determine pricing and to perform walk through a with us. We understand that sometimes it is just not possible with busy work schedules. If that is the case, please mention that you will need special arrangements to be made if you are unable to be there at the end of the first initial and/or second cleaning. After the first two cleans, it is your choice to be present or not be present during the cleanings. All Clients are on a set rotation. The 1st-14th of each month, all Clients receive a Deep Cleaning. The 15th-31st of each month, all Clients receive a Standard Cleaning of their main levels in addition to a Basement Cleaning. Please ask for more details of what's included in our Deep Cleans.

The crew is amazing! Friendly, thorough, detail oriented, and communicative. They come on time and work diligently. They do not hesitate to ask questions. There's no judgement either. I was embarrassed at the state of my home when they came and I felt so comfortable with them working in my home. I feel they were turning my hovel into a home.

Excellent! Danielle and the girls came in and started immediately. Base boards, blinds, windows, they did it all. Very professional and polite. My house smelled so fresh and clean. They go out of there way to make it a personal experience. Very happy with the work. I am now a weekly clean. Thank you ladies.

The crew is efficient and friendly. They are very organized and extremely punctual. I have used them for a few years and have been pleased. Regardless of when the holidays fall in terms of our scheduled date or if our ever-changing schedule conflicts, they are flexible and accommodating and always willing to rearrange things to fit us in. It was amazing. We got behind a lot because we just got a new puppy so needless to say the house was a wreck. You’ve Got It Maid did beyond exceptional. We are going to hire them for biweekly services. Not only was it way better than the couple times I’ve hired molly maid, it was a better price too. All around A+ work. Thank you ladies so much! They also entertained my pup while I got some work done, which is a chore by itself.

She is professional and gets her team right to work and does not waste any time. She does a walk through at the end to make sure everything is satisfactory and addresses any issues that need attention. She also accommodated my tight timing. I was leaving the country and needed her services on short notice and she fit me in her schedule.

I’ve had these ladies come to my home to clean for more than a year. The best way to describe how much I appreciate their service is that I gifted them to my mom for Christmas! She was needing a home cleaning service so I arranged for these ladies to help out and they did not disappoint. They are punctual and reliable, and they do a tremendous job with every visit. They do a great job. If I occasionally ask for extra, they take care of it right away. They are flexible when I am out of town or need a special date before company arrives. Seems a little pricey, but I have a 1700 square ranch I live alone in, so it doesn't get real dirty. What they charge is their minimum rate. I get that. I love having a spotless house when they are finished.

I've been very pleased with the work. Over the years we have worked out an amount of time that provides adequate cleaning for an amount my retirement budget can afford. There are always at least two people on the team, sometimes three. I like that they are bonded and well trained [that seems to include leaving pictures on walls a bit tilted, so the customer knows they've been dusted! ;>) ]

Great! I've been using You've Got It Maid for about 5 years. They do an awesome job cleaning. They've also never missed a cleaning and are always on time. They're very good about responding when I need to make any changes. They're also very professional and I've had 0 issues with all of the employees. And last but not least, I locked myself out of my house one time and they were kind enough to meet me on a non-cleaning day to give me the key to my house.

The owner is very responsive but It has been a difficult process getting the house cleaned in a timely and acceptable manner which has resulted in the service costing more than we are happy with. The owner is doing her best to keep me happy but I'm not convinced that the team in place has the skill set to clean the house I have within a reasonable amount of time and money. Still wiling to work with the owner a bit more.

This was a big deal purchase and it turned out okay. It was fine. They have two people working so I would say their price is fair. It was $115 for two people. Their responsiveness, professionalism and punctuality were good.
