They are very pleasant, professional and provide a thorough cleaning.

They were extremely good about listening to my needs as far as cleaning chemicals and did a great job with everything I asked for.

The team was very professional, on time, courteous, knowledgeble, hard working, discussed process before starting, asked what I wanted done, explained process if I wanted to quote to do additional work, and regular work. I was very impressed with the team of young ladies that came from You've go it Maid. I would used them again. I felt they were trust worthy, and could be left alone in my home.

There were 3 ladies and they worked on my home for 2 hours. They did a great job. Very professional, efficient and hard working. I had purchased a Big Deal from Angie's List and would hire them again for the occasional cleaning. Unfortunately, they are only in my area on Tuesdays so I couldn't hire them for a regular scheduled cleaning. I would prefer to have that done on a Thursday or Friday.

On time, they worked hard and the areas i asked about at the end of visit, they cleaned for me. Nice job!

They called & came within the allotted time. They finished before the time expected & did more than expected.

It turned out okay, I think. There was some confusion with the booking of the appointment. They did their best to accommodate it. It ended up, when they did come, they did a good job. So mixed review. If it was a good deal, I would use them again but probably not at their regular rate.

You've Got it Maid worked with attention to detail on my house. They scrubbed every nook and cranny and I would have them back to the house anytime!

8It went fast and furious. I believe they have a list of their own and an agenda of their own also. I had not had help in a couple of months with my home so I expected a great deal for the large cost, which I don't remember. I can only remember that even as a first time customer, at a lowered rate, it was still more than I had been used to paying for a full day of housecleaning with a single lady, who did a thorough job.

It went very well. They're excellent. They were hardworking and tried to get everything done within the allotted time. I ended up having to purchase another hour but once the 4 hours was completed, they were great. There's a few things missed but they did their best.

I purchased a big deal for You've Got It Maid. I didn't have to pay anything extra. I had everything prepped. They didn't have to pick-up any thing or move anything.

Went great. Prompt, courteous, and efficient service. She even pointed out some mold in the bathroom that we hadn't noticed.

They were very professional and did a first time clean. They will be coming back every other Wednesday.

They did a bad job the first time, so I called them and they never returned my call. Later, they call me to check in and found they never got my message, so they came out and re-cleaned my home. Their customer service was good on that aspect. They didn't have time to get to the floors, though, which I thought was odd since the deal was for deep cleaning. The Big Deal was also limited to 1300 square feet which was never mentioned in all of our conversations. What they did clean they cleaned very well; the bathrooms looked great! I just wished they would have gotten to more.

Police did recover all the stolen jewerly. The police are still handeling this matter.

The workers are very nice and punctual, the service though weren't what I was expecting. I bought the service as a "deep cleaning" and when they arrived they couldn't move anything from place or even clean the top of the kitchen cabinets. The areas that were clean, were very well clean, but the areas that were clean are the ones I do it myself. I though I was purchasing a deep clean, which I expected to be under the sofa, bellow the rugs, the curtain rod, outside area of kitchen cabinets....I wasn't at all the case.
