Delores and Brittany were an amazing team. They arrived on time, and in fact called me 30 minutes before the scheduled time to confirm that they would be here. I walked through and told them what I wanted done, what were my priorities for the allotted time and they were able to complete everything I asked them to do. In a case like this, one must be flexible on your expectations as far as how much can be accomplished without paying for additional time. I told them what my hopes were, but what was acceptable if time ran out and they did above and beyond my expectations. Everything was spotless and well done. Where they were not able to manage (such as not being able to move furniture or get up on a ladder), they let me know right upfront. They were so very professional. I've had several cleaning people, and they were by far the most professional of all the cleaning people I've ever hired. They got down to business and even when it was time to go, they continued to check around to make sure everything was done. I will definitely ask this company back and would highly recommend them to anyone. My experience with this company from start to finish was professional and extremely satisfactory.

They did a good job all in all, but they did not remove the area rugs before cleaning the floors. I told them what I wanted done and stayed out their way, I assumed they would remove the rugs prior to cleaning the floors, and then vacuum the rugs. When I use them again, I will tell them explicitly to remove the rugs before doing the floors. There was one room in which I requested dusting of the knick knacks on glass shelving, one glass shelf was not dusted. Essentially they did a decent job. The discounted big deal price was worth it. It provided a good start for holiday cleaning, saving a great deal of time and effort.

Good job. A few things I would have liked cleaned but they would not due to liability. For instance they will not clean what they can not reach from the ground or using a extended dusting tool.

Their price is very reasonable. When they first started they were friendly and punctual but the last year has been awful, they constantly cancel, or move times on us which becomes difficult because I have two small children who have set naptimes and my husband works nights so it's important that they come as scheduled since everyone moves their sleep time around when they will be arriving. We were told that if we wanted to ensure 'priority' time slots we should move to additional cleanings during the month as the regulars get priority. We did this, they still cancel on us but not as frequently, the unfortunate thing is we are now paying twice the price each month for half the job. The owner is exceptionally friendly and helpful and I understand that her company has grown quickly and sometimes reliable staff is hard to find but as a customer who has had to budget very carefully to afford them we are left more disappointed and annoyed then we are happy with there services. I am not someone who writes reviews very often but after today's debacle I felt that I had to, they start off so well but pretty soon you get moved in priority as new customers come along and the service becomes more and more sub-standard. Today our kitchen and bathroom surfaces weren't wiped down, the toilets weren't cleaned, AGAIN, we have dogs and even though they say they vacuumed, there is still dog hair everywhere and our dogs aren't even home at the moment. They grabbed the check we had left out and left the house before speaking to us. We are very disappointed customers.

I bought this for my mother to use. She said they did a good job but finished early and left without asking if they could do anything else in the time remaining. She may use them again.

The result was a very happy customer. The crew communicated with me what exactly they cleaned at the end of the two hours. I was very pleased with the job they did. For example, details about the kitchen counters, appliances, floors, dusting, showers, toilets, etc. Additionally, one of the girls offered to attempt to remove marker from a white column (a scribble by my 3 year old) and cleaned it off so that it looked brand new again! What a pleasant surprise that was.

They also had the same thing where my appointment didn't end up being adhered to. I ended up having to follow up with that. Their cleaning was standard.

They did an exceptional job. The girls showed up and got right to work. My wife was feeling overwhelmed and they really went above and beyond. We will be contacting them in the future before the holidays to clean again.

Three ladies came on time, worked hard and got everything clean and shining. Great job ! Very happy with the work done.

The work had its ups and downs but all in all I think that the cost is a fair price, not a special deal. I have the impression that the company is in over their head when a lot of coupons are sold.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It turned out good. They were fine. They were professional but they were a little slow. Thorough but slow. They came out fairly recently after the purchase of the coupon.

They cleaned several of the rooms in our home. The work went well. They did a good job, they deep cleaned all the rooms, and we were very pleased.

I figured they would be able to clean the house and they fell a little bit short of that, they didn't clean all the rooms. They ran out of time and they couldn't come back before the holiday. The reason I hired them was for the holiday rush, I probably would not do that again.

My wife wanted to had it done, I didn't agree it needed and I could have done it. They were very prompt and thorough.

Just OK. They didn't do as I asked.

The team of two arrived on time, and were very friendly and professional. We discussed priorities, and they began cleaning. They did an impressive job, especially in the bathrooms. (The kids bathroom was especially challenging!)

I don't recall it going very well. They missed a lot of areas and we had to have them do some re-work.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out average. Part of the Big Deal said they would make beds, but they did not do this. There also were very obvious things that were left out, like a sweatshirt that was underneath a bed that I did not see, but when I pulled it out it was quite clear it had not been swept under there. The house looks nicer and was clearly dusted and the table was clearly washed off, but it was obvious that some of the things they listed in the deep cleaning had not been done, such as the outside of the kitchen cupboards were certainly not wiped down, even though it said that. The bathrooms looked really good.

2 people, did good job, satisfied with work.

Arrived promptly as promised, the ladies were very nice, friendly, efficient and pet friendly too. Reviewed what I needed done and went to work, finished as expected and did a great job. Will definitely use this service again!

As Usual, The Cleaning Job Went Flawlessly! I Always Recommend Them To Everyone I Speak To. I Never Do That. I Have Been Quite Impressed With Them Over The Years.

What was done, was done well. Three people worked for two hours, so I expected them to get a little more done (at least vacuuming through the house in addition to the deep cleaning), but they didn't get to a lot of things. The bedroom and bathrooms were quite clean after they finished, except that they did not get the dust behind the headboard of the bed. The quality of the work was very good, but I think 3 workers could have accomplished more in 2 hours.

Two women showed up and were very nice. A quick list of what they were about to do would have helped a lot. Part of the deep clean was cleaning my windows. I've never had a maid service/cleaning company do that. I have a separate window cleaning company that does the inside and outsides of my windows. A lot of time was wasted on cleaning windows. I ordered the deep clean hoping to get ceiling fans and chandeliers cleaned. My house is quite large. They cleaned the 4 bedrooms upstairs and 3 baths but there wasn't enough time to finish the main floor. I was shown a form when they were done of what was cleaned for the rooms they were able to get to. It would have been more helpful to have a quick check list of what they were about to do instead of a long list after they were done. I could have told them to skip the windows so they would have had more time to clean the main floor. They did a nice job in the rooms they did complete. I have worked with two other cleaning companies in the past. The reason I don't use them anymore is the same reason I don't plan on using You've Got It Maid again. Although they are very nice I have particular things that bug me. I don't want to pay a company to do "their plan." I want someone who will listen to my hot spots and clean what I feel is necessary. I'm very picky about having the bathrooms cleaned (especially behind the toilet), and floors vacuumed/mopped. I'm not as fussy about dusting. It costs too much to clean a 4200 sq ft house top to bottom every week. I would rather find a company that would work with me on a plan to hit the major rooms (bathrooms, kitchens) and do the floors every week and rotate in the dusting and less important items monthly/bi-monthly. I find it easier to clean my own house knowing that the things I find irritating are being addressed.

Cleaning standards not quite as good as the first time I used the service. Still had rust stains in bathtub, didn't have a Swifter with them to do cobwebs or dust air return grates, didn't have working attachments for vacuum cleaner to do stairs properly. Crew did ask about using Pinesol on tile floor, which isn't safe for dogs, and did have a proper alternative product, which I appreciated very much. Crew also very friendly and tried to get the most out the time they had with me. Should have been just a little better prepared.
