You've Got It Maid

I called the service provided. After multiple attempts my call was returned and a message was left. We could not connect afterwards.

Went well and I especially love how clean one girl got my bathtub. I would have liked them to stay longer at my expense but it was the end of their day and additional time was not offered

They did not finish and I wasn't aware of it until after they left. I did pay for an extra 1/2 hour but it still did not get done. I called again when it was offered and my call wasn't returned for 3 days and they couldn't guarantee to come the day I wanted it done.

great. Overall good clean. House had not been cleaned in a long time and so to get it sparkling clean on the first clean was not fair. The challenge was the repeated delays with scheduling the cleaning at our home went on for over 3 months, with delays driven by the long and brutal winter here in Michigan.

The overall quality was OK, but I suspect that they went a little slow on purpose so they couldn't finish the job in the time allotted by the Deal. I think I'll go with someone else next time.

The provider is extremely busy and we could not connect. By the time she would return my call, I was busy. would still love to use her service since I paid for it in advance.

I was pleased with everything except the results of the hardwood floor cleaning (which is almost the entire first floor). The hardwood was quite streaky in general and slippery in the areas where stainless steal cleaner was used.

I've had electrical, plumbing, tuning and sweeping gutters; a lot of stuff. You've Got It Maid was fine, they did a good job. They came when they said they would. I feel comfortable having them in my house when I can't be there.

We had to reschedule a couple times, due to flu, and heavy snow days. The scheduled day, they had a cancellation and called to see if they could come early, which worked better for me. They were prompt, thorough and very professional. The house looked fabulous when they were done, and they did all the jobs I HATE to do. It was a lovely treat, and I have scheduled bi-weekly cleans.

My regular person who came in to do what they couldn't was impressed with how much they got done. That's good enough for me!

Was never able to schedule with the provider. My wife called many times and left many messages. Bottom line was the maid service said they could not come until MARCH (bought the coupon in January). I don't think it's fair to offer coupons on the website if they cannot be honored in a timely fashion. I suspect they had the time, but we live far away from their office and they didn't really want to come that far. If so, they should have said "no" and saved me the trouble.

Called and emailed and provider did not respond to set service date.

They were professional to talk to however, they do not want to service down river and had scheduling issues, so I did use them.

After purchasing the service I received an email instructing me to call and leave a voicemail message, the company called back fairly promptly to schedule a service appointment. I selected a date, January 23rd, which would be after I had some surgery and before I had company coming to town. At that time I asked about cancelations as, since it was after I had surgery, I would not be able to clean the house for my incoming company if they had to cancel. They indicated that they rarely cancel and this wouldn't be a problem. Of course, the morning of January 23rd (the day after my surgery and the day my company was arriving), they called and canceled. They had to leave a message since, due to my surgery I was slow to get to the phone. The message said that they would call back soon to reschedule. I called them right back but got only a voicemail on which I left a message that I really needed them on that day and would someone please call me back. Since January 23rd I have called the four more times, each time I've gotten their voicemail. To date no one has returned any of my message or called to reschedule the service. On Tuesday February 4th I left a message saying that this was my fourth call back and that if I didn't hear back from someone by end of the day on Wednesday February 5th I would be forced to leave a negative review on Angie's list. I waited yet another day and still have not heard back from anyone. Thursday, February 6th, 9:45 PM

It went really well! I actually bought more time to finish the rest of the house. They were upfront about their rates. They did a very nice job and I would use them again. Given the size of my house and the quality of the cleaning, it was very fair.

The cleaning went pretty well. This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others. I was pretty happy with the quality of the cleaning.

It was a little rough at first trying to map out how to clean our house. However, we still use them and they've done a really good job. They show up on time, and the cleaning ladies are responsive when we have concerns. They'll call to confirm if there's a problem (i.e., with the weather). They come every 2 weeks and clean about 1200 sq. ft. of our home. Sometimes, we have them do extra work if we have guests.

Dropped all equipment in walkway and proceed to clean. One of the girls stayed on the telephone with the owner/boss most of the time she was here! They sucked up some of my carpeting (pulled thread for a row or two). Wanted to schedule next appointment on the spot. I declined. Very average on the cleaning. There were a few plaes I had to ask them to clean.

They never called me back or answered any email. Neither did Angie list. I just had spinal surgery and desperately need this service.

Generally satisfied with the service. Had limited time to be able to clean the entire house for holiday party so hired this service. They ere definitely responsive and helpful in scheduling a mutually convenient time and were punctual. The description was to do "deep cleaning" and my only criticism is that it wasn't what I (admittedly very picky with cleaning) would describe as a deep cleaning. However, for surface cleaning and vacuuming, etc. they did a good job. We purchased the service as part of an Angie's list special and not sure I would use their service at full price.

They did okay but skipped some things. They were polite and |said they would finish on time but ran a little late. Later |found things that should have been done.

Loved this service. Delores and her team were excellent. I want to have them back. The only reason I gave the company less than an A for responsiveness was I had to call them to make the appointment. I'm new to Angie's list and thought that if I purchased the service, the provider would immediately call me. It was the holiday season and so I called, but they were able to accommodate the date and time that I needed.

I was out of the country, but planning to return and wanted to have a clean house for the holidays so I purchased a 126 dollar 6 hour cleaning option. I emailed the company You Have Got It Maid and offered them 3 days in early December (after the Thanksgiving rush and before the Xmas holidays) and said I would accept any hours that were most convenient to them. I did not receive a response for 3weeks, so I wrote back and asked if they had scheduled me. I received a curt reply saying I had not given them a house address, so they could not schedule until I did so (no where on their form had they asked for a house address, oh well...). I sent them the address and never received a reply. By this time I was back in the US and with a new phone number which I sent them and asked that they call for scheduling. They never responded. I then began calling them, but only got a message saying that my call was important and that they would get back to me as soon as possible (!). They did not phone back....NOT EVER. I started getting upset and leaving additional messages, some of which were a bit testy I do admit. No response whatsoever. I realized that this company has no interest in honoring the voucher so I wrote Angie's List asking for help. It has been one week and I have not received a reply for Angie's List either. So, no cleaning and out 126 dollars. I am losing confidence in our American way of doing business, but who cares about that?

I thought they worked hard and communicated with well with each other. I don't think I would have them back, as I think it would cost 120.00/hour, but I'm not sorry I had them here either.
