They were wonderful. It was a very good deal, and the ladies did a fabulous job. I thought they did a good job. They were quick, they were efficient, they were nice. If I had the money to do it, I would do it every month!

The cleaning was fine. I was happy with the initial contact person. The cleaners that came were no professional in the way they spoke. There was a lot of inappropriate conversation while cleaning. I'm not sure if they knew I was still home, but I did not need to hear what they were saying. For that reason, I did not ask them to come back.

They came on time and cleaned my 2000 Sq. Feet Condo. Whatever they cleaned was of great quality and they got to many hidden places and really good vacuum cleaning, dusting, kitchen, bath.. everything! I would have expected them to get to the basement in the 6 hours, but looking at the overall quality of the cleaning, i will say it was ok to skip the basement.. bit more speed would have helped. But overall, will highly recommend due to professionalism and punctuality, and of course quality.

They were out of my service area, and never answered the phone. Their recording said that they were booked until after Christmas.

I need the service completed prior to December 31, 2014. The company name and number information is not given until after purchase of the voucher. So, I called the company immediately after purchase and got a recording stating that the company was closed till the holidays and they also have a waiting list when they do return to work. So, I can't use this service as it is not available during my time frame.

Ordered in November - no indication they couldn't come until after the holidays until after I emailed. I've called twice and they are closed til after 1st of year and then they only do certain days in certain areas.

We purchased service for $129 for cleaning. In the fine print we never saw that they would clean the windows. Since they did clean the windows they went over their time and other areas in the house were not cleaned. When everything was done we ended up paying an extra $120. We contacted the service and they said there is nothing they can do about it and that we should have not paid for the service. I felt that they were unprofessional in the way they handled this. In the time they spent and the charge for service, my house should be glowing.

The service went very well. Three cleaners came out and completed the job in 3 hours. They cleaned the house more thoroughly than I do and that is hard to find. My only concern is that they did not use green products. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

After the first visit with Delores and her crew, I wanted them back. It was difficult to schedule the second visit and I was told that Delores was no longer available. After the second visit, I will not have them back. The crew was earnest, but did not reproduce the quality or results of the first visit..

I didn't intend to purchase the deal and I have requested a refund.

The 2 workers did an outstanding job cleaning my home. They cleaned baseboards, cupboards, floors and bathrooms. It was done quickly and I was very happy with their work.

It went well and the team did a nice job cleaning my living room and dining room. I had hoped to have walls washed and learned that it wasn't part of the service, but the did do the blinds which was wonderful. Although I'm not able to have a regular weekly or monthly cleaning service, I may contact them again for spring and fall cleaning. The team was professional, courteous and worked efficiently.

The provider couldn't provide the service within a reasonable time. First date available was mid-November. This has been a common experience with Angie's List.

Purchased coupon for when guest were coming after I had surgery. Scheduled the service fine but they never showed up. Have since (January) tried to reschedule service and they are never available when I need them, no matter how far in advance I call.

They were also very good. Somebody did call me shortly after they had been here to make sure that everything went well and I assured them that it did. They were punctual. I thought their work was good. There were no other additional charges. They said they would call before they came and they did. They did all the services that they said they would do and after they were completed, one of the women went to a check list to make sure that everything had been done to my satisfaction and it had. I would give them an A on all areas.

Scheduling: Getting the appointment scheduled was very challenging. The company made the initial contact to schedule the appointment; however, we were not ready at that time to have the house cleaned so they asked us to call back when we were ready to have the service performed. When we called to schedule an appointment, they did not have any openings during the times that were available to us (someone has to be home and they do not do Saturday cleanings, which makes is very difficult for a working family). We wanted to schedule our appointment to coincide with an event we were hosting at our house, which was approximately two months out; however, we were informed that they only make their schedule one month in advance. So we called back another time, approximately one month in advance of our event, and they again had no availability. As a result, we had to schedule the cleaning for different event we were hosting. We called on a Friday to schedule the service, but they wanted us to call back on Monday (which was exactly one month in advance of the cleaning date) although the individual whom we spoke with was going to "take notes" so that our time we were going to schedule for was not booked. Our infant got sick over the weekend and we were unable to call back on Monday so we called on Tuesday, left a message, and they returned our call on Wednesday. The individual's first words to us were "you didn't call on Monday so your time was booked." For some mysterious reason, we were able at that point to schedule more than one month in advance, so we finally got out housecleaning service scheduled. Service: The service was for 6 hours of housecleaning, so one person for six hours or two people for three hours. Once we were able to get an appointment scheduled, they were supposed to arrive between 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM. However, they did arrive to my house until approximately 3:00 PM. They did at least call at 2:30 PM (the latest possible time they were supposed to originally arrive) to say they were going to be there in about 40 minutes. As far as the cleaning is concerned, they stayed here for the entire three hours. We live in approximately a 2,100 square foot house; therefore, two people cleaning for three hours should be able to clean a significant portion of the house. However, they managed to only clean the Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, dust the front room and living room, and clean the kitchen. While they did perform some detailed cleaning such as the baseboards, yet they missed dusting the fans and window sills in our room, even though they stated on their checklist that they cleaned those parts. The areas which they did clean, they clean adequately. The two women who performed the cleaning were pleasant. Overall: I would not use You've Got It Maid again. The amount of work performed in the duration of specified time was very disappointing and I find it challenging to be worth the money that was paid for the Angie's List Big Deal...mind you, the prices is supposed to be a significant discount for their normal fee's. Note:The Punctuality and Professional grades noted earlier in the review are primarily directed towards the individual(s) responsible for scheduling and answering the phone calls NOT the individuals who cleaned our house.

It worked out really well. We have a 3,000 sq. ft home that they cleaned. Scheduling went well too; I called them and they were able to fit me in. Because of the distance, we had to work around when they’d be in my area, which wasn’t a problem.

They could not get me scheduled for about 6 weeks, I had the deal refunded.

I have been using UGIM for 2 years. They are very responsive to our needs. I budget for every 2 months, they can work with that.

They did a general cleaning of our two story home. My wife was home during the service and she was happy with the work.

Called ahead and were right on time. Very professional in everything they did.
