Gary and his son Matt were terrific. I am very impressed with them. I requested they install the new hot water tank in a different position than the existing tank . They worked additional time and provided material for a nominal extra charge vs the initial quoted price to meet my request. Gary was running 10 minutes behind and he called me to say that and came in the 10 minutes as he said he would. They are cordial, experienced and I trusted their opinions, work, product and pricing. I enthusiastically recommend them. I would use them again for any other services. ws/cantonmich

My husband was able set up easily at a time that was convenient to ipus. Gary and his assistant showed up on time. Respectfully left shoes at door. Checked out the issue. Quoted a price and completed work. Works great. Don't know how price would compare as I didn't shop around on this one

Prior to this experience with Gary, I would have said he was fantastic and would have recommended him. BUT, to be told that I lived too far away and he couldn't come and help me with my "small projects" was very disheartening. And then to give me the name of a company that would have cost me 3 times as much was also disappointing! The silver lining is that I did find another great plumber in my area that will come and help me with large and small jobs!

Gary was just incredible. We had been disappointed by our first two attempts to get a plumber to do this work (stood up by one, over priced by another). We saw Gary's reviews on Angie's List and hoped he would be better. And he was. He came over right on time to look at the job. Most impressive - he said he was sure he could fix the non-functioning water powered backup -- not replace it for a $1,000 like the other plumber wanted to do. I had contact info and troubleshooting sheet I got from the manufacturer. Gary tinkered with it to try and see the problem and how it was designed. Then, on his own time he talked with the owner of the WPB manufacturer. When he showed up with his son to do all the work Gary disassembled the WPB then talked with the WPB maker over the phone. It turned out it was not the WPB -- it was a $60 valve in front of it that had frozen. Gary then fixed the WPB for the cost of the valve and labor. He and his son then installed the new main sump, hot water heater, and utility sink pump. They did all of this in half a day. His final bill was less than half of what the other plumber wanted. The big difference is that Gary is a skilled master plumber who can figure things out and solve problems -- not just bolt in new hardware. And he works for himself -- you are dealing with the owner and the man who will do the actual work. Any other plumbing work I have will go to Gary. I won't waste my time with competing bids - I don't see how I can do any better than him.

Tech was polite in the face of ignorance and explained how to fix issue were it to occur again.

It went great. It could not have been any better. He called and let us know he was coming. He came in and took off his shoes, which I really appreciated. Gary went right to work and got it done.

I wanted a quote to re-plumb a 3-unit building. No quote was received. Contractor is a 1-2 man father-son team. Dad looked at the job but called afterward to say he'd been given the go-ahead on another job and couldn't get to my job on my timetable. I can respect that.

Can out a little early and spend about 1 and 1/2 hours working on the sump pump. I would give him a A+ and would recommend him to other customers.

Very pleased with Gary's professionalism and responsiveness. Excellent communication before the appointment to confirm when he would be there. He was right on time and both he and his son were very pleasant. They were done with the project quickly and fully cleaned up after themselves. Gary even did a little bit of extra work that I was going to have to do and did not charge me for it. He will be my 1st choice next time I need a Plumber.

Gary arrived early (which was all right) along with his son. He removed the leaky valve and inserted a much better valve whic required cutting a section from the cold water line and soldering in place a section of Y-shaped copper tubing with the valve and larger handle. He soldered the piece in place. He removed the old copper tubing that goes from the valve to the refrigerator and replaced it with plastic tubing. In the process his son moved the refrigerator forward to access the water connection in the back. The floor had not been cleaned in years and was a mess. The son cleaned the floor then attached the plastic tubing before replacing the refrigerator. When Gary was through everything was neat and in order. I was able to get cold water from door dispenser and there were no leaks.. It took about two hours without any complications or unforeseen problems. I will be hiring him for other plumbing work that I need to have done.

Extremely satisfied . Priced right and my plumbing issue resolved quickly.

It's always a crap shoot when you decide to use someone based on reviews you read online, but take it from this satisfied customer that all of the reviews that you read about Gary (regardless of where you find them) are all well deserved. He is the real deal and you won't be disappointed.

Gary is very professional. He stopped by to look at the problem at my convenient time and gave me a quote for the leak. To fix the leak the drywall behind the toilet seat had to be opened. The initial quote was for $500. He was there at the scheduled time with his son. Both were very professional and did not have any issues to answer whatever questions I asked them. On opening the drywall, they found out that the problem was way bigger than it was quoted for. Gary showed me the problem and explained me what the problem exactly was and also that it would be more expensive to fix it. We agreed on $750. He quickly rushed out to get all the required supplies. Within some hours he was done with the job. I really appreciate that after the job was done, they both meticulously cleaned up the whole place. Since we also wanted to replace the existing toilet with a new one, he initially had quoted $150 for the job. But then later he agreed to put the new one for free. He also mentioned that since there were unexpected costs for the fix, he would install the new toilet seat for free. I would surely recommend Gary to my friends and family and also fetch him for any plumbing problem I have in the future.

I have used him multiple times. He is awesome! He is always on time and calls ahead of time. I won't use anyone else.

Had Gary out twice: once to fix hook up of garbage disposal that Sears botched, second to re-set leaky toilet. Great guy, super honest.

They came over exactly as promised. Took care of the issue. Even helped with removing the garden hose faucet bib. I was having difficulty removing this myself. Gary did not charge extra. I will definitely consider his service if required.

Gary was efficient, courteous and on time . He was very professional and cleaned everything up when he was finished. As we are seniors, he went out and purchased all necessary items. Would recommend him to anyone who might need an honest plumber

I found Garys' plumbing in Angies List; I remember Gary replacing my sump pump last year, and he did a good job. So I called Gary again, he agreed to come in next morning; Next morning he & his sone arrived as promised, diagnosed the faucet, quoted a very reasonable price for parts & labor and took care of the work nicely; he didn't charge any trip fee which most other companies would do. I would storngly refer Gary to all my friends!!

Everything was great and has been fine ever since.

Each time it was a great experience. Gary was able to give a price over the phone and there were no surprises. He was very punctual and worked around our schedule. There was one minor setback which was handled promptly by Gary with complete professionalism. I would and have recommended Gary to friends and family.

Everything went great. I called Gary to have a dishwasher installed after first trying to do it myself (huge mistake). He was out the next day and it took a couple of hours. He quoted the job before starting and the price didn't change, even after some minor set backs. Gary is easy to deal with and very professional. If every contractor was like Gary, and his crew, we wouldn't need services like this.

Very professional and I felt very comfortable letting him work without watching him.

It could not have gone any better, (with the exception of my old hot water tank living out a longer life).
