I was very pleased with the work and professionalism of Mr. Ashley and his entire crew. He didn't haggle prices or spend hours quoting. Everything was straight to the point. They worked from the time they arrived straight through and the clean up was extraordinary. I highly recommend their work.

My experience with CHI was great from the start. The salesman I worked with (Alvin A.) was very respectful of my time. He showed up to our appointments on time (a little early actually) and didn't waste my time with sales tricks or high pressure pitches. He was also very knowledgeable of his competitors and their products. He quoted me on the same product and warranty as the competition but at a substantially lower price. The roofing job itself was done quickly and to my satisfaction. It took less than a day to complete and looks great. The workers cleaned up after themselves adequately as well. It's rained for about a week straight after the job was done and after taking a look in the attic, everything is completely dry. I would highly recommend giving CHI a chance to quote your roof. They did great work at a great price without wasting my time.

Bobby the sales/project manger was our first interaction with CHI. He was very professional, informational, and didn't try to pressure us into agreeing, or signing up with his company at the initial quote/estimate. The whole job was handled professionally, and on time, weather allowing. The siding manager Ron was very informative, and the rest of the crew did a great job. Bobby was onsite a couple of times to verify proper procedures and installation. Bobby also came out upon completion to verify our satisfaction of the job. If you are planning on getting estimates & quotes from multiple companies, don't agree, or sign anything, until you talk with CHI. I would highly CHI for your siding needs.

Alvin was the first one in the door. After his presentation and bid, my wife and I did not see a reason to entertain any other bids. We signed and the work was completed in one day. great job. Our next project will be new siding and Alvin will be the first through our door.

My husband and I could not be happier with CHI Roofing. We had eight different companies quote us for siding on our house and CHI hands down had the best material, price and customer service. Alvin Ashley was very personable and straight forward. My husband has a tendency of putting people through the ringer and Alvin passed every test. He stuck to his word and had GREAT follow through. The crew that worked on our house were spectacular. There were four guys total and the crew leaders Dennis and Joe did an excellent job. Not only did they do amazing work, they were very respectful of our privacy, considerate and payed attention to detail. They also did an excellent2488190694 job cleaning up after themselves, I have two young children and was very concerned about nails and metal in the grass and not once did they leave a mess. I would recommend them hands down. We are so pleased with the work CHI Roofing did we are now having them replace our roof. We were able to make the decision to have CHI Roofing replace our roof without a second thought.

Great company. Bobby (salesman) is pretty knowledgeable, he explained everything and answer every single question I had, pretty cool guy. I called them because they forgot to install the soffit vents, not even an hour later they were at my house taking care of it. Highly recommended.

I had a new facade installed on the front of the house and it looks beautiful. It totally changed the look of the house (vinyl shaker). I am pleased with how it turned out; however, the installer had to return on two occasions as a couple of the pieces came loose. I was most appreciative of the assistance I received in picking the best colors. We are planning on replacing the vinyl siding for the rest of the house in the spring.

I was very pleased and impressed with my interaction and the work done by CHI. My first contact Alvin Ashley was knowledgeable, courteous , professional and kind. I felt I understood all that was to occur regarding my roof install. On the day of the roof install the workers were swift and left with excellent cleanup. The supervisor was also great and answered the one question I had for him.

The crew arrived on time at 7 a.m., said they would be done by 1 pm -- job was completed at 12:45 pm! I was thankful because my next-door neighbor was having a graduation party that afternoon! I and all my neighbors were very impressed by the speed with which the work was done and the large crew doing it! The cleanup was very good. Alvin's original presentation, suggestions, information and the warranties from CHI and GAF were impressive! I am quite pleased and would not hesitate to recommend CHI! Love my new roof!

Very timely and accommodating service all-around! Next,we did our "homework" and received many detailed quotes, saw some fancy materials and presentations, and we did background checks on everyone, etc....then, when THIS company came, we were happy to hire them after a knowledgeable, friendly, professional quoted us a deal we really could not refuse. After that, they were quick to act and react to scheduling with rain and city-code challenges that came up. Finally, they did a top-notch job in HALF the day! I was pleasantly surprised and highly recommend them.

the crew of about 11 roofers showed up around 7 a.m. & did a expert job, cleaned up & were done by 11:30 a.m. I'm impressed.

They gave me a quote quickly and scheduled me in quickly too. Helpful when your roof leaks and rain is coming!
