Working with Jim was great. He explained so many things about roofing and our homes needs, but never pressured us to choose them, We are so pleased that we chose CHI for our home and garage roof. They did tear off, repairing boards, and installing our new roof. The team was great, professional, prompt and polite. Everyone cleaned up and really checked for debris and nails afterwards. We recommended them to our daughter and her husband and they were also very pleased with the work. Now our neighbors are asking for information so we will be advising everyone to get a quote. A roof is a 30 year decision and we are sure we made the right choice with CHI. Thank you Jim

Was a great job start to finish!

Certified Home Improvement (CHI) installed a roof on our garage and did an excellent job. The job was done thoroughly and professionally. The crew cleaned up and doubled checked for nails and debris. The crew has a great deal of experience. The value for the money was outstanding, too. The rate was vary fair. Customer service was also outstanding. The manager and owner, Jim, is very personable and dedicated to his craft. He was thorough during our first meeting and responsive throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Denny was very knowledgeable, very nice and helpful throughout the entire process. His crew were in and out in an afternoon for the roof, and a separate crew came by later in the week to install gutter guards which have been a life saver, given our three large maples that hang a bit over the house. Would definitely recommend these guys for your next roofing project, along with any other services they offer. An absolute pleasure to work with.

This company was great form Bobby coming out and showing me the products andmaking sure Iwe were happy with our choices .. Then getting me scheduled in such a short amount of time. Install was flawless Dave and Jay went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They are true professionals from start to finish.. When all was said and done we couldnà  à  à  à ¢à  à  à  à  à  à  à  à  t be happier with the finished product. Great job CHI .

What an awesome experience. Beginning with the initial sales presentation on through the completion of the repair and re-shingling of our home. The crew and all materials arrived on time and whole project was completed in less time than we thought it would take. Rob's crew functioned as a well-oiled machine, each anticipating next tasks to be completed. The clean-up was continual through-out the day and was very thorough. The yard and gutters were clear of any residual debris. We are very pleased with our new roof and it looks absolutely great. We will recommend CHI to everyone.

The crew was amazing. The roof looks fantastic. CHI also repaired and roofed our porch 2 years ago and we would definately hire them again and recommend them. Love their professionalism.

The crew did a great job, was completed in less time than quoted to be complete. They cleaned up well around my yard. Bobby was very knowledgeable and Ron and the install crew did a fantastic job. They did extra stuff that was above and beyond the scope of why they were here, including installing a new porch light that I had purchased! Everything turned out fabulous and my new windows and siding look great!

Bobby and his crew Tim and Steve did an amazing job with residing my house. Bobby communicated quickly and was incredibly knowledgeable about everything. He worked and planed with a electrical company I also hired. I love my new siding and I am very thankful for everything CHI did to make my house beautiful.

Great job overall but one concern: we had a garage re-shingled and no one mentioned opening the garage when they were done and doing clean up because, when we did the next day we found a mess containing several loose nails on the floor where we park our car.

Workers were great and the roof looks awesome!

The work on my vinyl siding was professionally done and reasonably price. I would welcome them back to do future home remodeling projects.

The workmanship and price was not to be beaten by anyone the effciene and quality of the crew who did the roofing and gutters was the envy of the neighborhood this company will get the rest of my house remodeling projects

The sales person was professional and very informative as to what materials would be used. The work crew was diligent, professional and courteous throughout the entire job. There cleanup was very thorough and left us with little to do. The roof looks fantastic. They guarantee their workmanship for 15 years. We are very happy we hired CHI for our roof replacement.

CHI gave me their price up front, They did not "count down" from a theoretical full retail price.
