Alvin was friendly, professional, and didn't pressure me into signing a contract. The work was done in a timely manner. All materials were exactly as ordered. I am happy with the new look of my older home. The roof, siding on the dormer and the new gutter system have already been complemented on by neighbors and even total strangers. I would highly recommended this company.

The company delivered what they said they would do and we're completely honest with us from the day we met Alvin, then the Ron and the crew was some of the most experienced workers I have seen on a job, and the crew that did the soffit and facia made the house look better than it had looked in many years. Last of all was the gutter crew who put the finishing touch to the job. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company that cares as much about the finish work as these people do.

I hired this company to put a new roof. Their salesman Alvin is a very nice person and also knowledgeable. Not like other companies, CHI whatever they tell you they will install from type of Shingles to protection tape and other stuff, they use the same stuff. I definitely recommend this company. The only thing which I would recommend is that after they complete their work, make sure all the nails (old or new) are removed from the property as I still find some nails on the ground periodically. But from craftsmanship, they are great!

They were very helpful talking with insurance adjuster when we had wind damage and needed our roof replaced - Bobby even came out and met with them while the inspection was being done. The crew who did the work were great, and we had a new roof in one day - I would highly recommend them.

My entire experience with Certified Home Improvement was in one word would be PHENOMENAL !!!!! From the Sales Representative to the gutter crew. I had a tear off on house and one and half car garage, and new gutters. Being on oxygen, my son did the tour with Alvin Ashley while he measured the house and asking Alvin questions. Alvin Ashley is the most knowledgeable sales rep. I have ever met. No question went un- answered and no pressure to buy. Just a excellent example for the Company with his customer service. The price was less than I expected for the quality of the materials. My job was planned for a date, but I received a call from the crew leader that because of the weather it had to be delayed. I also received a call from Alvin, explaining the same. Well, Mother Nature you can blame but not the Co. right ? Anyway, the first dry day after 2 and a half days of rain CHI was at my place 8am ready to go. They we're not only efficient, they we're very polite and respectful. Clean up was perfect, when looked at you would notice the new roof and that was all. Also 2 days before my son was removing the old gutters and the wraparound siding got damaged be on repair. I called Alvin and he was scheduling trim work for Feb of 2017, but told me he would see what he could do. Got back to me and said he could get it done. Between Alvin Ashley and the installers, I would gladly refer CHI as the Co to hire for your home improvements. They have it all, they are professional, respectable and the customer service is unrivaled.

Wow! Finding a professional company to replace the roof on my house and garage, and install siding on the house was truly stressful. Thanks to home advisor, I put in the request and received a list of professional companies. I called and got more than 10 estimates within a week. CHI was not the cheapest rate, but what I truly liked about Bobby, the sales person, is the level of detail he included in the contract and his honesty. It is true you never want to trust a sales person but he earned my trust. I told him clearly that I want the total price to be all inclusive and I do not like surprises later on asking for more money. He went through the contract word by word and highlighted a section where I would pay extra for wood and put 0 for it. He included clearly the warranty for labor and material and also stated that there won't be a fee for transferring the warranty. He did not make promises that he can't meet to get the job. He gave me a timeline based on the schedule he has and worst case scenario. He included that also in the contract. He actually surprised me that he realigned his resources and got to my house a lot sooner and was able to complete the job way before the deadline. I am so glad that I dealt with Bobby. He never pushed for money until the job was 100% completed and I was satisfied. Again, thanks to home advisor for this great service finding good professionals for the job.

Al the sales rep was exceptional. He was there when each crew started (roofers, siding guys and gutter guys) to make sure they understood my specific wants/needs. Al went what I would consider above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work performed. Al's no pressure sales approach when we first started the process was much appreciated, especially after having the hard sell on my first two estimates. Also I'd like to say Ryan's follow up visit upon completion to make sure every thing was done to my satisfaction was much appreciated. I am a pretty picky customer and I am sure those guys had enough of me by the time the job was done but you wouldn't have known it, their professional can do attitude was refreshing.

CHI gets a high rating for customer service. Bobby was professional and courteous. He really cared and helped us make the best decision for the look of our home. We always knew what was going to be done and when. The job was well supervised. Our home was completed as specified and in a timely manner. The men made sure everything that was brought onto our property was taken out with them. Rick and his crew were excellent to work with. If we had any questions they never hesitated to explain what they were doing and why. CHI is a trustworthy company. We highly recommend them to anyone that would like their home done correctly. They went above and beyond all expectations!! Thank you!!

They were very prompt in coming and giving an estimate and also kept me informed as to when the job could be started which was in about a week. Clean up was very good. I would recommend them.

Certified Home Improvements (CHI) were very professional and prompt. Alvin Ashley was very friendly, personable, and professional. I felt at ease hiring them for this job. They were timely and even finished ahead of schedule.

The entire team from the beginning, starting with Bobby the salesman, to the very hard working men. They were very pleasant and worked with us. We made a few changes to the original plan and the team made it work for us. We are very pleased with the job. I would recommend CHI to anyone looking for hard workers and a great job on vinyl siding and lots of trim work. This is the company for you.

They did great from the sales appointment thru the entire job.

These guys were quick and did a great job. My only complaint is they forgot or just didn't put in vents for upper soffit. We talked and someone will stop by this week to add the vents Did a great job cleaning up and the roof looks great.

Entire staff from Ron, Ryan,Alvin and the installers were all wonderful. Looks great! Great cleanup afterward. Good people.
