The Sale estimator was thorough and great. NOT PUSHY AT ALL. I can not say the same thing for most of the contractors who came out to quote. We hired CHI while there was another contractor at our house pushing very hard for us to hire that company. So I called the sales guys at CHI. We had 4 quotes that were identical after discounts, however, CHI bump us up to the front of the line due to a hole in our roof and upcoming rain. So we went with them. 1 week from down payment to start work. There was 1 minor issue- the permit wasn't on the window when the job started, Permit was pulled though. Otherwise, the entire team was professional and courteous to my family which means a lot to me as I wasn't there when the work was performed. We will call them for future home improvements. We cannot be happier about the work. Ask for Allen to come out and quote.

Due the rainy weather, it was about ten days from payment to work being done. However, once the weather dried up, the work was done timely and quickly.

After getting 3 estimates from different companies, Alvin from CHI came to my home. Al was was a refreshing change from my previous experiences. He was friendly and professional, but more importantly, he's reasonable and honest. He made me a fair offer and my roof was completed 2 weeks later. The roofing crew did a great job. They placed tarps all around my home to collect any debris, removed my old shingles, replaced some damaged plywood, and installed the new roof all in one day. The clean-up was remarkable--you wouldn't have known they were there except for the beautiful new roof. I was very impressed by Al and the people at CHI. I'll be calling them again when it's time for more improvements.

Excellent, professional, installed in 1/2 day. Through clean up, careful of landscaping. Totally satisfied. Would highly recommend.

There sales estimator was great he inly quoted what i wanted no high pressure sales he showed all the options and accepted a no if one was given. The crew was prompt and went over and above what was asked the job was done professionally quickly and their cleanup was excellent. i have already recommended them to two people and will continue to recome d them.

They did not follow proper procedures by having city inspector check after tear off and after completion. They had permit for roof but not for skylight. They damaged the interior trim around skylight. Nails have been coming out of the gutter. They did not clean up job site. They will not return my calls, and I have paid them in full $11,000.

This company was terrific. They kept their promises. I am thoroughly happy with the job they did and would highly recommend them to anyone.

CHI was one of three companies I spoke to regarding my project, including a roof and siding replacement. Bobby was awesome to work with and made sure the project went smoothly. Both their roofing team and siding team were awesome to work with and got the job done and did it extremely well. I couldn't recommend CHI enough.

They arrived at 8:30 Saturday morning and were done by 4. They picked up after themselves and were not intrusive in the least, which is a hard thing to accomplish when you are crawling all over someones roof. Great job!

We weren't home when they completed the work. When we got home, the crew hadn't cleaned up as well as they said they would. We called our contact and it was taken care of. Great customer service.

CHI did a good job replacing my roof. There was one small issue that had to be resolved. The issue was resolved within two weeks.

Bobby was very helpful and nice to work with. The construction team was professional and with such a big job, ( we had our roof replaced) they were able to clean the area very thoroughly before they left. Everything Bobby said they would do, they did. We had recommendations for other companies, but we decided to go with CHI. They showed up on time, gave a competitive price for good roofing products and followed through with what they said they would to. I would definitely recommend them to others!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Hammertime. From start to finish everything was very organized. Their prices are very good. They put a roof on my house and it is beautiful. I have had several compliments from my neighbors. Craig and Jody are AWESOME. Their crew, (Chad and Jeremy), were very professional and hard working. I liked them so much I am hiring them to put vinyl windows on my house. I will use them for future needs and will HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. Excellent company.

These people were on time, neat, gave me the best value for the money spent. They were about the same price for the roof but offered , in my opinion, much more personal input as to the best way to insure that all my leaks around the 7 dog houses on our old farm house roof where never again a problem. None of the other bidders ever suggested the upgrades that Bobby suggested that where necessary to make our roof the best! This was probably the best money I have spent to date on our old house,!! Everything that was done was first rate... Thank you for all the good work. And YES we will have them back for our next project
