Irish arrived about 80 minutes later than promised, but lost no time getting to work. They ended up removing two additional trees at no charge in order to make things easier. They were very efficient and hard working in carefully cutting the three 50 foot trees from just behind the house.

They laid sheets of plywood down where they had to drive their equipment so they didn't damage my yard. They cut the tree down and chipped the branches and took the big logs with them. Then they ground the stump down below ground level. When they were all done, I had a patch of dirt in the yard where the tree was and my yard was cleaner than when they got there.

We had used this company a few years ago and were pleased with the work and the price. We have since referred a nuber of people to them. Unfortunately, when we contacted them again this time the estimator never showed for the scheduled time nor did I receive a call. I had to call to find out what happened and I was told he would call back to reschedule. That call never came. We made several other calls and sent emails requesting to speak to the owner in the event he did not know about the lack of professionalism but none were returned. We finally had to seek services elsewhere as several weeks had passed. When we did finally get a call to come out the estimator tried to tell me that he was just given the info. Very unfortunate for the owner of a small business if he is not aware of what his employees are doing. Even more of a problem if he does.

It went much better than expected. They took about two hours to remove a large tree, and other than the tree being gone, you'd never know they were here. Great job on everything from set up to clean up.

They were going to take a tree down at the corner of our street and my husband went and asked if they could come over and give us an estimate on taking down a limb in our backyard that had cracked. The boss came over and said 75.00 we paid him and my husband told him we would be gone all day and he said by the time we got home it would be gone. It was. They left the backyard very clean and I could only tell they had been there because the limb was gone and just a tiny amount of sawdust was left. The tree on the corner where they had taken it down was completely gone and you could not tell that there had ever been a tree there. Very impressed with their work.

A estimate was given after I called them and they came out. No charge for estima t!!! The tree was a very old and large tree and desperately needed trimming. They were like monkeys in trees. The clean up was great and the professionalism. My folks used them, my neighbor and so I would recommend them to anyone who needs tee trimming work done.

The pricing was very good. They cleaned up very well. I could not even tell they were here. They only 1/2 a day!

These guys were HIGHLY recommended by my landscaper neighbor. I had to leave a message but they did get back to me. The estimate was WAY better than other estimates I received. The crew showed up on time, went right to work, and did a superior job. They were very respectful of the property. I will recommend them to anyone. My sister is having them remove a tree for her soon.

They removed a tree from our property, cleaned the debris, removed the old dirt and debris and filled the hole with new top soil. I was so impressed at how efficient the team was. It was constant movement and they did an outstanding job. They came at 9am and were gone by 10am.

They did a tremendous job with a complicated situation. Our neighbors were having work done and their tree service had the road blocked but our guys did the job flawlessly, as if putting dishes away in the cupboard. I'm thinking of calling them again soon to remove another tree from my yard.

They did the work in a timely manner. The clean up was excellent. They were responsive, punctual, and professional.

We were very satisfied. We liked them. The price was fair. We would use them again.

Had to call H A Irish Tree Service 3 separate times before we even received a phone call back!! Set up an appt. for Sat. morning to get a quote. 45 minutes later, they still hadn't arrived. I called them and they had several excuses saying that they were "supposed to call" and see if we could do it on Tuesday. At this point, I told them we do not need to beg for a company's business and it was inconsiderate of them not to call and let us know. Saturday's are very busy and we have better things to do than sit around and wait for a no-show, no-call company.

They were a little tricky to get hold of at 1st and that would be my only criticism of IRISH, but I had headr good things, so persisted. Russel came out and quoted and but I had to follow up to establish date to remove the trees. Once established IRISH came out with professional equipment on the day that they had stated: Bucket, crane, chipper, stump grinder and removal trucks (2) and had the oak out of there by 1pm. Oak was probably 50' tall and had a truck diameter of around 4.5' Everything was cleared out and cleaned up by the time I stopped back by in the evening at 6pm. After removing the oak, they cleaned up well - they even got on the roof of the house and blew off all sawdust and debris!! When I returned in the evening, you would have hardly known that they were there, apart from the missing trees!!

When they cut the tree down, they were supposed to grind up the stump, but they didn't. They also broke a neighbor's car window and didn't tell us. I wasn't completely pleased with them.

I picked this company because one of your responders said that she'd had several bids for several jobs and found HA Irish to be both the cheapest and best. I asked for four bids for this job, but only got two. HA Irish was two hundred dollars below the other, and they performed their work efficiently and left the premises clean. My brother-in-law, who milled the lumber, was amazed that they were willing to do what they did for such a low price. If I have any complaint, it's that they didn't come the day they said they would. In fact, I think they said they'd "try" to make it that day (which was a Friday). Finally, on Saturday, I got a call to say they'd arrive on Monday. When I asked what time, the woman said probably first thing on Friday which would be nine or nine thirty. They didn't roll in until eleven, and they took their time getting started, drinking coffee, looking everything over. Then they took the trees down in just a couple of hours, had a liesurely lunch, and came back to move the logs where I wanted them and clean everything up. They were gone by 4 or 5. They had three large trucks, one with a hoist, one with a power car so they didn't have to climb, and one with a giant shredder, and they had a little bobcat they used for cleanup. They were very friendly and happy to listen to whatever I had to say. I have to agree with the woman who said they're probably both the cheapest and the best. Just don't expect them to know perzactly when they'll arrive. They have three crews, and I think they all stay pretty busy.

I called (in fall?) originally and received a higher bid, but was also told that if it was not urgent that if they could call be when they were slower, a better deal may be available. The called a few months later and asked if I was still interested and we worked out a much better deal b/c they were looking to kee ptheir team busy during a lower period. Was very pleased with service and work - man they were fast but didn't hit one of the 20+ sprinklers in the yard. Highly recommend/

WHAT REALLY STANDS OUT TO ME THE MOST ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS THAT THEY DON'T DO WHAT THEY FEEL YOU NEED BUT WHAT YOU WANT DONE. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY RESPECTFUL OF MY HOME.

THEY CHECKED OTHER QUOTES I HAD FOR THE SAME SERVICE AND LOWERED THEIR PRICE IN ORDER TO GET THE JOB. THIS IS THE BEST JOB THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN DONE ON MY LAWN.

WE HAVE KNOWN OF THEM FOR A WHILE NOW. THEY HAVE NEVER LET US DOWN WHEN WE NEEDED THEIR SERVICE. THEY WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE A REASONABLE PRICE FOR WHATEVER JOB WE NEED DONE.
