Description of Work: Had a leaky bathroom stool. The plumber put in a double ring. The next day it was leaking worse, Called them and they said to turn the water off and we would have to wait until Monday for repair. When the man left after 1st repair he told us that may not work and it would cost more if he had to come back and check further down the line. Our basement is finished and we lost a ceiling due to the huge leak. When we complained they said something about retraining their service people. We called another plumber to repair it. I am not sure of exact date.

+ -1 moreThe service was fine but their prices were outrageous. They wanted me to pay $390 plus $69 for the service call to go into the crawl space and fix the spiggot. They said they have to replace a little bit of pipe also. It was the first time I had ever used them and it will be the last. They were nice and punctual, but their prices were shocking.
Description of Work: They came to give me an estimate to replace an outside spout.

+ -1 moreIn searching for heating contractors, specifically a York Dealer I stopped at the business on 11-23-2010 to inquire about an appointment for an estimate on a new Heating/Cooling system for my residence. I indicated at that time I was interested in their top of the line equipment I was given a firm appointment on Friday 11-26-2010 at 10:00 am. Nobody ever showed up, nor did I receive a phone call. I was home all day. The company lost my business. Their competitor showed up on time and were very professional and I will be reporting on them when the job is completed.
Description of Work: Requested appointment for new Heating/Cooling estimate.
