Excellent. MIke does a great job, and never hesitates to go the extra mile -- scraping off paint or stain previously left on the windows, etc. I've used him 3 times now (at 3 different locations), and will definitely keep using him. Besides all this, he is always very responsive, and his pricing is excellent. I highly recommend him!

I contacted the provider on October 30 regarding window cleaning and power washing. He came out the same day to give me an estimate. We agreed on a price of 200 after discussing what needed to be done. On November 1st he came out to do the work. He started with the double picture windows in the livingroom which he cleaned both interior and exterior. He cleaned the panel window by my front door both inside and out. The windows were nicely cleaned and gave a clear clear view out the front. He also cleaned the exteriors of two awning windows in the front and the exteriors of my utility room and garage windows ( I couldn't have the interiors done in those areas because I had obstacles in the way of getting to the windows.) In the bathroom, he thoroughly cleaned both the interior and exterior of the window and screen. Looking out on the back patio there is a double picture window that was quite dirty and gave a nice view when cleaned. The back balcony porch turned out to be more work than anticipated-- there are nine sliding windows and a door and the windows had to all be pulled out to be washed on the exterior and interior since the screens do not come out. This area took longer to do because of all the work involved but the result was very nice. Mr Stevens also did the screens and the door in this area. He did not charge me more for the extra time it took to do this area. The power washing was done simultaneously by Mr Stevens assistant. The back cement patio was dirty and was moldy in areas and required a lot of work to get clean. It came out nice and made the back of the house look much better. The upper part of the asphalt driveway also looked much better after cleaning.

Mike is a perfectionist and it shows in his work! His pricing was reasonable. He showed up on time. His demeanor was always very pleasant. All of the work that he performed was done to my satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Mike again.

Mike was punctual, professional, and efficient. He and his coworker completed the job very quickly. This was impressive since I had not had the inside of the windows professionally cleaned in many years..and the skylights had never been professionally cleaned. They use a water-purifying system which dramatically reduces and/or eliminates spotting. The windows turned out well, especially when you factor in the level of dirt that had accumulated over time. I'm happy with the job, and have already hired them to do the windows at my mother-in-law's house.

Everything went great. I called Mike in the afternoon earlier in the week and left a message about getting an estimate. He called back a couple hours later and was able to give me an estimate over the phone, which was nice. He scheduled us for Saturday and they showed up right on time and did a great job. After he was finished, Mike asked me to look around to see if anything needed to be touched up. I only found one area on our front PIcture Window which needed a little extra attention and Mike took care of that. Mike and his co-worker were friendly, courteous, and professional which is a big plus for me. I will definitely hire them again.

Oi called on a Tuesday to see if they could clean my windows due to last minute company coming to stay for a few days. They came on Sat. And did an excellent job on windows and screens. I mentioned I needed a wall painted and Michael(the owner) asked if I had the paint. I did and for a small price he painted it right away. Very nice, professional, and they mean to please !

Excellent job! I suspected that the condo workers only blow leaves out of the gutters and do not wash out the downspouts. Mike found debris the front downspout and cleaned it out. I recently had new gutters put in the back and the installers checked the back when they did that work.

Mike picked up my call on the second ring and took the details of the job. He came to my house to view the windows and provided an estimate within 24 hours. After I accepted the estimate, we scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday. It rained on that Saturday so he called in advance to reschedule. Mike took the time to review the process with me before starting the job and asked questions about specific windows as he went along. He and his assistant were finished inside and out in just over an hour. Before he left, he went round and made a few touch-ups. The cleaned windows allow a lot more light into my house and look great from the inside and out.

Mike Stevens was prompt in responding to my call and punctual for both the estimate and the service. His price was very reasonable and included the windows inside & out. He was pleasant and professional and his work was excellent. When I expressed a frustration with a storm window I was trying to replace with its screen at the time he was here, he did that job for me too, at no charge. I will definitely use his company again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Called Max-View after seeing my neighbors windows. They were very professional and friendly and worked with me according to my schedule. The did as excellent job! I also found out they powerwash and will have then do my deck in the future. Will have them back again for sure. Couldn"t be happier.
