Max-View Window Washing

Excellent service! Max View Windows came out to pressure wash our patio and clean our windows. Very responsive, timely, and friendly!

Mike did an awesome job, better than anyone else in the past. I would hire back again and recommend him to others.

Mike, the owner, was fantastic! Incredibly responsive, fair on pricing, did a great job with a complicated situation. He went the extra mile cleaning the vinyl siding and aluminum gutters (with severe mildew and moss issues), with hard-to-reach areas. I'd use him again in a heartbeat, and recommend him highly if you need someone to make the exterior of your house shine!

This is in response to the previous F that we provided. We gave Mike the benefit of the doubt for not showing on Saturday and he came out Monday after contacting to explain he lost his phone. He went out of his way to make it right going above the ordinary to get years of junk cleaned out of the gutters. Once we saw the work he did and the adjusted price he provided for "inconvenience" it was more than a fair value. We would have them out again.

It was more expensive than what I had before but the company that I was using closed their business but overall this companydid a good job. The were very responsive.

Mike arrived at the agreed upon time. He evaluated the job and presented his price. Mike di d a good job cleaning the windows. After Mike left, I noticed 3 hard to reach windows had some silicon smudging from recent construction. I contacted Mike and asked if he would come back and remove the silicon. He returned a few days later and scrapped the silicon from the windows. The windows look great.

All of the work was done professionally with good outcomes. I will definitely use this firm again.

Everything turned out great! Mike had a tall order with our house and deck as both needed big time cleaning. It's amazing the difference from before and after. From my initial phone call until the job was completed the process was smooth and timely. We are beyond happy with the results and experience! We found Max-View here on Angie's List and will definitely recommend to neighbors and friends as well as use again ourselves!

It went very well. Michael was very pleasant and worked diligently, cleaning each window and screen. He also pointed out that the irrigation sprinklers were causing a buildup of hard water deposits on some of our windows and suggested we clean them with special cleaner because they would not clean up with regular window washing. Afterwards we did use CLR cleaner to remove those deposits and save our windows, thanks to Michael. He went up on the roof and cleaned the skylights outside and also removed stickers from the insides of them which were left when they were installed on our new house. He also pointed out that one of our windows did not function properly when unlocked, so that we can have the builder take care of it. Overall he did a very excellent job and was extremely nice and helpful to us. We are very happy with his work.

Mike came as planned and completed the window washing quickly. He had to work through some screen removal issues that we have. He swept off the tree debris on the roof of our Florida room which he did not have to do. The windows look great. Our original contact with Mike was in the spring to clean gutters and he did a great job with that as well. His pricing is very fair and he does not take short cuts on the work.

Had a good email conversation and negotiation before the job. He was right on time, very pleasant and finished the job in the rain! Nice guy. Good work.

Mike came out earlier and gave me an estimate. I told him OK to do the job at his convenience. He said he would be able to get it done within a week. He did get it done within less than a week and for the estimated price. Everything went exactly as it should. I plan to have him do more work.

Max View scheduled the work very quickly and did a great job. They also did more than I asked. Apparently they were in a very giving mood that day as they also cleaned my decks (3 of them). I live in a very wooded area and need my gutters cleaned often. I think I just found the company to do so and would recommend them to others as well.

Mike arrived on time and did a walk around with me to scope the project. Then he went to work. He completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. Though the roof sweeping part was not included in the price he did not charge me extra. He gave me some feedback on a couple of things I need to do to improve the integrity of some downspout connections. I'm very pleased with the work done. I have already passed his business card on to a neighbor.

I left a message for him this morning, he called back and came for an estimate. He had a cancelation this afternoon and offered to do the job today. It took four hours and the windows sparkle. I am very happy with the results.

Mike and his coworker cleaned all the windows in my house and pressure washed a landscaping wall. They were very friendly, professional and efficient. They did an excellent job and I will definitely have them again and recommend to friends.

Gutters were full of leaves and needed cleaning on a two story house. Mike answered the phone the day I called him and came out to provide an estimate which was very reasonable (after comparing 3 companies). He cleaned the gutters the next day and did a good job. He is pleasant and professional. I will use him in the spring for window cleaning.

The job was done in a timely manner that required cleaning a two story, four bedroom house. After the gutters were cleared (they had accumulated 15 years of "stuff"), the windows were washed sparkling clean. A tough job, that was well done.

I am giving a heads up before winter comes to all who need snow plowing done. After using Max-View for my windows and various other jobs he mentioned he also did snow plowing. So when winter came I called him. I have a very long and winding driveway that goes up a hill and Michael came out and plowed it for me. He was very prompt and efficient. l will have him do all my plowing this coming winter. The date I gave may not be correct (as that was a long time ago) but I used him all winter.

Mike is a professional and rightly prides himself in giving good service. He is also a great communicator. When I first contacted him, he arranged to come out and give me an estimate. He answered all my questions and was most accommodating when I had to reschedule due to an unforeseen appointment. He performed the work professionally. A colleague helped him complete the job in the afternoon. They even cleaned out two of my gutters (at no extra cost) which were again clogged since the last cleaning two months previously. The job took around a total of 16 man-hours to complete the job. I will definitely use his services (gutter cleaning, windows, screens) again and highly recommend him to others. The price was right on for the services performed.

The windows were neglected for many years and I did not have time after I just purchased the house but Mike came out on a weekend and gave me a price that was much less then I expected. He did a great job even though some of the windows have interior moisture problems that can't be fixed. Very responsive and professional. I would recommend to friends and also would have him out in the future.

Mike was on time and he and his helper, Jake, did an excellent job power washing the house and garage and cleaning the windows inside and out. Some of our windows were very difficult to access but Mike persevered even though I was willing to forego the cleaning of one of the very high and least accessible windows. He cleaned a number of screens and cleaned out a clogged gutter as well. He didn't charge extra for these services and stayed true to his original estimate. In addition, I had a really high light fixture that neither my husband nor I could get to for cleaning and Mike's helper took care of that too and charged a nominal amount of money for doing that. I am new to MI but used other contractors in VA for similar cleaning services and none of them compare to Mike's quality, his reasonable prices and his careful consideration of our property while performing these services. We highly recommend Mike and will not hesitate to use his company again.
