Went really well. He called before he arrived and came early. He was very easy to work with and informative. He provided us with the cheapest price possible on the replacement lock and his charge on coming out. Would call him again!

Technician was on time and service was performed professionally. Setting up the appointment was easy. Everything was explained to me before the service was performed, and all communication was professional.

He arrived on time and had two locks rekeyed in less than half an hour. He even taught me out to reset our garage door openers.

Great! Mission accomplished. Door jam fixed, was able to put in new locking system using old handles and rekeyed lock so it worked with our other keys. All done in 45 minutes.

I had a very positive experience with Advanced Safe & Lock and would use them again in a heartbeat. Steve called the morning of my appointment to confirm my address (it is new construction and a bit tricky to find) and arrived promptly at 8. He presented his card upon arrival and got to work quickly. He finished re-keying four locks and repairing a deadbolt in a matter of minutes. He is polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I will be recommending him to my friends!

Steve was awesome! Within 30 minutes of making the call requesting the work, he was at my front door. Very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. Not only did he change the lock, but also quickly corrected the installation (which I had just done on my own). They did a great job! I was quoted a price when I called. Once they arrived there was additional work that needed to be done, but, but they only charged me what was quoted. Considering all the work that was done, I was VERY pleased with the price. I was also surprised that there were no additional charges for the extra work. I was also told that some of the locks I had were poor quality. They told me that they could sale me new ones, but that It would be cheaper if I went to Lowes to buy them. They told me exactly what to purchase and then came back to my house to complete the job once I had bought the new locks.. They were very honest and professional, This is very rare in business these days. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Steven was very professional with his services. He was accomodating of my requested service time and called ahead of time to make sure the timing still worked. He showed his business card at the door so I knew exactly who he was prior to entering. He was up front about the cost and shared with me which doors/locks he thought were secure and did not need re-key (so he did not fish for unnecessary additional charges like some other services do). I will definitely use his services again!

Steve did a great job changing our locks after getting new doors so they all matched. He even returned when we were out of town later after a relative had left one of our doors unlocked to reset the lock and lock our door on a sunday evening. GREAT service. Won't have anyone else work on our locks!!

We had a great interaction with them. They did a great job. They responded very quickly. When we called them, they came out the same day within actual a matter of hours when we called, so that was great because we were able to get the job done. The provider was professional. He was able to do exactly what we asked him to do, so we were really pleased.

Steve was fantastic. From the time I called to schedule the appointment, he went out of his way to make this convenient for me. He arrived early but was very understanding of my scheduling needs and actually waited for me to be ready to meet him. I was unexpectedly pressed for time and worried about this, but Steve went out of his way to complete the job and take payment as efficiently as possible, allowing me to make my next appointment. He even provided an extra key free of charge! From beginning to end, he was very polite, helpful, and trustworthy, and I will absolutely give him a call again for any future locksmith services.

Steven was prompt and professional! I had moved into a house where the old owner had used exterior doorknobs for about 10 interior doors--and had no key for them. Steven came and looked at the locks, picked them and re-keyed them! He did all the locks, fixed the doorknob I had fiddled with, and gave me a master key for all the locks--all within the span of about one hour.. He was very reasonably priced too! I am sooo very pleased! Thank you Steve!
