We've had Steve out several times over the years. He's very knowledgeable, expeditious, and shares great tips. There is no other locksmith we would even consider.

It went better than expected. Owner Steve came out on time, we were a little late coming from Royal Oak. He re-keyed the front door knob and dead bolt. He also gave us some great advice that saved us a lot of money. Great guy, we would absolutely recommend him.

I called Steve (owner) in the morning around 10:30am and he was at my house by noon the same day (W. Bloomfield area). I had a 2'x2' Sentry Safe that was not working (combination and handle broken). Steve was able to open it in front of me and then hauled it away, which is great since the garbage company will not take it. Steve was both personable and efficient. His prompt response was very appreciated.

Did a great job on installing a new deadbolt. Very professional, reasonably priced and did a quality job. Very neat & clean. He also diagnosed a problem on another lock. We'll use Advanced for all of our future needs!

Steve was professional, punctual and a very personable guy. He directed us where to shop online for handles and suggested lever vs. knob (love them.) Once we picked the model he went out and purchased them at the lowest possible price. He did the work quickly as well and, unlike some contractors, had all the tools he needed with him. Just as he was leaving and already in his truck I caught him and asked how to reprogram an outside spare key holder. He knew exactly how to do it and it was accomplished in about a minute. We will use Steve again since there's more to do in the finished lower walkout.

After receiving extremely poor service from another local locksmith, I contacted Advanced and left a message. Steve called back almost immediately. After I explained my issue, he offered to come right over even though it was past normal business hours. He arrived in about ten minutes, then was able to solve the issue promptly. I couldn't have asked for better service! Going forward, I would not consider using or recommending any other company!

They gave me a time window from 10-10:30 and they showed up during that time. The gentleman was very professional and candid. Cleaned out some empty insect nest that was in the door lock without flinching and fixed our deadbolt spring lock when it wasn't engaging to re-attach the knob. After all that, he didn't even charge for the keys to the new locks.
