This was a great experience. Steve showed up early for the appointment, and was friendly and accommodating. When I called him on the phone to discuss the work, I just asked him about re-keying locks. When he showed up, I sprung a dead bolt installation on him, which he did not plan for, and didn't have time to do. Regardless, he took up the job, got right to work, and did all that I asked of him. His work was top notch, and he fit in the deadbolt installation without any issue. He also flipped 2 improperly installed locks, so the key would be inserted right-side up, at no charge. I will absolutely use this company again, and have already recommended it to colleagues,

Steven was amazing. He came back to help me install the new locks I had bought from Home Depot. He went above in beyond just installing the locks, due to the previous owner not installing the old ones properly. He came out twice in the same day, with very little notice. It started when my garage door broke and we had misplaced the keys to the 1 door that we had keys to. After calling the company to receive a quote, Steve was full of information and offered up other details about what to look for when choosing a locksmith. Long story short I ended up having them come out and replace my locks. From the moment he arrived I felt at ease and after a show & tell of what I was looking to accomplish, he went to work. Not only did I get my locks re-keyed, but I also had a couple of doors that had a hard time locking and he fixed that without me even asking. I strongly recommend Advanced Safe & Lock if you are in need of a locksmith. Not only was he trustworthy and responsive in the time of need, the overall price was very reasonable. If looking around for quotes I would strongly recommend that this company is your first call.

I recently bought a house and needed the locks changed. Searching through Angie's List, I decided on Advanced Safe & Lock. I set up the appointment through Angie's website and received a call the same day to verify the appointment. Steve showed up exactly on time ready to get started. I showed him the doors and what I needed done. He went right to work and was professional in explaining things in regards to the locks and door structure. He went out of his way to ensure that the locks he was installing where working properly and that I was satisfied with their appearance. He left me with two masters and four spares. I can't be any happier with the look of the locks are how smooth they turn. As long as I'm in his area, he has a customer for life.

I contacted Steve ahead of our move and he assured me it would not be an issue to come change the locks on our new house a few days after we moved in. He scheduled a time between 9 and 11 and called ahead to say he'd be there at 9. He showed up and changed the locks, gave us keys, and help me reprogram the garage door opener. He was great!

We moved into a new home and called Steve to change our locks based on his stellar reviews on here. Of all the people we've hired in the last month to help in some way with this new house, Steve was by far our favorite person. He was very accommodating with our schedule since we were also juggling movers on the same day. In person, Steve is someone who is immediately likable and makes you feel comfortable right away; something I appreciate in the person who is re-keying all of the locks in my home. He was friendly, professional, and honest. We asked for his opinion on a few things that we were unsure about, and he didn't push us to buy or change things that weren't needed. The locksmith work was excellent, and everything looks good and functions as it should. Steve was such a nice guy and does great work and we highly recommend him to anyone in need of a locksmith!

Steve responded within a few hours to our original request, arranged an appointment for a time convenient for us, and arrived right on time. He was quick to get the job done, very tidy, and provided keys which work well in all the locks. He is also an interesting person who I enjoyed getting to know. It was a great experience.

Steve did an awesome job, and even helped me with my garage. He responded quickly to my appointment request through the site, and did everything he said he would do (call ahead and be there in the afternoon window I provided). The job was completed quickly, and the rate was competitive with any other locksmiths I have used before. I would recommend Advanced Safe & Lock to anyone looking for quality locksmith services.

For the 10-2 appointment time frame Steven arrived at 10:17! Steven introduced himself and went right to work! Quickly added and installed two new deadbolts. Changed out two door handles with locks. Even reinforced the plates to make it more secure!!! The molding on the door was not placed correctly and was caused the door to make a load noise when open and closed. Steven moved the portion of molding for us to lessen the problem. And he cleaned up the mess from making the deadbolts nicely!!! Steven was done by 11:30!!! ok, can you tell I was happy with the service provided? I was very pleased. To top it off, Steven made two extra keys without me asking and at no additional cost. Highly recommended, would totally call for his service again.

It's been a while so I can't remember his name, but he showed up on time, quickly changed the 2 locks on the door and made me extra keys for free since I found him on Angies list.

First off, I seldom write reviews. In this case, I felt it highly appropriate and deserving ... Steve fixed a broken lock, matched different deadbolts so that they were all on the same key at my request, gave me 4 free keys, gave great (FREE) advice on safe that saved me $$$$, etc, etc. He was timely, friendly, sincere, wasn't in a hurry - excellent service start to finish. I've been in sales/customer service management for over 25 years - I STRONGLY RECOMMEND STEVE.

Things went great! Steve was very professional. He arrived on time, he called when he was outside, gave me his card before entering, and went to work! I received the Angie's list deal and received 4 free keys. He went above and beyond and explained to me how to reprogram my garage remote--he actually reset the remote since I was a new owner and reprogrammed it. I don't think the entire job (rekey, reprogramming) took longer than 30 minutes total. I appreciate his professionalism and promptness and will definitely call him again in the future if needed!

Set up an appointment for the next day. Called me when leaving the previous job so I could take care of some other errands instead of waiting for them at the house. Even explained/corrected a few mistakes the prior homeowner/contractor had made. I would use them again.

Steve (owner) is exceptionally professional, kind, prompt, courteous, and reliable. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. He arrived within an hour or so of my initial phone call and got right to work. He told us it would be a little while, so we headed off to the community pool, and he said he'd call when done. He did a great job, provided 4 keys, and charged me exactly the price we discussed over the phone. Couldn't be happier with the service. I would HIGHLY recommend using Advanced Safe & Lock if you want your job done by an honest, hardworking, good guy.

Steve is fantastic!!!! I called first thing in the morning and he was at my house a few hours later. Steve completed the work quickly and he even took the initiative to remove master chips (allows anyone with a master key from our builder to enter our house) that I didn't even know existed in my door locks. Steve is wonderful. He was very flexible with time. He went around the home post changing the locks to shiw me how everything worked (we are first time home buyers and had only been in the house for a few hours). He went above and beyond by explaining that the front door handle needs to be switched out and how to go about doing that, as well as set our garage code and openers. He was great! I highly recommend.
