Description of Work: I called Advanced Safe and Lock because of the excellent reviews I read about the company on Angieslist. And I wasn't disappointed. They came out the day after I called and within minutes installed a combination lock set and explained how to set a personal code. The work was performed in an excellent, professional and clean manner. No messes to clean up after they left. They also called before to ask if I was ready for them to stop by and to install the lock set. Advanced Safe and Lock is my locksmith from this point on.

Description of Work: I contacted Advanced regarding a stuck lock on a truck tailgate. He responded nearly immediately to say that he didn't work on cars, but gave some suggestions to me - both to try and get the lock working and for another vendor who could help. I really appreciated his attentiveness, even when he couldn't help me.

Description of Work: Needed to have a desk file unlocked. My father had passed away, and we could not find the key to his desk. This was a very small job, and often small jobs are ignored jobs. I had originally asked him for a new front door look and deadbolt; Steve took a look at it and said that he could just replace the missing part. Steve also said that our keys were poorly made and cut four great keys for us. We are very happy and will definitely use him again!

Description of Work: Steve was EXCELENT. Such a Customer Service oriented professional. He went above and beyond in completing tasks he saw needing repair, but we were not aware of. Steve also came twice, (our list of items needing completion was very long, seven new locks and other services), yet he did not charge us extra for travel time. Steve had also traveled on his own time to look at the home's locks prior to the date of service, to be sure that the new equipment he would be bringing would match the existing hardware perfectly. We felt totally comfortable having Steve in our home. I highly recommend Steve. And, my sister is already planning on using Steve for her locksmith needs.

 + -1 moreI called Steve at Advanced Safe and Lock on the same day that we closed on our new house, a Thursday. I wanted to get the locks changed before we moved our belongings in on the weekend. Steve came out at 7am so that I could get the locks changed. He was nice, respectfufl and professional. He removed his shoes when walking through my house. I am a woman and was there by myself, I felt very comfortable with him. I would absolutely use Advanced Safe and Lock again.
