I had to cancel on them many times, and it was my fault for rescheduling. Bill was very accommodating and exceptionally understanding, whereas other contractors might have been a little peeved. He replaced multiple old valves with newer, quarter-turn valves and eliminated an old water line for a fridge ice maker. Great job. Highly recommend.

Bill was great, super nice and did a great job.

The project went well, however, I think that if a testing of the units was made after the installation, the repairman wouldn't have had to return twice. Partly because the pipes were not initially installed correctly by the builder, but the mechanism "dial" on the tub faucet was put in upside down. In the end it worked out. Gene was polite and amicable. Customer Service helped rectify the problem by the next morning. Mistakes happen. I wish he would have checked his work prior to leaving.

The customer service is top notch. All the work done on time and on budget. Made a slight oversight when fastening the piping to the wall by trapping an extension cord between the pipe and the wall, but luckily I was able to unplug the cord and wiggle it out.

Gene was a pro has been a plumber a long time. Called before coming. No more leaky bathtub drain.

Response to my email was within 5 minutes and service done the next day. Plumber was very friendly yet professional. He installed kitchen faucet and also shutoff valves. I will definitely use this company for any future plumbing issues and would recommend them.

Would have given a higher rating if they had leveled out the ground where they did the work. I will have to move the excess dirt left by hand in the spring. (because pea gravel used up the space in the ground where the dirt had been)

They really impressed me! I called at 7PM and talked with the owner. I told him my water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Less than 24 hours later the unit was replaced and installed beautifully. Very highly recommended.

the servicemen were pure gentleman. Explained everything in detail and offered suggestions on possible future problems. were on time and was very tidy about their work.

While the plumber was late, they did call ahead of the scheduled time to explain they were running behind. Friendly service. They came out for a quote and then fixed one of the issues on the spot.
