I was lucky- they were able to come 1 1/2 hours after my call. They were really nice guys and also helped fix a faucet handle too. I will call them again when needed!

response time to inquiry was fast, came the next morning for the job, asked if there were any other issues we wanted done while they were here, did the work quickly, price seemed fair--I am not familiar with comparable job prices though.

Levine & Sons quoted us at $475. Thatcher & Son Services did the same job for $125. Unless L&S were gonna include a champagne and caviar breakfast with the toilet install, I'm not sure how they could justify the insane price discrepancy.

Thatcher & Sons were exactly what you would expect from a qualified, honest and competitive plumber. On time, prepared and knowledgeable. They walked me through the procedure first and then gave me a discounted estimate. They snaked my main sewer drain, video scoped the drain all the way to the street. When I was satisfied then they completed giving me the option if there was anything else they can do for us. I'm completely satisfied with their service.

Showed an hour later than dispatch told me to expect, but also waited 40 minutes for me to return from work after completion. Gene and Javier worked quickly and explained the repair thoroughly. Had access to inside of my home while gone and no concerns. Worked in an "18 crawl and gave feedback on other areas of interest/concern. Nice guys, fair price. I would recommend.
